Greenery.and the water front were gave a.natural therapeutic feeling. Good place to picnic with the family and friends and also a place to be alone.to reflect or just feel at peace. Came on a weekend and parking place was a challenge.

amit kumar

Good place to go and rest but no food. Only an ice cream truck. Small beach wear a lot of kids were swimming around and playing. Splash pad as well. Small slides and park. Lots of greenery. Parking of course tough because the parking can never be enough. Overall a very nice place to go.

Sarah

Beautiful park! Will visit over and over again!! The sunsets are breathtaking and the view is spectacular. You can see the Toronto skyline from this park. Further down there is a trail or mini hiking adventure that is family friendly and just a romantic time.

Ida Purwanto

Love this beautiul park, there's off least dog area, washroom, also, connected with Rattray Marsh Conservation area.

Amaninder Singh

What a fantastic place to spend warm days in GTA. There is a lot of hustle bustle with families enjoying picnics. The place comes alive on sunny days, especially weekends with people showcasing their culinary skills on the barbecue and their athletic skills with frisby and volleyball.

Rose Stojanov

Such a beautiful park with a beach, beautiful shaded playground and a splash pad. Perfect for young children!

Kumar K

Awesome place in Mississauga. A great water shore to rest your evening or to spend it on weekends, fall is an awesome time to visit as there are multiple trees changing and adapting them to fall colors. Benches kept well planned and away from each other so that every one privacy or their peace is not disturbed. Sound of waves on a cold day relaxes all the stress. Huge parking available. Some small water fountains for kids to enjoy and also a beautiful view of Toronto downtown from the shore.

Frank Pirroncello

Best park in Mississauga. Decent beach, splash pad and playground for the kids.

senyorita bonsai

This is a good park for walking, picnic and swimming, biking as well if it’s not that busy on the path, for me(just a personal preference). We love picnicking at Jack’s, very close where we live.

Georgina Blakey

Beautiful park land. A very nice walk right by the lake, connects to the Rattray Marsh Conservation Area.

Mrs. Kim

This park was so beautiful, I cannot even put it into words. There are countless walking trails, places to picnic, and sunshine. I would never swim in the beach as it looked questionable and signs are posted but dipping your feet in should be fine. The washrooms were disgusting, fair warning in advance but otherwise the nature was beautiful.

Alexandra Taymour

Beautiful place and really well maintained! You'll find a long walking path with a beautiful view of Lake Ontario and the City of Toronto, playgrounds, mini beach areas, picnic and BBQ areas with tables and benches, facilities on hand, tennis courts, a beautiful off leash dog park that spreads on a few acres, a marsh and even a museum. Bonus: free parking. ????

Kemith de Zoysa

Lovely park to go for a morning walk !

yazsher

Great park for a picnic. **if you lost your Toyota car key today its still on the park bench across the west playground

Melrin D'silva Sequeira

Beautiful park with clear water and green grass. Has many benches ideal for picnic. Also has okay area for kids. The trail is good too. Washrooms are clean. It's so peaceful and serene to walk here on a weekday when crowd is less. Many are seen with their pets here.

O S

Beautiful park and it is so crowded on the weekends. You will not be able to find a spot it u arrive after 8 am in the morning during the summertime on the weekends. The park had play ground and water themes for kids and great view of Lake Ontario. There is not enough washroom for the visitors

A.T.

Free access. Lots of parking. Over crowded over the weekends and summers. Beach accessible (although not very clean). View of Toronto skyline (in the distance). Great for family fun and getogether. BBQ allowed. Splash pad for kids. Restrooms available.

Compassion Ph

Best to visit early in the morning for the sunrise, take some quiet moments walking to the paths along the water, see the stillness, solace and solitude.

Suleiman Sepala

Beautiful park for families but not enough space for parking vehicles.

Usha Das

Huge, sprawling space facing lake with matured trees, splash pad, children's play area, BBQ areas etc..

Dr Manasa

It's a great place to spend the weekend...handy beach..clean water...good place to being the kids...make sure you arrive early to find the parking lots....

Talia Amir

Great beach! Water is very clean to swim in. Lots of spots for picnic, nice swings and splash pad. Parking can be an issue since its very crowded these days. Washrooms are okay, but could be maintained better.

Haresh Desai

Beautiful place.. nice lake good for a summer swim and amazing trails

موسى الظفيري

I love this park, lots of spots , you can BBQ or take a walk along the magnificient lake shore. Gulls and ducks will recieve you with big mouths, so get your remaining food with you and enjoy feeding and photographing.

Dawn Paris

This is a beautiful park. So big, lots of flowers, trees, and a great beach .

Prads RK

Kind of picnic spot to hang out with family/friends and spend time out in summers. Don't try the truck ice cream there... quality is bad, not worth..

Laura Laswick

Lovely place for a picnic or hike. Splash pad and parks for the kids.

Mia N

By far this is the best dog park (leash free). I have taken my pet to different parks and this place is no.1 Dog owners are mindful for their dogs, to other dogs and to other dog owners. Except for one owner that was at the park one time, asking other dog owner to take away their pet, this is a leash free park as long as the dog is behaving and playing I will not tolerate someone telling me to take my dog away, that person does deserve to come to this place. Otherwise everyone is nice

Sam Dumcum

Great walking trails, play structures and "beach" ???? to enjoy. It can get overcrowded so for the bests spots / tranquility / come early!

Mystic Rule

Very nice Park. Also the lake is about 2 mins walk from the park. There's such a wonderful view of Toronto from the lake. Makes your Heart Melt????

Ramij Raja

10 min drive from my home. Very nice, relaxing, serene. Evening downtown skyline view is amazing , plus the trail leading into rattray marsh conservation.

Love

Stunning nature, peaceful and relaxing greenery. Walking through the park enjoying endless breathtaking views of the lake is incredibly calming. Beautiful views on downtown Toronto. Lot of grills for barbecue and benches for a great picnic. Walking, biking, sitting in fabulous nature is so beneficial for our body and mind. Love this beautiful park, my favourite place to walk by the lake. Doesn’t matter how many times l come it’s always interesting and fun. Real Mississauga gem. Jack Darling park is really Mississauga’s darling. L❤️VE it.

Farhaan Tariq

Great park for families, gets real crowded on weekends especially during pandemic. Great water front but beach is not smooth, it's rocky.

Danny Kim

Always a good stroll around the lake and parks ide areas. There is a short trail that goes deeper into the lake which gives you a nice vantage point for some pictures or video recording. Lots of nature and interesting things to explore around this area. Not to mention, it's really close to Marconi's Pizza!

Adam

One of my favorite places to go walking, especially at night. During the day you do not end up seeing as many deer or foxes but the birds are super active. It's great for people who enjoy being surrounded by wildlife.

Luna B

Nice park - sand and beach but mostly a park with picnic tables and space to BBQ. Also has 2 playgrounds and splashpad. Ice cream truck and hot dog stand came around 2pm but only took cash. And of course swans :)

NIZAR Z.

Regular weekly visits to this park with our little ???? to the offleash park. Great exercise for both us and pooch. A large park with hills and valleys to make the best of a 2 hour walking exercise. The even have a toboggan hill for the young ones to enjoy and be active. Recommend it for your daily or weekly activities in this corona time. Wear your ???? and stay safe!

Nada K.

It's a shame that people don't clean up after themselves enough here. There was a lot of debris everywhere. People, if you want to enjoy this park for years to come, please pick up your trash! Not sure if this was the reason there were so many biting flies there today, but it was brutal. We also went to Marie Curtis Park today and it was surprisingly much cleaner and no bugs.

Vidhatri Joshi

I have been here thrice so far. I have enjoyed taking pictures here. I love the rotary marsh trail, it's bridges and the shore. I also like watching the swans there, the round pebbles, the panaromic view. People come and do barbeque, kids play in the park. Overall a nice place to spend with family and friends.

Andreea Munteanu-Paise

Lakeside park with lots of picnic spots and great views of the city. Small beach area and trail conencting to Rattray Conservation Area, as well

Ankit Gupta

One of the best parks to visit. Has a small beach , play area and splash pads for kids.. huge picnic area and big park also a walk to conservation area.. be ready to see crowd and wait for parking at park hours :p

Malik Bezhan Akbari

A Great lake view with plenty of picnic areas for families. Nice place to run, play, walk, and swim :) parking is free, if you wanna save your time? Make sure to go there as early as possible.

Ahmed Shehab

This park is considered the largest in Mississauga and the most convenient for families for the following reasons: - Overlooks the lake - Has many BBQ locations - Huge parking spots - Playing grounds for kids - Washrooms - Walking trail next to the lake - Dog unleash park

Raulson Sequeira

Beautiful park. Has a good water front trail. There are many other smaller trails as well. Small portions has beach like shore for people to swim. Has play area for kids too.

shruthi shekar

Great skyline view.. awesome splash pad and play area for kids ...

Blu Razzberri

Great park! Lots of trees and shady to sit, also lots of sunny places, benches, a beach, long trails for walking or rollerblading (etc), a splash pad, a playground, places to BBQ, etc. It doesn't get any better than this for a park. Parking is always full though, get there early!

Cris Dumitru

Jack Darling Park is beautiful and I especially love the dog park! One of my favourite places to bring my dogs. The only thing that I don't like is that it's very difficult to find parking. Sometimes I have to drive back and forth for 20-30 minutes before I find a spot.

Hi Banana

The park is big and beautiful. But, the parking spots aren't enough (I think). There is a playground, splash pad for kids. Also the park has a sandy area beside it is water. If you walk on the waterfront trail it is really nice.

Jonathan Dakin

A good trail for a scenic walk and lovely sounds. Was hoping to see more birds and animals.

Olayinka Jinmi-Ahisu

It’s a really nice picnic location. Also, has a nice waterfront. Only down side might be, it gets a little crowded not cramped tho. All round a nice place to hangout and catch up with friends and family.

