Beautiful park at the heart of Sherbrooke! Everything you want, it's got! A playbox for kids, swings, a nice 5km walking / skateboarding / rollerblading / bicycle track right along the river. Watersports in the river, including wakeboarding/wakeskiing (with a wakeboard-jump in the river too!) It has the closest thing we have to a boardwalk on the other side of the track too! It's not the nicest area around but the parc is pretty huge for dogs. We were looking for a place to let our dog interact with other dogs and not on a leash and it was good for that. It's fenced in but you're kind of on the top of a massive Hill so you can't always see your dog if they go towards the fences but didn't seem to be the case with anyone else's dogs as they all stayed relatively close.

La table que nous avons choisie était très propre. Chaque poubelles que j'ai utilisé étaient pratiquement vides. J'aime bien la disposition des modules et autres. Le terrain est très très vaste et sécuritaire pour les enfants. L'entretien semble constant car rien à dire du tout sur la propreté et l'entretien de l'endroit, #1 !

Don't get me started about Marché de la Gare, high quality bakery/sausage shop, butcher shop, gelato shop. For those interested in good drinks, Savoroso's got you covered with a beautiful terrace made of wood. Oh there's also Fête du Lac(mid July), with good shows, Carnival experience, food trucks, kid inflatable amusement park, drinks,... Sometimes the city even makes an ice skating ring on the bike path!
