Fastastic place to be at peace with the nature! The river is amazing, beautiful and super clean! I will definitely bring my family to visit as soon as possible! They will love it! It’s a great place to make a picnic since they have an big space with tables (no dogs allowed in the eating area)

This park can get depressing when it gets south towards the bridge and you can hear the dogs baying non stop from the animal shelter.

Nice river walk and playground, there is usually a dog park but construction in the area has the trail blocked off for almost 2 years I was told!! So ridiculous that they dont take the barricades down for weekend and after work! They are there 5% of the time yet its blocked off 100% of course people have made detours but they shouldn't have to!

A very cool river side for the family. The only unfortunate thing is that the place is now popular among dog owners and there are dogs runing all over splashing water at you or your kids.

This is an easy spot to take your dog to, let them run off lead/leash and walk up Lynn Creek. They can have a swim and a smell of the other dogs, you can get a relaxing walk in.

Love that the playground is shaded from the sun for my daughter. There are some cool trees for her to climb and she loves the water so having the river close is nice. 1 downside is the playground equipment is pretty basic.

Bridgman Park was revitalized as part of the Keith Road Bridge project in spring 2017, with a focus on protecting and enhancing the creek, riparian, and forest habitat, as well as improving the paths and reconfiguring the driveway and parking. The playground is located in Bridgman Park along Mountain Highway, just north of the existing Rec Centre. Currently, it features a large, multi-bay swing set, a small two-bay tot swing set, and a multi-level play structure. These features are nearing the end of their lifespan, and need to be replaced. One of my favorite parks on the north shore. Great for walking dogs and trail running. Bit of a pain getting there with the construction on the roads and new bridge (July 2016) at the moment, but worth the Trouble, to sit under the trees by the cold, cold river in the canyon.

My girls and I love to go here for the swings! Good old fashioned swing sets are hard to find. Here there are plenty! Lots of nice shade. Great playground for little kids as well.

Used to be a great place for a dog, now it seems the city is trying to change that. It's a construction zone constantly and only a small portion of the park is available. Dogs aren't allowed in the water due to spawning salmon. All year round? And there are fences everywhere. So sad, been taking my dog here for 7 years and now I feel like there're not welcome.

Very accessible spot. As a kid my dad used to refer to this park as "park šta nema ništa", which translate to "park that has nothing". Well, it's changed a lot since the early 80s. It even has an area with benches for outdoor alcohol consumption. There is good access to the river as well, and clean washrooms

The park is not large, but it's the starting for Sea To Sky Trail that travels pass Lynn Valley Suspension Bridge. North of this park, there is a stretch of the trail (about 1.8km) that's off-leash for dogs. Lynn Creek runs along the trail. The creek is accessible at several places along the trail. Dogs can just jump in to swim or cool off.

Nice park by the lynn creek. We like to come this park on those hot sunny days when you want to be outside but hide from direct sunshine. The park has great playground and picnic area. Also public washrooms is a big bonus. Dogs allowed on leash through the park and off leash area is on the south part of the park closer to Main Street.

New landscaping and fencing to renew native plants and keep dogs out and staying on trails. Off-leash dog area is short, only parallel to Mountain Hwy - the rest is on-leash only. Plenty of friendly dogs to olay with along Mtn Hwy as there is a dog daycare on Mtn Hwy. Great dog and easy nature trail!

I get the privilege of being home with my two-year old son during his preschool hours. It's a full time job, but one I love dearly. Yes, it makes for some long days at home alone with my little guy. But Bridgman Park is literally right across from our house and has been just what we needed to entertain and recharge both of us in the mornings and in the afternoons.

Definitely my favorite place to take my dog for a walk and swim in the city. Not too crowded so great for dog to roam free unleashed along Lynn creek. But we also run into dogs along the way for dog to play with. I saw a bear there today but they mind their own business.

It's Ok but i just remember when it wasn't all fences and bikes and so much more relaxing and easy and peaceful but then I know things are changing a lot due to population explosion. Still great for a power walk and a visit to the river. ???? on leash now. There is one opening in the fence, Maybe more?