MALLU BOY

Nice place to spend time with frnds and family, they also have a dog park nearby, great view of Toronto from the beach

Nazar Ajeely

Probably one of the best parks and conservation areas in Mississauga Highly recommended with fantastic views and sceneries of the lake and beautiful walking trail The only issue is the mosquitos unfortunately ! Has bbq areas and wonderful play areas

steve thompson

Fantastic dog exercise facility. This could be the best use of a public works property by any municipality anywhere. Outstanding off leash facility.

Kendal Jhass

Great park for everyone! Nice trail for walking or biking, great for families and children. The play parks are great and the bathroom by the splash pad is convenient. Very clean and a great view of the Toronto skyline

Zilvia Mak

Excellent place for leisure walks, picnics, and for dogs. Small beach area where you can see the Toronto skyline and well maintained boardwalk along Marsh. 4 free parking lots. Bathrooms were still closed today.

Marta Borowska

Really nice little park with lots of paths to walk! There is a marsh as well, a view of the Toronto skyline, and a few kids parks. Lots of parking.

Steven Villada

Beautiful park filled with geese, swans and other types of birds. A lot of different walking trails great for long walks with your dog

William Sue

Park is very big it has a splash park for the little kids to enjoy, you can have a picnic there plus it's right where the lake is. The leash free dog park is very large and dog friendly.

Aaron Specht

This large waterside park has something for everyone and features lots of parking areas. I regularly visit the 22ac off leash area with my dog. It has a variety of terrain and paths, with hills and artificial roofs for making use of the space even if lower areas become muddy or waterlogged and multiple access points. There is also a substantial playground, trails, and beach as well as the trail head for the Rattray Marsh conservation area where one can enjoy undisturbed nature and birds. It thusly appeals to everyone from children to older couples.

Terry Joshi

Very nice path for an easy lazy walk

Abuzar Khan

Lovely place 10/10 Beautiful ambiance 10/10 Walking there is memorable and the way people remembering there loved one melted my heart What a great way to give tribute to loved one My toddler loved the park and playarea Cute dogs are walking Crystal clear water Checked the below pictures I wonder how it will look in falls

Mike “Venom Ninja” Hilario

Great park! Can get a bit busy. Even if you book a site, people sometimes invade your space if your crowd isn't big enough. Has a great water play area for kids. Couple tiny sand beaches.

Mahmud Riyadh Chowdhury

Nice place for a weekend picnic! We enjoyed the beach, greenery, playground & wonderful city view from lakeshore. The place have a lovely vive, so no matter how busy it gets one can still adore it. Big parking & washrooms are plus.

Abhishek Rao

Overcrowded. Did not get a parking slot for 30 to 45 minutes or so. But it's nice to see people from different walks of line relaxing and enjoying the place.

Sameer Mhatre

Lovely place to visit nearby Mississauga and Oakville.. also good to have a walk through rattray marsh conservation area walking trails.

Raj Mohan

We went on the weekend and there was no parking and it was way too crowded. We drove around all the lots and then left. I am sure it will be nice if you actually get to go for a walk by the water.

Marco Riyal de Torres

Fantastic Park in Mississauga with lots to offer. Splash pad, trails, awesome open areas for groups or even some time with your loved ones.

Eric Wong

Close to city. Accessible by transit. Well maintained trails. Multi-cultural city park, everyone is welcome. I didn't see much youth partying and it was mostly families, which was my preference. Parking can be an issue, take uber...or transit, but if you go early enough, before 9am, parking is plenty.

Asif Liakat

Best place for the family get together. Play ground for the kids . Parking is not good enough . Better to share car with friend and family. And off course please clean up the garbages ????????????. It our duty to keep our environment clean . Enjoy your BBQ

Amit Bhalani

A great place to relax with your family. Awesome view and tables to eat and barbecue.

A T

One of the best and big parks of Mississauga! Understandably, in summers its crowded but theres still lots of space for walking, strolling, sitting etc. Best lakeviews, small sand beach like areas, or quiet place just to sit on boulders watching the horizon.. this park has it all! Love this park.

Trudy Stewart

Very Beautiful Park, don't forget your bug spray as the flies bites more than the mosquitoes great place for the family to hang and just chill. Lake Ontario on this side of the beach is quite clean, you can BBQ just remember don't litter and keep Mississauga Beautiful and our water clean.

Tim Chase Photography

Very impressive how much this park has changed over the years and parking. So much parking I actually lost my car for an hour when I decided to leave. But the views amazing and I brought along a camera lens that gave me some impressive shots of Toronto's water front and the CN Tower. I will be back again and capture more of the area and sights

Faizan Gori

OMG I think best place in GTA Area. The view of CN tower from there my goodness ????????

Stefs T

Love this park. Perfect getaway. Beautiful in every weather and season. There are multiple parking areas for this park. The rattray marsh trail can be taken from here. Multiple beautiful spots to view the skyline. Definitely crowded most of the time yet social distancing can be maintained.

Rishita Jasani

Very nice park to spend an evening with family and friends.! They hav lots of kids activities like a play area and a splash pad. Also ther is a small beach in the park from where u can see the Toronto skyline. Very clean and green park!

Werlon Alves

Wonderful place, and very good for to go with families e or pets.

Vanessa Durante

Amazing park! Incredible views pf the Toronto skyline, very clean, and lots of activities to do with the little ones.

R0B D'50UZ4

Jack darling is simply the quintessential dog park in the Clarkson Lorne park area. Rolling trails plenty of terrain to cover beautiful landscape views and lots of furry friends for your loved one to meet.

Dannie Phan

Clean, spacious, and family oriented space. Great waterfront view , with great public space use (public washrooms are cleaned and maintained) Very packed parking spaces, as the hours during peak periods are very packed throughout the park.

Ben D.W.

When we visited the park, we mostly used the off-leash area for our puppy. the park was clean and very well-maintained, and most of the other dogs were friendly, though we did have to keep an eye out for some rough-housing.

Ramon Paredes

Bit of a drive from my place but well worth for my Corgi. #Corgi #Burgess #BurgesstheCorgi

Nicole Teixeira

We love coming to the dog park here. Plenty of space to run and walk around. Limited parking on the summer weekends now.

Inderjit S

This is beautiful park by the lake. There are many parking spots and so far the parking is free. There are many trails and you can choose according to your ability. You can reach Rottary marsh conservation area from here. You can watch birds or you can walk by the beach. I have seen people in the water during hot summer days. You get a beautiful view of Toronto Skyline from here. There are picnic benches.

Ashton Meade

It's good but I got a flat tire cuz a nail:(

prem c

Plenty to discover. There is a conservation area next to it with a long boardwalk and hidden trails that lead you to wildlife sanctuaries. Park is a great day camping and picnic site that has several access points to the Ontario Lake. Launched a pontoon with a small engine from a few places there, however there is no access to trailer boat launch.

Neil Gandhi

Great park for all ages. It has the biggest dog park in the city. Nice views of downtown Toronto. Don't forget to visit the rattary marsh Trail on the west side of the park. Plenty of parking but gets crazy busy on weekends

Vivek Sharma

One of the best places to visit in Mississauga. But keep in mind to reach early on weekends,if want to go for picnic with family.. Parking is small as compared to the no of people that visit this place.

Arpit Modi

Great park with reasonably good parking. Playground for kids, beach area for swimming, picnic spots for BBQ..lots of things for everyone. You won't disappoint

HA - 06CP 959031 Homelands Sr PS

( i'm not being rude or anything ) but i was at the park enjoying the day until in the evening at 9 or 10 ish we saw a wolf then we saw a 17 years old girl getting lost and weird stuff started to happen on the 13th of june 2021 and i really like it but now my family cousins and friends don't feel like going there anymore bc of he kidnapping, lostness and mostly strangers aswell.... bye....

sofia morales

Nice scenery upto date playground , splash pad needs a little work , the beach was small but accommodating. Definitely recommend a visit.

Sandhya Hans

O my god , what can i say ! The lake is my favourite there and well i was surprise to see that ! It so peaceful and yet so much fun to playaround as well ! For dogs there is also a private slope where they can slide run

Mubashir Ahmad Khan

One the best parks Mississauga has to offer perfect for a family get together. Visit during the early hours of the day to avoid the crowd and fully enjoy the park ????️.

Shilpa Verma

This is an awsm big park.kids and pets friendly.there is a nice trail aswell U can swim, play, barbeque and relax.

Naser Jaidee

Our go to park. I keep coming. Its very busy during the summer Weekends. Finding Parking is a challenge

Prashant Bombe

One of the best park in Mississauga. Its beauty enhances as its near lakeshore. Very crowded in summer so difficult to find a place to park your car. Once or twice we went back as there was no place for parking. Awesome park to spend quality time with family. You can tak a long stroll around the park. There are sliders and swings for kids to play. If you are photography lover, grab your camera when you visit to capture beautiful toronto skyline. This place is really wonderful.

73st.

I often come out for a walk here. The scenery is good and you can feel the refreshing feeling if you walk for a while. People passing by are also kind and nice to take pictures. It is a good place to take a walk with your family and it is a very convenient place to park. It is also a good place for children.

Gurpal Singh

Nice place for walk and picnic with friends & family. You will find some beautiful scenic views. You may need to struggle for the parking but it will be worth being there.

Ashwee D

There are many parks in Mississauga but this has to be my Darling...this park blooms during summer. Walk with your loved ones towards blue lake. There are some picturesque locations here...watch the swans, pretty pebbles and yellow flowers...

Sunjoyo Tanto

Amazing park for a walk with family and kids. Love it.

Coral Maria Lobo

Sizable green space on Lake Ontario with a dog park, playground, splash pad & picnic areas. Great for kids, wheelchair accessible.

Ravi Rooprai

Jack Darling park embodies the best characteristics of summer: BBQ grills, playgrounds, expansive picnic areas, small water play areas, dog-friendly and of course...the view of the lake and the Toronto skyline. No better way to enjoy a summer day than to go for a walk with you friends and family through Jack Darling Park.

Mary Martinez

My husband and I went for a walk on Christmas day. Beautiful blue colour of lake Ontario.

