Great park mostly just wilderness but a large portion has mountain bike trails but for serious rider's not the weekend warrior as it is more mountain than bike expect Bears cougars etc so plan accordingly also proper equipment not flip flops or runners. One of the last such parks in the Nelson area where you are not looked down upon for dressing for the bush.
