Great spot for dogs to run around and go for a swim. Other owners are mindful of their dogs. Not fully fenced on either end but once out a little ways we didn't find it to be an issue with our energetic young dog. You have the lake on one side and the airport fence on the other.

This is a really nice spot. Waterside path with beaches and benches, fantastic views, and the new addition of a public washroom and drinking fountain/water bottle filler. A short hop from downtown and a popular place for a quick dip. Not just for dogs and dog owners.

It's a nice place to hang out if you have time to kill. It's right by the airport so sometimes you can watch planes take off & land. Also there is a public outdoor washroom close by at the Prestige Hotel by the gazebo.

It's a beautiful place to walk your dog ???? ❤ or even just a family outing like a picnic or BBQ. It runs alongside Kootenay lake so your right on the water. I enjoy the walk or if I want to get some rest and relaxation on the lake.

this dog park runs between the river and the airstrip at the airport. At the beginning of the dog park is a place to get bags for your pet. It is a beautiful walk! Your dog will enjoy it and so will you!