Lilly Pat

Beautiful even in the winter. Please remember the park parking lot is closed on the weekends while we are in the pandemic. But Monday to Friday you can safely drive right in and park close to the water and even stay in your car and watch the birds, water and people. Idea... bring it pick up a lunch and sit in your vehicle and eat it by the lake. Peaceful and beautiful! ????☃️

Fatima Melo

My favourite place to go close to home but in the summer very hard to get in always filled with people that take the park over the whole day and Camp there

Right On

Great time at a great place, clean the garbage cans would be great. Busy when the weather is nice, but on a fall Sunday morning before worship, a great place to walk with friends and with God. An oasis in the midst of a covid city.

Grace Robertson

This is a favourite park. In summer it is usually packed but this time of year is perfect to enjoy the scenery quietly and peacefully.

Joe Bustos

It can be tough to find parking, look into booking picnic tables for your visit, and I had a memorable experience here with such awesome company. Loved it!

Bryan Leong

Hosted my daughter's birthday party here. It's a large park with an excellent view of Toronto skyline. You can definitely swim on a hot day. Water is not that cold. Only thing is on weekends you have to look around for long time as parking spots fill up quick!

Renee Adams

I've been going here for 30 years it's a great way to recharge the batteries when you can't leave the city.

jignesh goswami

Very nice place to hang around with friends and family. If you are planning to go this place, Make sure your reach by 9.00am for parking as after 11.00am you will have to struggle to get even one empty spot. Water is bit dirty.

Lindsey Lake

Great experience. Washrooms were a bit gross by the end of the day but for the most part the waterfront was clean. The park got busier as the day progressed but we got there early so we got a good parking spot. Lots of shady areas to get out of the sun. Beach wasn't too busy. Easy to maintain social distancing.

Sumit Singh

The park has great view of Toronto downtown skyline, multiple parkings, play space for children, BBQ space with benches (even hot charcoal dump canisters).. it's directly connected with ratrray marsh area which is beautiful in itself.. perfect place for family outing.

L T

Beautiful park along the water! You can see the Toronto Skyline in the distance from the lake and there's also a hiking trail as well. I went during the weekday so it wasn't too busy and was pretty quiet. Apparently it gets pretty busy on the weekends though. The park also has a BBQ area but it might be by permit only since I saw a sign posted of the parties who had reserved the area by permit. This spot would be perfect for a date/picnic, especially during the warm summer months. It makes a great gathering area for family friendly activities as well!

KEVAL PARIKH

A very good place for evening walks or small gatherings. This place has everything, like beach, garden, play area for children and nice spots for photography. It’s very well maintain and clean place.

Ankit Abhay

Good place to hangout with family and friends

Jessica Diep

Great local park, with lots of benches and picnic tables. Great spot for picnics and watching the waters crash nearby. There are also children's playgrounds available to keep kids entertained. There's also very well maintained paves trails for walking. Please pick up your trash after visiting, however. Lots of festive decor being left on the ground and on the grass.

pathik patel

Vedy beautiful place to spend full day with friends and family . What a view of downtown from beachside . Nice walkway . Should go in summer atleast once . Washrooms need some cleaning. Everythingelse was great . Great place to enjoy with children as well . FREE PARKING . ????????????

Oleksandr Klep

Great place for a walk or picnic by the lake but because it is so good too many people are going here so any day with good weather it is crowded

Anita Verma

Best place to spend your weekend with family and friends. Had a great time exploring this place with friends.. Great to see young kids splashing water and playing around.. Elders relaxing on their picnic mat.. You can actually feel life flowing by.. Cruise option too. All that and the backdrop of Downtown Toronto for your pictures. Not to be missed.

kesha jahbless

This place is just so beautiful ????

Victor Luis Costa

Amazing and chill Place. The water is nice, even it's a lake the waves seems a quite ocean waves.

Dionne Daniel-Vaz

Nice big spacious park with a lot of trees for shade and a playground and splash pad for the kids. The good thing is that you can BBQ there! Unfortunately not enough parking to accommodate massive groups of various people even though the park has different sections of parking. So be warned and get there early just to get parking spot since your car will be ticketed when you park on grass patches beside/around the parking sections.

Divine Malolo

This park is just beautiful. Amazing place????I am in love. I can't wait to go back

Roopa Shekar

It's a awesome place to walk around waterfront trail, camp, barbecue, bike.

MALAY SHERASIA

Incredible sunrise view and mesmerizing Toronto Skyline view from the tip. Excellent family spot and great for BBQ. Extremely low on parking spots during busy summer weekends.

Ravinder Batta

A very peaceful and clean place. The atmosphere is fantastic and one feels like flying in the air. The oxygen in the air is full of energy and the water is very clear. One can see the indefinite amount of waters in the lake. One can spend any time over there.

Muzaffar Karim

Fantastic place, it has an amazing view of Toronto skyline across the lake. Great place for picnic & bbq

Beautiful park to visit any season of the year.

Safid Musabbir

The park is great. It's pretty big and has many things in it such as the playground, the splash pad and the beach. You can swim in the beach but the water is a bit cold and there are many seaweed floating around. Overall this park is great.

Albeir Haroun

Nice Park to spend time with your family and do BBQ.

Deon Sikat

Always a beautiful spot for picnics and BBQs around Mississauga/Oakville. Has a nice little splash pad and park for kids to play in. Though, I recommend coming to the park very early to secure a good spot.

Allan Alexander

JDP is a great park for jogging. They have a nice long, rolling path with great views of Lake Ontario. It is well kept and it’s always lively there. Here are some photos I took, along my run.

Ryan D

Great spot for a picnic and a casual walk.

Averie F

This park had beautiful scenery and the beach wasn't washed up. If you're stuck choosing between Richard's Memorial, Rhododendron and Jack Darling, this is the best one by far. Jack Darling has the best scenery and beaches, Richard's Memorial is great for kids and has a park and barbecue area. Rhododendron smelt like fish and most of the beaches were washed up due to the high tide.

Ashwin Kumar

This is our weekend getaway. Love this place. Remember to come early and get a parking spot close to the beach. Ample benches for a family picnic.

DEEPAK BHARDWAJ

Good place for outing. One can easily spend 3-4 hours here. Ample picnic area with sandy beach (sort of) and small set up of swings & water splash. Recommend for family outing. Parking was a challenge! Reached at ~ 11.30 AM and waited for one hour to get a parking space.

aleksandra bulat

Jack Darling Memorial Park Off-Leash Dog Park is absolutely huge! It’s a wonderful place to take your pooch for them to run freely. There are many trails and changes in elevation. There’s a sandpit to we are many dogs gather to play! I’m so glad there’s a huge green space like this available for dogs to be off leash. I would say that 99% of the owners are responsible dog owner ‘s. It’s a very safe place to be

Arinaa Es

I used to go there , nice beach

Rashid Muhammad

Its a BLAST! Wow excellent place to be on rainy day :) love it ???? nice beach clean water, washrooms, playground, splash pad, ample space for BBQ, decent parking, tall trees for shade. This site is really developed.

Pallipuram Kitchen

Great place for picnic with kids.

NURUL AZIM

Good place but can be crowded during weekend.

Bodhisattva Pal

One of the best lakeside parks in peel region. There are a lot of spaces to walk seat and enjoy your evening. Picnic areas are also cleaned. Plenty numbers of parking spots are available although you will feel little crowded over the weekends.

kass Beltran

Beautiful place to come for a walk, to relax or for a family bbq. Also is good to take your kids, pets, etc. I love this place, the sounds of the waves take any stress out ????????‍♀️☺️

Tapan Gupta

This place has multiple parking areas spread across the park. The trail is right by the water, so your walk is gurateed to be relaxing. The beach is good too. If you want to enjoy a day out with family and do some bbq, this place is a good choice

Arun Sarangapani

Nice place with a bigger park area compared to other parks around. Lots of families were there starting around 11am.. so parking will be a problem after that time. before that it was good for walking around and spend some in the shallow waters.

Samantha Scheerle

Great park, one of the best dog parks in the area. Beware there is not much parking in the summer!

Sai Soumith

Amazing Colours of sunrise #SummerTime

Aarti G

Foggy day but overall beautiful view of the Toronto Skyline. Will come by for the view at night someday when the skies are clear.

Our favourite meet up with friends, this park has lots of activities and space. The playground has AstroTurf, the splash pad is near the washrooms, there are bbqs and lots of space for picnics, and the trails run down to the beach and through beautiful Rattray Marsh. There's also a toboggan hill for winter! Is can get VERY busy on weekends in the summer, so keep that in mind.

Orlando Esteves

Awesome fun park, has splash pad and kids playground. Beach is ok and water is calm.

Sahil Saini

One of the best parks in GTA ????

Saad Haris

Loved this place. Scenic environment with lot to offer for every age group.

Imran Javaid

Amazing park, has everything you want within city- and it's absolutely free

Michael Janetakes

Stunning Place! Walked along the boardwalk that connects to Rattray Marsh Conservation Area. Lots of birds, wildflowers and even spotted a deer grazing in the tall grasses.

David Fox

Beautiful park, but it’s only accessible by people with cars unless you live close by, and there is never enough parking there. They need to open more parking spaces or lighten up on the people getting creative about parking.

Julie Statler

Great dog park - large with different terrain and lots of trees. Right on the lake - gets VERY busy summer weekends and parking lots get full.

Muhammad Mohiuddin

Excellent park in the heart of Mississauga. Large picnic area, play area for kids, splash pad. Excellent and very wavy water beach, tall and shady trees and easy trails make it an ideal park, however I usually find it extremely overcrowded on weekends.

iftikhar shaikh

Great for a nice weekend out. Come early to ensure a convenient parking spot

Mohamad Rizal

Gotta say one of the best beach park with plenty of picnic area and nice sandy beach! There is bike trail, washroom, splash pad, and playground. The hotdog stand and ice cream cart are definitely a bonus! Parking spot however is very hard to find as it's small. Have seen a number of shouting and people hassling to get a spot.

