Midland has a lot of potential. They need to invest in their public spaces and infrastructure a litle more...but the people are nice...the water is beautiful...and there is super good coffee.

This spot is around the corner from my condo. 2minutes. Lovely spot. It can get busy but not overly. Lots of parking. No charge. Outdoor potty. Favourite fishing spot for some. Large field for dog walking. People come at lunch for the million dollar view. Favourite of mine. Always peaceful and charming. Hidden gem.

Great park by the lake. It has a excellent long stretch for walk, bike ride or rollerskating. The scenery is fantastic. Free parking at the main dock area. Information center is available for tourist and general public. I went on a sunny warm Sunday and I had a great time. Lots of family and group of friends enjoying the surroundings. I recommend a visit ! !
