Great park and scenery
This park is beautiful this is where my husband to be took me there on our first date
Had been to this place in summer. Nice place for a summer day picnic. Kids friendly area. Big play area for kids. Lot of open are to play games, have picnic, put tent and lot more. The best part was beach. A great place to spend hours with …
Excellent water entertainment for young and old
Nice place to hang around in the weekend , not suitable if you thinking quiet place in pandemic
Love this place very clean lots of sitting area.Finding Parking spot is time consuming. Nice and big grass area.
Great fun place to hang out for the day. Arrive early to get weekend parking
Nice splash pad but very busy. I have had visits cut short by unexpected collisions between visitors
Awesome place to catch the sunrise
I loved this ❤park very nice clean place ????thank you ????
Love it
Great times ! Very big clean splash pad close to bathrooms ... bathrooms are clean but they smell really bad like an outhouse
I loved this place first time going there and I got shocked it has everything for a family time and friends . You can bbq's and picnic swim in the lake , get the kids in the splash water and so on . I recommend it.
Awesome place. Lots of bbq places, benches. Clean water for swim. Splash pads, swing, slides n many other things for kids. Toilets available. Free entrance and lots of free parking.
Sign said opens at 9, still not working when we left at 10:30. Another mother phoned the number on the sign and was told it was on a timer and turned on sometime between 8 and 10. Thank goodness for the beach!
Fun park, splashpad, swings, picnic, bbq, beach and ample fun. Parking ia a problem, not that its less just too many people. Go early to secure a spot.
Amazing trail anytime of the year
Great for kids on a hot sunny day. Toilets and change room nearby, lots of picnic tables, green grass and a Sandy Beach by Lake Ontario. And a great splash pad. Heaven on Earth.
Good but very crowded and people gathering here flouting the covid restrictions. May be an ideal spot for police to issue hundreds of bylaw tickets in an hour!
Cute area for the kids during the summer (closed when we were there since it was fall/winter). Really nice walking trails, small beach areas and marshlands with boardwalks nearby. We went in November and was really nice to walk around with great lake view of Toronto too. Very picturesque.
Families should have space for the once want to tan and enjoy the sun. They are occupying everything in part. If they they are here to cook why they don't take sides of the park? All over the world people they lay down enjoy the sun only in Canada we get HURRASSMENT on beaches because no privacy at all
It was great and good for kids ????.
Great spot for young ones to splash their hearts out. Playground nearby, as is the lake.
Nice park with splash pad, play area and lake all in easily walkable distance.
Very nice waterfront park. A lot of activities for kids. Avoid it on the weekends and holidays if you can as it gets awfully crowded.
Good park with lots of space! Parking is limited on weekends.
Great place for anyone to relax, plus lots of free parking.
Fun for the kids but very minimal needs a good upgrade
Nice place but very hard to find parking spot
In bad need of cleaning . covered in black moss a quick clean up would help to avoid all the slips and falls I saw there . Almost appears like the city abandon it.
Amazing place for all family, to make barbecue, picnic, etc.
Great place. Lots of activities for kids. Splash pad, swings and most importantly lots of place to play.
I had been in winter here.. Awesome view of the Toronto skyline. Good walkway and cycle path. Very good place for summer picnic.
One of best park I visited. The willow trees are amazing, Toronto city skylines is just across the lake. You may see birds are fly above the river, kids are playing on the ground, people are cycling or cooking BBQ there. The conservation marsh area is not far away.
Beautiful park by the lake but geese droppings everywhere. Washrooms needed more frequent cleaning
Nice place to visit.. best for picnics with family.
Excellent place to picnic with family. Awesome lakeside view and nature. Would give 5 stars if washrooms are maintained on busy weekends.
I love it.❤
Crowded! Close to the lake!
The park is great, but the foul smell in the women's washroom was awful.
Clean and well maintained park, dog park and communal areas make this a go to.