Douglas Youngson

A great, large open place for your dog (s) to run free, can get busy but there is enough space that you just walk to a different area. almost all terrains, hills, grass, gravel, sand, woods. I the summer there is a water fountain and bowls close to the front entrance. Also when "leashed" you can follow the path down to the lake and along the boardwalk to RATRAY marsh, easy to spend more than 1 hour there before you notice.

Tahseen Khan

It's an all in one kinda place..there is a playground, a splash pad(sometimes gets dirty), a beach, walking trail, hiking, dog park and a huge picnic area with lots of benches..it's a good place for a whole family with multi generations to come and enjoy..

Bilal Kamran

Perfect picnic spot, specially in the summers. Great waterfront, a lot of greenery, splash for kids, and best part is you can make and enjoy amazing bbq

Mohammad Almasalmah

Beautiful park with a lot of parking

Gaming With Aiman_Gamer0506

There were mean teens here that called my a bad word cuz I asked if I can go after them but the place is nice clean but in the summer there alot of bees

Taimur Malik

A family friendly park that is alongside Lake Ontario. There is greenery, wooden trails and ample space to enjoy a picnic. Really like this place!

Yeimi Pena

Gorgeous park with view to Toronto. Nice place for a picnic or BBQ with family.

Yoom

Actually a pretty good park, painted some rocks and had a picnic. Only bad thing was a massive spider interrupted us and we had to evacuate the site.

nrs2019

Lovely well maintained park with a beautiful trail. A must visit!

Prabu Rangasamy

Very big park with huge trees, off-leash dog park, picnic tables, many trails, splashing pad, children park etc. Small Waves of the lake and its sound gives the feel of sea. Two kids play area with washrooms. Toronto city view was good. Lots of tree shadows to escape from hot sun

Giovanna Chavez

Nice green area with playground, washrooms, picnic area and a natural reserve marsh next door

Flipboy

This park was HUGE!!! The park had trails upon trails. This is a nice place to go for a nice hike. And we found another playground within this park. The boys loved that. Also a random outdoor pool was there. A big baseball diamond and a huge space if you want to play soccer, football, frisbee...etc with a whole squad.

p g prakash

One of the best and biggest parks in Mississauga. It has lots of spaces to walk, cycle , picnic and have a good time with friends and family. It also has a dog park with a separate parking lot. I have visited this park during all 4 seasons and it maintains its charm intact throughout the year. It offers a spectacular view of the Toronto skyline at a distance.

Nicole VanKampen

Wow..love this park! What a great way to incorporate an operational water treatment facility into useful public space! Hills, fields, forest, scrub, grass, and trails for dogs to explore and enjoy. Multiple entries and parking, completely fenced in, safe and well maintained.

Eileen Dias

It’s a great park. By lakeshore you can get some nice pictures of the Toronto skyline

Randi Jacob

Like it but avoid it in weekends it's so packed. Cars creating parking spaces that block you etc

Tamal Sarkar

Nice trails Excellent spot for watching Sunrise and a day picnic Patches of beach to soak up on hot days.Perfect quick weekend spot.

Baxter Field

Wonderful park on Lake Ontario for family picnicking, directly beside Rattray Marsh with its boardwalks to meander. The park also includes what many consider Mississauga's best leash-free area (fenced) for dogs. Very, very busy with picnicking families on weekends throughout summer.

Harpreet Singh

Great park in GTA vicinity, Mississauga. Well maintained, with beach, splash pad trail with benches along the lake, lush green lawns and trees. Great for spending some happy n relaxed time.

Elon Musk

My stars are for the plentiful number of benches and picnic tables in the park. The bathroom is a little sketchy cuz the lights were out when I went. They might be fixed by now though.

Debika Bose

Amazing place for picnic and barbecue...park has kids play area too...loved it..will visit again...

Girija Devi

Unusually covers most of the amenities you seek in a park like trail, lake, play area, parking space, unleash dog park, bbq, downtown view and mobile ice cream

Peter Boyd

A beautiful park. Just make sure you get there early on weekends . An easy walkway accesses Rattray marsh.

Wajeeha Hasnain

Would rate 10/10. If you don't have a car, its completely accessible by public transport. There's a great beach and an amazing walking trail through the marsh where you get to see some frogs and lizards as well. Makes for great pictures too!

Joan DSouza

Clean and beautiful. Great trail through the Rattray Marsh. Weekends and holidays are too crowded.

Trieu Nguyen

Very big park with so many things to do there. Kids love the playgrounds and the splash pad. So many places for a nice picnic and a great view of the lake and Toronto (city). Parking can be challenging in the summer so you need to get there early. Still pretty busy in the fall on weekends too.

Vishal Rathi

One of the most beautiful parks in Mississauga at Lakeshore, you can see Toronto, CN tower etc from here, very crowded on weekends in summers, you will love the waves and the sound of it. Good for Bar-be-que etc with family. Green and serene.

Juleana Homs

It is very beautiful and calm, there is little attention to it, it is necessary to spray insecticides on the trees and I advise everyone to go to it

Carshella A

Bring a book, lunch, walking shoes or a lawn chair, much to see or do.

Rahul Dighade

Awesome place to spend ur family day out. Plenty of picnic spots with bar b que. park offers beach side, trail walk , splash pad, volley ball , play ground for kids with swing , slides. Also a spot of ice cream truck too. Park has different parking lot and might be challenge to find one since this place gets crowded on weekend. Beautiful Toronto downtown,CN tower view from lake side.Lake sand and water is clean however washrooms aren’t that clean. Overall worthy place to spend picnic day out .

Salman Ahmad

Very nice park. People living in Mississauga should visit.

Paul Creary

Beautiful park just lovely” + a nice view of downtown Toronto from the water’s shoreline

Rolando Tecson

A fantastic park with varied terrain, beach and walking paths to Rattray marsh. You'll find plenty of area to play, picnic and BBQ as well as explore. Parking is an issue with several lots including an exterior dog park and areas closer to the water. Amenities and facilities are open. Note: No fire is allowed on the Rattray Beach.

Claudia Gilbert

My family and I visited Jack Darling Park today with our friends and their children, We had a blast. The children enjoyed the park, splash pad and the lake as well. Good amount of shady areas and walking/biking trials. We wouldnt definitely visit this park again

Parul Bhatnagar

Great place for picnic .But gets really crowded over weekend and parking is always full.

Kendra Jellison

Adored this place! I had only gone to smaller parks, ie the ones in Brampton. I love the size and how accommodating it is for both dogs and people! Like others have mentioned I do wish there was more trash cans scattered around, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. If you have crazy pups who love to run and wander, I highly recommend coming here.

TheDoubleyou

It's a nice park for a walk with your dog. It's usually busy so you have to wait fir parking on the weekends especially. It's also good for Bar-B-Q parties

The Contractor

Beautiful park, lush and green, also offers a Dog Park right at the entrance. There are many pathways leading you to trails along the lake, through marshes and alongside tall and majestic trees. Lots and lots of parking available, sometimes you may just have to park and wait for someone to leave but it won't take more than 5-15 minutes. Beautifully landscaped, the hot dog stand charges about $7.50 for a sausage and a drink, Uber Eats/Skip The Dishes is always an available option, however this is a great park to bring your portable barbecue, you'll see countless families doing the same, I can't remember if there were already public use grills installed. Don't forget your bikes, Rollerblades, skateboards etc, Enjoy!

Jan Sobreo

Magnificent scenery, broad space for picnics, bbq and playing sports. Nice long trails for hiking, and biking. Well maintained park and have an abundance of information about the entire park from the type of plants and types of different animals that live there. There's also information on their contingency plan to control invasive common carp from over populating lake ontario. Very well done.

Faraz Jafri

Always so relaxing sound and fresh air. Make sure to put on mask and maintain distance when it is crowded.

Just Baked

Awesome place, Prepare ur barbeque, and spend quality time here with ur friends and family. One of the coolest place 4 photography. Just behold the splendid beauty of the nature.

Vijay Jayanandan

Very scenic and a treat to your eyes. This park has so much to offer

Jaideep Singh Gambhir

Great place for kids, plenty of good rides, swings and a wonderful water plash area! The beach water was green & not recommended for swimming also very cold for kids. Overall a nice picnic spot for small Group.

Cheryl Powless

Great place for dogs to run. Large fully fenced area for all dogs and a private fenced area for little or special needs dogs. There's also a water tap which is fantastic on those hot summer days.

Aaron Richmond

I love it here. Large play area for the big dogs and a new spot for the smaller dogs. My boy and I love them both!

moaz khan

Great place to visit, we had hard time to find parking on the weekends.. Overall good experience.

Winer Osnofla

Good place to be on summer days..just be early coz the parking would be terrible..hahaha

Tara Gill

Our family loved the soft sandbar which makes it more safe for non swimmers in my opinion. Disclaimer: no amount of water is 100% safe so please keep that in mind. The water was tepid and clear the day we went and the sand on the beach was soft. However, there are some twigs and rocks in it which is typical. Also, there are pebbles on the shoreline as you’re entering the lake. Parking is free which is awesome but it’s difficult to find a spot on the weekend when the weather is hot so come early. Our ONLY complaint would be about the black flies which swarmed and feasted on us. There were literally hundreds of them that attacked us and it hurt! Unfortunately, bug repellent did nothing to stop them! We had no choice but to run into the water to get away from the majority of them. Thank goodness the water is shallow there! Anyways, we rate it, FIVE Stars for the lake and sandbar. ZERO Stars for the Vicious Flies. Btw, it’s an off leash dog park and beach so don’t forget to bring your fur baby along to enjoy the day!????

Jasminder Singh

Place is good and clean but on weekends this place is complete mess their is no space for parking. I know their are almost 6 to 7 parking but still no place to park place is much crowded on weekends due to which level of cleanliness decreased. But on weekdays every thing is good you can enjoy nature here and peace and calmness is there in the atmosphere. You can enjoy beach and but we cant enjoy a sunset here but place is good for sunrise and we can do jogging and all at our free time and lots of rides for children even adults can enjoy that. Due to rides children can also love to come to this place and lots of pokestops are also at this place which is good for Pokemon go lovers

Dilara Polat

Beautiful park. Visited a few days in a row, having picnics, walks, being one with deer, coyotes, and skunks is definitely an experience.

oh_its.Fatima

It's really nice but you do need bug repellent because there are a lot of mosquitoes and bees other than that it's great

Sid Sharma

Nice picnic spot and splash pad for kids to have fun. Swings and slides are usually busy so expect some wait times

Eduardo Mejia

Love this place, you will love, is amazing natural beauty and the best also for your kids

Ahmad Shakib Hazin

Great view of Lake Ontario and beaches along with a lot of free parking and clean facilities.

