A very nice park with plenty of trails to enjoy the fall colors. Not much beach due to the high water level this year, but we were there for hiking. Some trails were busy on this Thanksgiving weekend, but not crowded either. We really enjoyed the time we spent in the park and the ladies at the entrance were nice and helpful.

Real heaven but you should pay nearly for the air you breathe. Crazy layout of different parts of park and their related offices. waisted a big part of our time commute between different offices for paying activities fees. That ruined whole our joyful weekend.

Been to MANY Ontario parks ( carcamping backing and kayaking ) Awwnda is a beautiful park and the water was amazing for paddle boarding ( it's Georgian bay - so be prepared ) The sites were a generous size and had good privacy. Looking forward to return.

Great place ruined by ignorant people. Woman left dog in car while she went to the dog beach???. Staff said could do nothing since dog was not in distress. Dog beach is so nice why you would leave your pet in car while you go for 2 hours + is beyond stupid

Quiet park with lots of outdoors space and activities. Only pay $15 per car.

Best all round Provincial Park in Ontario...campsites are very spacious and well spread out from one and other...beaches are amazing for swimming and playing on shoreline. Trails are well marked and just challenging enough for a moderate workout, or easy goi g for a relaxing stroll.

We did try finding an alternative place closer to our home. No way, couldn't find better than Awenda. It's about 175 km from Mississauga. My advice - book a motel/hotel in Midland for a couple of days

Great Park, this provincial park is HUGE...two lakes, four beach areas, 1 pet beach, and lots of trails to explore. It is also very close to Tobermory.

Awesome campsites and some great beaches. I loved the hiking trails here, I found it to be so peaceful here. I would recommend to anyone that enjoys camping and the outdoors.

Snowwalking on the trails was fun. it was -4 but cold. Make sure to have at least three layers before you venture out