Nice and safe to just relax and watch your kids play and cool down. Even I couldn't resist. I had to join in on the fun lol
Splashnpad needs to be updated but the kids liked it.
Everyone loves a nice splash pad for the kids during the summer. Jack Darling Park is one of the best parks Mississauga. Early hours of the day are best time to visit.
One of the best parks in Mississauga, All beautiful, all nice, many places with beaches available, plenty of parking lot!! there are some grills available ,many tables and many benches,, great picnic areas and public washrooms. Bring your …
Loved this intimate sandy beach kids had a blast. Gorgeous view of Toronto.
I love this park. It has everything... great skyline of Toronto, beautiful view of lake Ontario, and huge old trees ????. Indeed a great park.
So fun! Lots of sprinkler heads and the sound of kids laughing and running around having a blast can really lift your spirits.
Perfect place to spend time with loved ones
First, I was surprised how nice the park is. Then I was surprised how many people were enjoying themselves, leaving their cars parked illegally. But I was too relaxed, which lead me to a big painful surprise. The $175 Ticket for illegal parking! Be aware, there is a patrol coming when people suddenly start leaving around 6pm. I wish they would provide better solution for parking than have visitors fall into the trap of fines.
$100 Parking tickets... Very limited parking... It's cheaper to Uber there and back.
Good place to spend the day with kids. Parking is the problem.
Loved the park overall. It has splash pad, Beach ⛱️, huge play area, bbq picnic spot and benches.
It is already open (May 24, 2021). Lots of little kids having fun in the sun.
Great park for picnic as a family, has great skyline of Toronto and lake Ontario. Also a great place to get clicks of CN Tower! IG: Moody.Clx for more!
Great place to bring the family, but so many mosquitos
Excellent for the family and kids. Kids were able to play at the splash pad while the adults bbq 'd. Everything relatively close and the bathroom on sight makes it easier
Didnt like much as people were bringing dogs so really was kinda disgusting so many people Whose children were playing under splash pad they were kinda mad also that this is prohibited area for pets but how can we make ppl understand this
This is tge best place to hangout in, everyone should check it out.????????
The place is really lively and fun. The washrooms are cleaned and the BBQs provided by the PnR are operating fine. The only issue is walking from the first parking lot to the waterfront, but I guess that's worth it
A good time...the park is a bit crowded though
As a kid we used to go here a lot, now the park is overrun and overcrowded. Completely ruined now.
Just wish the water was a bit warmer at the splashpad, other than that, it's fun for kids!
Great place to grill, there is a water splash for kids and lake view for relaxing, and huge space to run and play.
My daughter loves coming and playing in the splash pad and playground the only problem is the washrooms are always disgusting
It is beautiful place but many places are there.
Great park to visit, right by the water and great view of Toronto. Miserable to find parking if you dont arrive early.
Excellent walk today not too many people
I found this park last year and I just love it
Great playground for kids. Great park and leash free for dogs.
Very clean. Lots of stuff to do for the kids.
Really nice family park
Very good!!!
Nice splash and park with swings for kids along with a great lake view.
We used to enjoy spending time in Jack Darling. As soon as we noticed signs of Spring, we rushed there and enjoyed sea gills celebrating these signs as well.
Very good for family but too many flies, already freezing water in September.
Very nice and large splash pad with a playground directly beside it which makes it comfortable for the kids to switch between one and the other without the parents having to relocate.
Nice park away from city, lot of places to have a picnic, splash pool for kids. Great for little family picnics. Beach is not that clean and get little stinky after rains.
Overall great experience!!
Nice place to spend time with family & friends. Splash Pad for kids too.
Wonderful place to take the family. The only issue sometimes is finding parking.
Parking is difficult to find on a summer weekend. Great place for picnics. Great splash pad and playground for kids. picnic area close to waterfront and Rataray marsh is close by.
Good place but limited parking
Nice place for family outing ????