James Osborne

Best dog park in Ontario by a mile - our pup absolutely loves the space to run around. Additionally, right next to rattray marsh which is a beautiful nature reserve in all seasons. This place has it all and is worth your time.

Kevin Payoyo

Great park and location for dogs. Parking is super slim on busy days so only go here when I feel it won’t be super packed.

Elaine Sung

Beautiful park with a great kids play area. You can see downtown Toronto on a clear day. It is a picturesque walk that leads to Rattray Marsh. The splash pad is basic and not as nice as the one at Marie Curtis park or Lakefront Promenade park. The park can get crowded during the weekends in the summer. I also noticed a lot of litter. This might be because there aren’t enough waste receptacles to support they number of visitors.

Fillyfil75 “Daddy and the kids”

It is the nicest park in Mississauga, lots of picnic space, great bike trail, and the best Polish Hotdog lady in town!!!

Sohan Alva

Our new favorite park. This place is the biggest fenced dog park we've seen. Us dog parents can easily get in our daily 10k steps along with our dog.

CK Calendria

Great park for a walk around the waterfront with plenty of parking. Park also has free area for dogs to run as well as a toboggagin area for winter. At summer months there's a little food truck there selling hotdogs and ice cream too.

Leo

Went their many times since I live close by. Great park with a nice view of Toronto DT.

Vishuv Sethi

We usually visit the park to take our pup on a long leash walk generally on weekends. Its a beautiful park wihh plenty beach area and good sights. Gets crowded if it's a good weather, and some people do tend to try spoil the beauty by trashing the place while picnics, which is a negative for the visitors rather than the park. Anyhow, always love the visit to the park.

Mitchell Gerskup

This is a fantastic park. There's a beach, walking/bicycling trails, picnic areas, a large playground, splash pad, and off leash dog park. Parking is somewhat limited given the size of the park, so you'll have to get here early on a nice weekend day if you want to guarantee a spot.

Kia Gulati

Been here a couple of times now and always enjoyed. Perfect for a dip in the water and a nice time with the fam or friends.

MARIA ESPERANZA ZAPATA

Its a very extensive park. Great for family bbq or picnic. It has a toddler park and a splash pat zone. The beach is ok, but it was full of algae.

Tracy Smith

Loved it. So many areas to enjoy the great outdoors. Family friendly, clean, easy to use. I loved that swimming in the lake was an option.

Julia Agris

Lots of parking and a nice view of the Toronto skyline. Good for families as well. Quick walk over to Rattray Marsh trail - that has nice views, wildlife and geocaches.

Latish Vohra

This is one of our favorite parks in Mississauga. It's ideal for family get togethers and picnics. The view of Lake Ontario, is awesome. You can really hear the waves crash against the rocks. Although it's very busy on weekends and holidays, best to avoid going there then. It has a great playground for kids and bbqs for people to use. Good ol' Jack Darling.

TH3LOV3YOUD3SIR3 JON3S

this place is great for family time, out door parties or any other gatherings. During the week there is a good amount of people there not over crowded. But I would highly recommend if you are planning on attending on a Friday Saturday or Sunday arrive early so you can get a nice spot. otherwise they have lots of picnic tables, park benches, a food truck and a man that rides around selling ice cream ( he accepts debit n credit) Very long stretch of beach. When you go far out in the water it's not that deep. You can also BBQ some spots have built in grills. I'd suggest bringing your own. (non gas grill) I got a mini one at Canadian Tire for $20.

Sakina Sanaa

Perfect for family time... Beautiful views and a nice park for the children to play

Hanna Pribic

Nice trails to walk by the lake. There is playground for kids and lot of benches by the lake to take the rest and enjoy beautiful view.

Imran Shahid

Nice place for a family BBQ. The park is quite big and it has lots of parking space but gets full quickly on the weekends. Nice sandy beach with a beautiful view of Toronto city skyline. There are many trees that provide good shade for picnic. There is a splash pad as well for kids. Overall a very nice place to spend your weekend with kids.

Nishant David

Great place for a family outing if you enjoy scenic beauty. Nice lush lawns, beautiful shoreline, a white sand beach with plenty of rocks. It has lot of benches and provision for barbeque as well. Beware of seagulls though. A view of CN towers is also very beautiful.

Avijit Saxena

Worth exploring if you can get a parking… the park has an absolutely gorgeous beach and a number of tree shades where anyone can camp for a barbecue weekend. The beach is pretty shallow and can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike, then there’s a splash pad for tiny ones and a jogging trail for those who are in that thing. The only thing which takes away one star is the parking battles which can take the entire fun away.

Michael Liman

Nice place for walking while enjoying the view, even there is not so much beautiful spots. This place is good to visit when autumn is coming. Take some pictures with those yellow and red leaves. No admission fee. Parking is free as well. Weekends is crowded with people visiting this park.

Kodjo Abotsi

Nice park by lake Ontario for some me-time or with family.

Pushpinder Singh

This beautiful place is located in Mississauga. You can experience a good size beach, the great trail for nice walk experience or you can have a nice bicycle ride. Last but not least, good waterfront spots for picnic. This is my must visit place for June month every year. BBQ are permitted. You can find benches all over the park. Parking is busy but every time I find one with max wait of 15 min.

Sonal S (Sonal Mobile)

We've visited this park many times. The park is very large and there are many places to picnic, paths to walk, or just to sit and take in the view of Lake Ontario. Weekdays are fine, but weekends (especially in the summer) are extremely busy and parking will be an issue if you don't arrive early (even though they have a few lots). Lots of people picnic and bring portable BBQs here, but there is also a hot dog/snacks vendor here too. There are public washrooms and the maintenance of these facilities and overall cleanliness of the park are good

Heather N

Big park with a decent beach. Weekends are busy so get there early and be prepared to search for parking.

Ana Gonzales

Love coming here as it does have a dog off leash area that I'd just perfect for your K9 to have fun. Different places to explore and experience. People are super nice and dogs comes in various ages and breeds. Best socializing spots and I highly recommend. Just stay out of the grass as unfortunately many owners don't pick up after their pet. But the walking paths are always clear ????

Varun Prasad

Another beautiful place... City view from the opposite side of the lake.. here too u can just sit and enjoy the beautiful lake with such a beautiful skyline. Loved it. Picture says it all...

erropole deepak reddy

Very nice place for a walk. Has great views. Walking trails are also available.

Rajat Kaushik

One of the best parks I have been to in GTA. Has multiple parking lots at regular distance, giving visitors ease to park close to their planned activity site. Has BBQs, gazebos, restrooms, walk paths, benches along the lakeshore waterfronts, undulating terrain as well as flat gardens, picnic sites, quaint beaches. Had a picnic with elaborate setup and 20 people, still had sufficient space and privacy. Looking forward to another visit!!

Tareq Muneem

Nice place to hang around close to nature. Also the kids will enjoy large open fields. Good for Sunday picnic.

Sue Robinson

A very well loved community park. There is a boardwalk going all around Ratray Marsh. Its an excellent place to spend the day. Right on lake Ontario. Good for swimming. There's a splash pad for the kids and an off leash area for dogs. Very crowded in the summer months, quieter in winter and spring. We go there alot in the winter. Watch for the robins coming back. There is alot of parking, but still no parking at 2:00pm on a Saturday. Highly recommended.

T S

It’s a nice park to go for a walk but it’s way too busy over the weekends.

Harisha K P

Few small sand beaches gives a great experience. I enjoyed roaming around in the park.

Wafa M

Great park... Its actually a pretty big park... Also has a nice small beach and great picnic areas and some reservable spots too... Love how it has a combination of everything including playground for kids, changing room by park centre, and the best part that it connects to beautiful trails...

Dave Thompson

Nice enough spot with lots of cool boardwalks, but boy does it ever get busy. Parking lot is a zoo, trails are rammed. Maybe an early morning weekday would be a good time to go

Andrej Patrman

Gorgeous park and it's right on the lake. Plenty of beautiful trails to walk, with lots of benches, picnic tables and green areas, so you can rest and have your snack.

Simran Grewal

Absolutely in love with this park. A lot of area to roam around, have an awesome view of Lake Ontario, Toronto skyline. Such a great place to relax in summers.

travelhholic dr

Most amazing place, best for kids adjacent to lake. Huge play area for kids, best place for picnic

swati gupta

The park is super clean and big. Its good for playing walking picnic walking or barbeque. Yoh can bring along ur pets. Its great for pets. It has lakeshore which gives a great view and breeze.

Affan Khalid

Very very busy place on weekends.... i probably spent more time finding a legal parking spot than in the park it self... lol

Kal Sukkar

A great spot with an amazing beach. Plenty of space, loads of parking spots, with good facilities. Not a big fan of the crowd it attracts, but that’s always a personal preference.

Adil Khan

Great place. Lots of room. Has a splash pad area as well. The washrooms on the other hand are not well looked after. I would think twice before even entering the place to wash my hands.

san7ion316 Sanchez

If you are looking for a place where you can do a lot things such as walk , biking, relax your self sitting in from the lake having a beautiful view, good place for kids the playground is renovated, if you have a dog is a good place for them you can find a special yard only for dogs to be without leash. Also is nice place for having a bbq and picnic

neeraj tanwar

This park is really very beautiful and very big . Good walking trails . The area next to the lake gives a very beach ???? feel . You can actually see the Toronto skyline on the other side of water which looks very beautiful and you can actually see most beautiful sunset from there. In summers my kids enjoyed this place a lot . Definitely we will go back again to this park .

Frankie

Loved it! Great space for a picnic and barbecue. The water is shallow enough for kids to play in and you get a good view of the Toronto skyline. Lots of grounds for a hike or long walk, you may like to pack an insect repellent against mosquitoes though. Parking space is available and free but can get a bit tight due to high footfall. There are playground areas for kids and trails are great for bike rides. I recommend for solo or group picnics with family and friends.

Lorraine S

Beautiful little park - make sure you go check out the Rattray marsh area!

Viba Jagan

Nice place to visit with kids. We visited early in the morning to avoid crowd. It is beautiful place for families. Kids will enjoy it for sure

Awais Ahmad

It is good place to go spend a day but very less parking space and very dirty washrooms ????.

varshida vasudevan

Nice place for camping, they are open till 11 pm so the family can enjoy it for a long time.

Victoria Balva

Beautiful park on the edge of the water with Toronto skyscrapers view. In the middle of the week. Too crowded on weekends

Sophia Zhang

Great place for picnic and for a walk!If you like swans, this is the right place!

Bernard Stephenson

Beautiful place for picnic, hiking, photos and more. It's always crowded and difficult to get parking.

Arshad Kazmi

Excellent park for a family day trip. Waterfront trail, lake view, Toronto downtown view and lots of greenary and tree shades. Playground for kids, splash pad. Sitting benches all around the park. BarBQ areas, large family picnic areas. Washrooms are large and neat. The only challenge for this place is Parking. Parking gets full early in the day and specially on weekends and holidays.

the awakened wanderer

Clean green and lively park, loved the place. Good for a weekend outing. People walk their dogs, play volleyball, and what not.. Beach side is also nice.

Elmin Rizvanovic

Huge park with great views. We have been here multiple times. It can get busy but it's expected because of how beautiful it is here. Lots of space too but limited parking, get there early!!

Jeffrey Drake

Nice retreat along the lake for a walk with my dog. It's charming anytime of the year. Also has a off leash area for dogs to let off steam and socialize. Has an area where there are wild flowers native to the region planted and flourishing.

Louise C

Hard to park during summer but nice little gem when you find the beach for the kids. Fun day but go early.

Teresa C

Very big park beautiful scenery nice playground if you have kids allowed to BBQ

Jinay Shah

One of the best to hangout with. Can do lots of fun stuff, swim in the lake, do fire around the water and lots more. Do visit it if around the area.

Aizal N

Verrry crowded. You need to come really early or stay until someone leave without getting into parking lot fight ????. Parking is free... that's why so many people. Enough park area to social distance and enjoy. Beach is not a big stretch rather blocks of beaches surrounded by rocks creating some personal space. Water is clear closer to the beach but bit slippery once you go inside. Water is shallow too so kids can walk in for few meters. You can enjoy the water while looking at Downtown Toronto and CN tower. Dogs are allowed to be unleashed so don't be suprised if you see a dog next to you. Lots of seagulls too. There are washrooms, play grounds, flash pad and small ice cream and other mobile catering carts. Overall a nice place for fun. Enjoy!!!!

Czr Kalajari

Nice for morning walk

Mauricio Alvarez

Amazing park. Not so hidden gem so get there early on weekends. Best dog park I've ever seen.

Viral Rana

Beautiful park.. very peaceful and pleasant place and huge lake boardwalk with amazing nature around.

Kuntal Chakraborty

There have increased there parking area. We loved to walk in wooden trail path through the bushes and jungles. They made it long and good for dog outing also. You can send some valuable precious moments with nature and water. Lots of amusement. I prefer to go in weekdays, because weekends are crazy. May be you will not get parking. We have been there several times each year the park was developing getting its new ambience.

Great park in a good location. Wonderful waterfront and easy access to the Rattray Marsh for long hikes. Perfect for a Sunday stroll or family picnic. Clean park with washrooms and a splash pad. Great views of the Toronto skyline.

Vivek Sridhar

Great park on Lake Ontario! Big leash-free area for dogs, along with a trail, as well as plenty of space for picnics near the lake. Can get a bit crowded near the big BBQ pits and shades. Unfortunately, not a lot of people social-distancing or wearing masks, but with the hot weather, it can be expected - just to keep in mind.

MOHAMMEDRAIS MOHAMMEDHAFIZ SHAIKH

Beautiful place, must visit. Nice beach area

2Nyce 2Sweet

Love love love this park very family oriented fun for everyone, and very clean

Mary C

Definitely my favorite park. Good trails and well maintained. Also have dedicated small dog areas. It could get busy on weekends

Laxmi Devi

Wonderful place to walk off leash with your dog. There is a fenced off section for smaller dogs too. Parking is available but it does get quite busy in the evenings and weekends.

Heather B

By far the best dog park we've been to. Really helps with off-leash training!

Livy K

Very crowded ,especially weekends, it was hard to find a parking spot. And there were smokes all around the park for BBQ.

Cecille Torres

It’s a very relaxing place. There is place for kids to play and to swim and go for the trails.

David Chok

Beautiful park to walk around! Too some time to find parking though.

Alex G

Very nice place to spend your family time, lots of people make BBQ, kids playground, if you go a bit to the west there is a nice board trail around pond. Just one thing that spoiled our Sunday time, the parking lot is not big enough to accommodate all the cars and parking enforcement officers know about it. so they take advantage if you park not exactly in between yellow parking lines. we got a ticket for parking beside curb.

Stan Snopek

Lots of enclosed space to let your dog run free. Year round washrooms and a toboggan hill. Great walks along the lake and a children's playground.

Bhavin Shukla

Great park, sometime it’s hard to find parking and a bench. Lots of trees and greenery. Nice place for picnic, lot of things for kids, slides, swings, water splash pad. Fabulous lake view and pleasant walking trail.

heather pratt

Always a good place to visit between the water, the playground and the various picnic areas, dog park and walking trails, located right beside rateay marsh walking trails, you need to be here by 9:30 on a nice day or there will be very limited parking left.

jigga man

Great for a cool evening run or walk with a great feeling of security 24hrs a day

Bethy Cliff

It's a great place to spend the weekend with your family and friends...handy beach.. good place to being with your kids

Pushkar Verma

Nice park for a family picnic, the water front trail is about 2-3 kms good for moderate walking. The beach is cleanly maintained and has accessible washrooms. It is connected to Rattray marsh conservation area which is also a nice place to visit. This park is heavily crowded on the weekends, despite several parking lots we were able to find a parking spot in about half an hour so do plan in advance.

Millie Gallo

Absolutely fantastic park!!!! Clean and fun for both kids and adults! It had a beach, splash pad, playground bbqs great open areas with picnic benches, bike path , an ice-cream truck parked nice treats for the kids, just a great park for full day of family fun!

Abdul Mateen

An okay beach that isn't too far from the city. I've been here several times for BBQ, there's a lot of open grass space to set up a BBQ or play soccer/volleyball. There's a fun kids park, and okayish splash pad and one or two shelters with benches where u can BBQ if the weather is bad and good boardwalk/dirt trails through marshes. Not 5 stars because beach water is filthy, it's brown/green and there is barely any sand. So the actual beach/water experience is bad. Parking is horrible on weekends or holidays.

NattyEmpress

My kids love this park! I will make it something we do regular, especially in summer. It's beautiful, and accommodating for any type of event. I've been here 3x now, and I love it too, just not a fan of Lake Ontario water????, the killer mosquitos at night, and the parking issues.

Hanan S.

It's one of my favorite places though usually fully filled with people on weekends & it's difficult to find parking on a sunny day. The car parking is free here.

karimulla mohammad (KoolKlick)

Good place to enjoy beach and park, only issue with parking spots especially weekends very difficult to get parking.

debandjim333

Very beautiful walking/rollerblading path and lots of lakeshore beach access. So much parking and a leash free dog park that's amazing!

Wahid Salih

Had a great time, the view of downtown toronto from the lake is wonderful. Big play area for kids, clean, nice trail, Parking is limited on weekends.

Shaween K

A very relaxing park to go to where you can enjoy being surrounded by mature trees while looking at lake Ontario. If you go on a sunny day you will be able to see Toronto sky line from this park. The park is provided by benches and picnic tables. Ideal to for spending the day. It is also provided with air pumps if you need to add or fill your floating boat with air. Toilets were open and clean. All in all it was beautiful.

Oxygn H

Nice beach for kids to play. Its a busy beach and water can be dirty at times. Lots of green spaces for picnics too.

Neha Chopra

Beautiful waterside in Mississauga with lots to di. The place not only has beautiful water, but also boasts of a splash pad, slides and swings for kids. A good place for family getaway for the day.

George Chung

Love this park but it does get quite busy and parking gets scarce on busy days like weekends and holidays. Need to get there early if you don't want to risk being disappointed.

Rodrigo Jose

It’s an excellent place to hang with the family. You can do a picnic, there are tables, grills, etc. The area is big to play ball, ride the bike or go to the playground with your younger kids.

Rocio Rodriguez

Great area to bbq, kids splash, nice walking area, ample space for kids to play. Parking still crowded and washrooms need to be kept clean.

Robert Nowicki

Great views of Toronto! Nice open spaces to walk...splash pad for kids is great on a hot day. Also the dog park is spacious and clean.

Nathan Johnson

Great place to enjoy a nice walk with friends/family. I sat along the shore with a girl I took on a first date and we enjoyed skipping rocks together on a beautiful day. Very clean, and lots of shade to have a picnic. Various public BBQ's around if you would like to bring some charcoal and cook up some burgers on a sunny day.

Saeed Iqbal

One of the best parks in GTA along the lake shore. Beautiful views, walk ways and beach. This park is popular and usually so busy that it needs more parking area and wash rooms.

M

Really enjoyed our visit here. We had originally planned an indoor play place but it was closed so we wound up here and quite enjoyed it. The park is lovely it was swarming with kids but even still ours had plenty of things to do and we were able to manage our kids without much trouble. We love the Astro turf on the park!! Wish every park was the same!!! The beach is a little small or at least where we were it was but it's still quite nice and lots of trails and green space to run around. We will def meet here again.