Place is good and clean but on weekends this place is complete mess their is no space for parking. I know their are almost 6 to 7 parking but still no place to park place is much crowded on weekends due to which level of cleanliness decreased. But on weekdays every thing is good you can enjoy nature here and peace and calmness is there in the atmosphere. You can enjoy beach and but we cant enjoy a sunset here but place is good for sunrise and we can do jogging and all at our free time and lots of rides for children even adults can enjoy that. Due to rides children can also love to come to this place and lots of pokestops are also at this place which is good for Pokemon go lovers
Nice place near the lake for kids to enjoy, splash pad has nice water sprays for younger and elder children both, there is something for everyone to enjoy there..
Splash areas are good but washrooms disgusting. Need much bigger washrooms, just 3 stalls and terrible conditions.
Great spot to enjoy with dear ones. Plenty of shade with trees ???? to escape the hot sun and relax after a dip.
Great for kids. Parking is terrible not enough
Perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery while the kids can run to their hearts content in the splash pad
Gotta go here, really nice park and the splash pad is great. Just in the evening it does get buggy.
Really beautiful park to visit, even in the winter it's so nice
Great place for BBQ splash pad and park but not enough parking spots...
Good place to work!
Wonderful place to visit 365 days a year!
Fantastic area for a walk or a picnic. Fairly quiet. Beautiful views and lots of places to sit and relax.
Cant find parking, beach was messy but park was nice, lots of green space. Lack of washrooms
This is a pretty nice splashpad, it's a smaller size compared to others in Mississauga, but well designed. Parking gets pretty hairy on the weekends so get there early
Pretty large, washrooms close by. Right by the lake, within a really nice park.
Great place to enjoy with family and kids
Must take to your kids awesome experience
We enjoyed the park it's very nice and bigger you can barbecue and go to the lake.
Loved the serenity! The board walk is fantastic. Remember to take bug spray. Lots of small insects and bugs.
Beautiful park, great view and fun for children.
Nice park with a small beach and very limited parking spaces comparing to the large number of visitors, especially during weekends.
Kids loved it. It's well maintained and clean.
Great park! And beach. You can come here with family and enjoy your weekend near the beach in the big parks and chill. ????
A good and ideal place for a family or group picnic. It has everything - a huge, and picturesque garden to keep children busy and amused; walking, jogging, and cycling trail with park on one side, and the ocean of sweet water (The lake) …
what are the greatest Parks you can water to swim in splash pad for the kids BBQ for the adults park for the kids to play in great grassy area nice people not bothered by people just all-around great place to be
Very relax and nice place with family.
Was very beautiful and the water was great. Parking was difficult to find even on a weekday during summer. There is a great splash pad and playscape.
Nice park but misuse from dogs owners all their bad waste on the grass
A great little splash pad for the hot summer days. Has some interactive pieces that you can turn on the water with and some water guns to point at your friends.
Awesome place beautiful beach play ground for kids and water park
Awesome fpr kids and bbqs. Splash pad, playground, beach, lots of open space for playing..
Cool boardwalk for a true relaxing stroll
My little grandson loves this place. Great for family picnics.
Parking was easily available on a weekend in September. It was nice and pleasant weather. Beach was clean and water quality of lake was also good. It was a Hindu traditional Ganesh Visarjan day. A lot of Ganesh Idols were being given final send off by devotees and it was a great pleasure to vitness the whole Visarjan thing.
A huge park to enjoy and have fun with kids. My love one have fun in the splash park and the playground is really nice too. Ot is big enough to don't get overcrowded.
Not on yet still on the chilly side of temprature. Normally turned on depending on temprature but on most years the second week of June maybe third. Now that my children are older, only my baby child uses it.
Very nice. But no washrooms
Nice place to get away with family..especially for kids....but one negative thing is the mosquitos..its annoying.