Mehvish Bilal

Great place to go with family, friends and pets. You have lots of open space to sit or walk down a trail, do bbq or even play with your dog. The weather was really nice and definitely worth visiting again!

Emre Yilmaz

So many mosqitous. The park is nice and clean. The water is freezing cold.

AbdulAziz Ansari

Well laid, extensively maintained, serene location for older, seneic for younger ones and play land for kids. Good location for family picnic.

Kayla Hirst

By far the best dog park around! We drive 45 minutes to come to it sometimes 2 or more times a week. There's also a trail (dogs have to be on leash) that takes you right down to the water.

أبو أحمد

Great park excellent for kids Just need more parking spots and drain for the washing tap.

Lisa Wright

My go to place for a 5km walk with gorgeous lake views throughout the park. The marsh walk is peaceful, top notch bird watching with incredible varieties for the bird lover or avid photographer. Parking on a beautiful day will be difficult. Families flock to this park for picnics.

Jorge Zulueta

Nice place to visit all year around. Amazing landscape, huge free leash dogs parks, lots of open space for kids with playgrounds and beautiful lake views.

Kusai Ghanoum

The park is really nice for families with kids. We enjoyed the beach, playground and splash pad. The parking lot gets packed quickly during weekends and holidays. Plan to arrive early if you don't like fighting over a parking lot.

Not David

I haven't been to a better leash-free dog park. It's built over top of a water treatment facility, giving lots of varied terrain, woods, open areas, trails and hills. Nice view of the leaves in autumn. Tobogganing hill in the winter.

Rahul p

Little crowded but still quite and peaceful

Maria Karwat

I visitinng few times, this beautiful place. I enjoyet the Sound of. the waves of Lake Ontario nad remember my wacations at The Baltic Sea . Poland.

DM Oli

Lots of parking, but very busy on peak times, especially the weekends. Stroller friendly and many spots for picture taking.

Saad Dossani

Close to home. Good park with a small beach area and kids park. Very very hard to find parking. Had a good day there with friends. Lots of things to do. There is BBQ also.

Shahid Alam

Great park. Very pleased to visit Play area. Beach.

A H

Very nice park, when is not many people, you can actually sit there alone and really enjoy yourself....birds, sounds of the wind...water..

Chintan Bhavsar

Awaome place to visit and relax, spend family time here would be great and of course BBQ is a must

Shirley Henine

Jack Darling is the best place on the lake in Mississauga. On a clear day you can easily see downtown and the CN tower

Abdul Khan

Wonderful park to spend time with family and friends. Nice trails through the marshy areas. Natural habitat for lots of birds. Hard to find a parking though. Plenty grassy Feild to do BBQ, play soccer or badminton. Sandy beach with the nice view of CN Tower. Kids enjoy their swings and slides. It also has a nice splash pad.

Nikesh Patel

This park is well kept, cleaned regularly and there are always garbage/recycling bins every so often along the path. You can get a really nice view of Toronto in some areas of this park. Clear skies and low wind make this part an excellent spot for a morning or evening walk. The park is extremely busy during the bulk of the day.

Jasmine Jackman

Beautiful park and pathways.

N Ph

Love this place so much.We love to sit for meditation here.

Sean

Awesome dog park. Beautiful lake. Could be improved by ensuring water quality in Lake is always good enough for swimming.

john manning

Great parking ,washrooms, close to the water ,awesome dog park ????

Leegi Bu

A large park in the City with all the City issues. The park itself is 5 stars but the City crowding earns it 3 stars. On Summer Weekends, its only for early birds. Reach here before 11am (max 12pm) or expect going around in circles looking for parking. When exiting the park onto Lakeshore Road, left turn has huge lineups at times so take a right and then take a u-turn. If you manage to get in on a weekend, its a nice park with many small beaches, splash pad, playgrounds, trail, huge green space for picnic & bbq & many washrooms. Out of the city picnic is the preferred option but if you have last minute plan cancellations or cannot go out of the city on weekends than this park is an option if you can make it early or else just visit this park on summer weekdays, early fall or late spring. If you are stuck in the City & hate crowded parkings then Lakefront Promenade Park is a better option. It has less green space but less crowded as well.

Erin Colby

Great Park with trails and a variety of terrain

Karl

Well maintained, good division for small dogs, fenced in areas for off leash activities aswell

Nathen Miriam

On a clear day the view of the Downtown Toronto Area from the waterfront is spectacular. Good dog walking facilities and leash-free area too. Impressive hidden water treatment plant. Also a lovely spot for a family picnic.

Trin Misra

A beautiful park that overlooks the Downtown Toronto skyline. It has a separate off leash dog area.

Dushyant Gupta

Excellent park with water front to relax your soul

u S

Very nice park for a day trip...

Jeremy C

Really great park by the lake. First, it has the biggest dog park in Mississauga. It’s HUGE. Lots for dogs to do. On top of this there is also a small dog park, but I rarely see numerous small dogs there at once. As for the park itself, it has: a Splash pad and playground for the kids, a couple small beaches, tennis courts, and a ton bunch of picnic areas. There is also a nice trail that leads to Rattray Marsh Conservation Area, which is a nice walk within itself! The reason there isn’t a 5th star: PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE ON WEEKENDS!! Goodluck finding a spot.

Abhishek

Clam and quite, beautiful, well maintained place with all amenities. Great view of lake and CN tower as well.

Addison Adalberto

Nice place for family to enjoy the day. With many play areas for kids they can traverse the park grounds and experience different areas.

Rogie 1925

A very nice place for BBQ..with family and friends....

Anshul Agrawal

I will recommed this place. A must visit for the people living nearby Mississauga and Brampton Water was good and clear and beach was clean. Park was.big, lots of fun for Kids. Only challenge I will mention is finding parking. There are 3 designated parking spaces but all full, you may not get the parking on the busy day. I also find this place good for campers, seems you need the permit for overnight camping. Parking is free... no charges...beach is good and water was clear. Didn't saw any life guard, swin with your life vest.

Maria Farooq

Views and fun. You can have picnic or just a relaxing evening. Fun for every age group. Splash pads, rides, restrooms. You can easily spend a full day here.

Cameron O

Really nice park, lots of options to park depending on what you want to do, beach access and nice walking paths.

Maria Gillani

Mississauga's best park for families. Has a sandy beach, splash pads and very nicely built play area for kids!

Nimitt Pandya

Nice place to be with family and friends, though a bit busy and you will not find a parking spot that quickly but it's worth for it's location and space to accommodate such a huge crowd.

margo s

They closed off the marsh trail for very long time. There is no need to prolong it at end of summer or early fall time. What they have done does not require such loooong time!

Gina Grisanzio

I was surprised at how clean the beach area was at this park. The water was crystal clear! I enjoyed my visit, it was beautiful, also its a beautiful view of the Toronto skyline!

Abhinav Jain

I was there during a freezing evening and it was such a great experience. You can zone out and just enjoy the nature. You can hear the waves, I didn’t go in the water, remember it was freezing! There is a dog park where you can bring your little buddy. Overall an amazing experience, very relaxing.

Noel Lomigo

Located along Lake Ontario, it's one of the best places for dog walking at the leash free dog park, there's also a children's Waterpark for the summer and trail access to Rattray Marsh which makes about a 5km to 6 km loop from the dog park to the Marsh and back! Highly recommended for anyone who has dogs, children, or love nature walks.

Rui Pires

Best off leash dog park I've been to. Huge! With big hills, forest, paths and lots pastures for ball play. Even a water supply for quenching puppy thirst.

Tao Jiang

nice park along the lake. free parking, washrooms open. beach, playground onsite. i give 4 stars because there are too many people. a bit crowded. there are even parties with more than 10 persons which i am not sure whether it is legal under current situation.

Eric Vaz

Loved the place. Good to have a bbq. Lot of ready bbq spots. Just get one of the disposable bbqs and the meats and you are good to go. If u get there early lots of places. It's a place for families singles and couples. If u just want to chill get a book sit beside the lake and read. Just one thing the toilets are closed when not in season. So well except for that its def a place to go.

Anthony Baranyi

Large and scenic waterfront park. Lots of amenities. Washrooms and playgrounds. And even a stone beach. Great place for picnics and walking around.

Yuriy Ilyin

One of the best parks to visit. Splash pad. Dog park. Multiple small sand beach coves. Playground. Hot dog lady (she could charge a lil less). Lots of green space and tables/ benches. Cons: parking lots fill up quickly

Ashish Punde

Very crowded during summer. The beach is often used by dog walkers instead of the off leash park.

Max L

Awesome place to take a stroll and enjoy the nature, fall colors

KSP

Beautiful park where you can take your children and enjoy a picnic. Or just go for a walk. The small beach was lovely with the view of Toronto . Even though it has lots of parking lots the palace was full and lots of people there. Amazing place loved it.

Manikandan Kumaraswamy

One of the best beaches in Mississauga, it's a treat for all ages. Don't forget to get a hot dog from the friendly lady and a Banana boat from the icecream truck, they are the best.

Kande Raj

Very nice views. Good walking trails.

Stephanie M

Very nice park with lots of paths to walk. Really nice park with padded flooring and play structure that is unique from most parks. Beach areas you can walk along and throw rocks in the water. Nice off leash area as well. In the summer when it is busy it can be hard to find parking

Allan Armet

I use this park for its leash-free dog area, which is a really nice circuit. The other dog owners who come are always friendly and considerate, and I've never had any issues. If you don't have a dog, there is a kiddie toboggan run in the winter

Sebastian Jensen

Huge and beautiful park. On top of a big water treatment facility which makes for an interesting view. Thoroughly fenced in and lots of entrances. There is a water tap and bowls. There is a big hill which gets fenced off for tobogganing in the winter.

mahtab Shaikh

You can do bbqs at this park without getting a ticket go left once you enter all the way to the end to get a spot by the lake view

Thai Tr

Great place to bbq. Nice, small beach. Lots of tables. First come first serve. Washroom close by. Off leash park. Nice walkway.

Mary Chatz

1st time here but not the last. It's a beautiful location for a walk along the lake and many little beaches along the way. Also a great place to see the entire Toronto skyline.

Camelia L

Wow one of the oldest parks in Mississauga! Great to still see it nice and clean.

Sexxie Freddie

it's the best place for picnic long weekends are any weekends as long as it is summer just bring your blanket pillow and food and just relax.

Laura Kathleen

Was a lovely evening on the beach. No one really around. Cold, but peaceful.

Gloria Vida

Jack Darling is a beautiful park that offers a great place to go with your family, on your bike or with you dog. It is always beautiful and naturally maintained. My wife, our dogs and I love to go.

Alex K

Kids love it! To be able find a parking spot close to water on weekend gotta by there by 8.30am

Dubravko Grusecki

Great place for a walk. There is also a leash free dog section of the park.

Blue Room

Very nice park with access to the waterfront ... and the best part ... its FREE ! Playground equipment and picnic tables and charcoal BBQ stands available throughout the park. Visitors please remember to through out your garbage and recyclables in the bins provided throughout the park. That way everyone can enjoy the area.

Mpg Mpg

Small but nice beach. Nice way to spend the day with kids.

Alex Palches

One of the best parks around. Clean, huge, and lots of trails.

- Jem -

Great park for covid friendly activities, bbqing, having a few laughs with a beautiful backdrop. Bathrooms open on site, thankfully.

Chetan Kuppa

This park has an unique blend of a walking trail and the lakeshore beach. You can have a good time with a group or family. It is lively and there is a specific play area for children. The major attraction for kids is a splash pad ,timings 9 am to 9 pm.The place has a limited option for foodstuffs with only one vendor selling hot dogs and meat balls. There is an ice cream vendor too. Beyond this ,you will not get anything else.It would be ideal to get your own food and water/cold drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted by law here. The washrooms are clean. The probability of getting a parking spot on weekends is very less and it would be better to take a cab rather than spend time looking for a parking place. It is very crowded at present and almost 90% of the people don't wear a mask.Social distancing is non existent. Please factor this before planning a trip. Stay away from isolated places especially if you are with family. The water at the edge is full of moss and it gets cleaner only when you venture in. Please don't get in during during high tide as there are no life guards here.

Um Hazim Tajammal

Good place for family picnic. They have benches and grills on this site. There is washroom but not very clean.

Priya Malhotra

It's a good place to spend a day with friends and family or to have a small picnic. You can enjoy lake and garden both at same time with BBQ facility here. Good parking space.

Alysha Jackson

Jack Darling dog park is a great park to go to.... If you can get in. Unfortunately, many people completely disregard the fact that there is different park for the dog park and the human park. The parking lots fill, with few people in the dog park, and we have to leave with a sad pupper in the back seat wondering why we drove to his favorite place, but he wasn't allowed to go and play. Besides that though, I the park is a wonderful place to go. The people are often friendly and the park is always clean. It's a great place to let your dog off leash so they can burn off some energy and make some new friends.

Carx 13

Jack Darling Memorial Park is just amazing. I have grown up next to this park my entire life. The trails are just lovely and very well managed. They have many trails throughout the marsh that go though forest sections, river sections, open grassland, beaches and more. There are beautiful sandy beaches to relax on in the summer, or a cool beach covered in small rocks. The park has built in spaces for barbecues and picnic benchs as well as copious amounts of grass to spread a blanket out with the family. There is a small Waterpark that is working during the summer that is great for children. There is a small men's/women's washroom along the trail for public use. Great spot for photography, as many beautiful wild birds ans animals can be spotted along the trails throughout the marsh. There are many breathtaking views of the Toronto Skyline to be seen. Parking is available on site at most park entrances.

Ameyali Alvarez

Any day in the weekdays, all year round, this park is an amazing oasis and a great place to enjoy the beach, nice views of the city, great green areas and kids splash pad and parks. However, during the weekends in the summer time, it gets extremely crowded and noisy that it is even difficult to see the nature.

Shaheer Ansary

Go early in the morning and you will have no issues to find a parking spot and a decent spot for a picnic..if you go anytime after 10 am...you are probably too late

Jason Cook

Great place for outdooring. Got a nice spot on the beach and went for a swim. I'm not gonna say anything about the parking situation that hasn't already been said lol.

HWAI

It is a nice setting park for family. Although the weather is still cold, you will see a different Lakeshore with a very unique feel. There is free parking and public washrooms but the washrooms are not open until spring.

Cherice Dionne

Great for picnicking and taking a stroll. There is an off leash dog park there with different terrain for dogs to hike with their humans and a large space for dogs to socialize. There is a section closed off that is reserved for small dogs near the parking lot and the park has a water fountain next to the toboggan hill (no dogs allowed on the hill during the winter). Lots of parking if you're driving there for the off leash park or on the other side to stroll along the lake. Plenty of space to relax and play and there two nice sized playgrounds. There are also public washrooms available both in the general park area along the trail and also in the off leash park.

Jack Wilcan

I didn't know anything about this park, except the name... which I always liked. I was taken by surprise, it happens, sometimes, when you are not expecting it. What a spacious breeze place. Alongside of the lake waterfront with dramatically eye-catching view of Toronto, defined against the sky. Park have several sand beaches, fixed barbecues, large and grassy picnic areas, playground, tennis courts, washroom facilities etc. Not at all suprising that park like this, have never enough of parking spaces, especially when the weather is pleasant. I almost forgot: park have one of the largest, fully fenced, off leash dog parks (big and small) in Ontario and it's connected with Rattray Marsh Conservation Area. Worth the effort. Good for all humans and their canines too. Parking is free.

Navjot K

Amazing place to spend weekend on. Family friendly

jim mah

Great place for our mini golden doodle to socialize with other doggies. She loves the freedom of being off leash and the park is huge and well maintained. Bonus she cools off in the lake.

Mohsin Siddique

A beautiful park with walking and bicycle track. It has child play area, spray pad and plenty of car parking space.

Isa Hello Again

Love this Park. One of the best walking paths, bugs can be irritating so don't forget to shield yourselves from Mosquitoes cause they are all over. Bring water, food, or start a fire & just chill. It stretches to approximately 18 km. A normal walk would give you around 5 km & 10,000 steps. Good for your body & mind.

Garima Dhurandhar

Amazing park with long trails. You can picnic and enjoy your day. Good for kids to play, skate amd ride bikes. You can relax on beach. There's a splash pad and a small play ground with slides and swings. Pet friendly, unleash your dogs. Little bit crowded.

mombasa raha

Many beach options. Come before 10:30and you will get good parking near beach and parking lot

Anamika Narula

Beautiful park with lots of area for kids, dogs to play and adults to bbq or go on a small hike. Also you can get Great views of the city on a clear day.

Parveen Yusuf

Beautiful place to enjoy with friends and family, beach is good and lot of play area.

Cory Cultrera

Beautiful park on the lake with great walking/running paths. Lots of playgrounds for kids and a great spot to walk the dog. Really well kept.

H M

Awesome place.. parking is a bit challenge. But nice place to go on weekdays

Peter Lem

Best dog park I have ever seen. Huge. So much freedom for my little one and walking through it is a great too, nice and scenic. If I could I would bring her here everyday for a nice off leash walk but i'm not close.

evelyn akow

Lots of picnic benches, benches and lookout points. Great for families or dates! Very beautiful scenery nice walk

Muhammad Muqeem

Very nice park, excellent view of the lake, but very crowded, need more parking spaces

Leslie Mathias

Very relaxing experience. Make sure you don't miss it

Corinne De Lille

The park is huge lake water is clean and shallow perfect to swim. Just parking is a problem 1 hour wait is insane. Washrooms unacceptably dirty and smelly even more than any park I've visited before.

rosemary puddicombe

Gorgeous park. Lots of space. There's a large playground with artificial grass instead of sand or wood chips which is wonderful. The splash pad was adequate for all the families there. Adjacent beach was beautiful, people splashing in the lake. Picnic benches in lots or places, lots of trees for shade. Comfort Station has a large area to change in (adjacent to the splash pad and near the beach) and operational toilets and sinks, kept in good condition. We arrived at 9am on a beautiful Saturday morning and parking was ample, and hour later much busier and when we left a bit after 12pm people were hunting parking spots. Will likely visit again, its a midway point from friends that live in KW - enjoyed a really nice socially distant visit ????????

Andrew H

Well maintained park. Plenty of old and tall trees, keep the park cool. Lots of wooden benches to have family picnics or get together with friends. A few community BBQ grills. There are a couple playgrounds and a water park for the kids. The beach is shallow and the water is clean. The sand are quite clean as well. An excellent park for get together in Oakville! No entrance fees and plenty of free parking spots scattered around the park. Plus a large no leash dog park by the park's entrance.

Dritan Muco

Nice place. Sandy beach with clean water. It’s good for families with small kids because the water is not deep. Just few meters there is a nice playground and a splash pad. The area is surrounded by trees that people enjoy picnic and BBQ.

David K

great park. combination of beach and hikes.

Ghazala Nusrat

Very crowded parking issues. Lovely view. Wonderful place to visit. Barbecue picnic spot.

Mctpy L

Only chance to find a parking spot is during weekdays in the morning. Finally found a spot and wonder why is this place so popular, figured out they have multiple sand beaches for kids to play, yet water filled with seaweeds. There are plenty of trees for shade to enjoy a nice picnic, BBQ, breeze and enjoy the scenery watching downtown Toronto skyline.

Monika Kibalian

We absolutely love bringing our little dog Bella to this dog park. The lake is beautiful there and if your lucky you may get a glimpse of some swans. The lady that sells sausages always greets you with a smile and is very friendly. The sausages are really tasty. We always enjoy going there for a stroll. During the summer the parking can get pretty full so go early during that time of the year. It is nice to meet other dog owners and to have Bella interact with other dogs as well. I would highly recommend this dog park.

Erna Imamovic

I love this park so much is one of my favorites parks. I'm big fan of nature so any piece of land with trees and some water will knock me of my feets and make me happy. ????