Beautiful cleabl park, great trails and a magnificent view of the lake. Wonderful to see everyone picnicking and enjoying the beautiful outdoor weather
Fun place for kids and parents with beautiful view of Lake Ontario and To. Downtown. Good for short walk across waterfront!
Have so many things to do there. Can really spend whole day there. Babiccu, water splash, play with sands in the beach areas, talk stroll, or just simply sit under the big ????.
Always my favorite place for outing with family and friends... I don't remember how many times I visited there but every time it's new for me.. Enjoying water with BBQ..dancing..Best place to get relax...????????
Nice view but very busy and must of weekends hard to find parking
Great place to take the kids! Park great for all ages. Splash pad is OK and beach nice, little small and crowded but not too bad on week day.
Fun filled place with swings and slides. The green grass and trees helps a lot in the sunshine. The toilets were not clean.
Good place for kids. Nice trails to walk and beautiful lake view. One of best lakefront in Mississauga.
A really cool place to have a socially distanced outdoor picnic!
Clean and tranquil when you arrive early. Gets busy by lunch with people, dogs and bikers. By then it will be hard to find shade and picnic tables. Washrooms are available but not as clean as you would prefer. Parking is scarce at the busy beach front. Ice cream and hotdogs for sale.
Such a beautiful place Love The view
Nice park and kids very happy
Excellent place for spending holiday with amazing view of lake ontario
Splash pad is basic, but is big can accommodate a lot of kids

Great place for kids with splash pool, lake and hot dog stand!!
Loved it. Almost empty on Nov 29th Sunday morning.
Washrooms are not cleaned enough but overall great experience
Very nice and clean as well as well kept. Must visit with your kids.
I loved this place first time going there and I got shocked it has everything for a family time and friends . You can bbq's and picnic swim in the lake , get the kids in the splash water and so on . I recommend it to anyone living close by when the weather is nice and warm.
This was my second time going to Jack Darling with family. First time was over a long weekend which was very crowded and there was no parking available in the lots. We had to park on the street across the road and walk all the way. This time it was a weekday evening and it was quite with very few groups well spread and enough parking. We spent most of our time near the splash pad (ad kids love it) and it was nice. It's a beautiful scenic place with the lake shore full of swans and birds. The parks are lush green with nice walking track down near the shore. Lot of people come for a dip or a swim in the lake and bike their fat off. We really had a wonderful time, a 'small picnic' as my son calls it. The ice cream truck in the parking was a bonus.
Love joking for runs here. It’s connected to the rattray marsh. Loved the views and the public bbq pits with the beautiful view of Lake Ontario.
Clean and not very crowded. People are very respectful of privacy and personal space. Washrooms were clean.
Extreme amazing, I love this place, you won't get dissapointed.
Beautiful and peaceful.
The park and beaches are great, but the splash pad is basic and generally used by adults to wash away the sand from the beach.
Asides from an ignorant lady claiming that kids can not run in a park if her dog bites them, because they do and that she is therefore not liable, the park was great, her not so smart...
Very good place for kids and families to spen d entire day
Kids loved it. Hard to get them to leave. Good places for parents to sit around pad.
Nice picnic place. Kids will love it.
Awesome park ! Literally everything you'd need. There is a leash free dog park, play grounds (toddler friendly too), splash pad and riiiiight on Lake Ontario. Nice walking trails and some sort of building that I didn't check out but it appears to have it's own bathrooms and parking lot. Beautiful park !
Love this place. Just go in the morning to avoid crowds
Good splash for kids, play area close by - definitely good for kids to get a splash shower during summers!
Nice waterfront park with playground, splash pad and picnic sitting tables. It’s usually busy and hard to find parking.
I love coming here on a regular basis Great spot for the family with a playground and splash pad very close together. There is also a small beachfromt to play in the sand with a beautiful skyline view of toronto! Be cautious going there on a weekend gets extremely busy over the weekend and on holidays, parking will be scarce and too far to wall in
It's a recreation place to relax, walk and have fun.
