It would be great if there wasn't 20 or more people sleeping in the park with naloxone kits in front of them. I'm not taking my kids there.

A few flower beds, grass is often dying and brown in many places, homeless vagrants litter the park and ask you for money, smokes or if you want to buy drugs. Sometimes they just harass you because they are high and leave needles or garbage around the park, often they drink in the park and no one does anything to stop them. The bathroom are gross and dirty while you will often find needles or broken glass crack pipes. There is usually two security guards but they don't really stop the vagrants from harassing you or kick them out for being drunk or high.

Great cool off spot for kids on hot summer days. Located in the heart of the city. Picnic tables surround the spray park, the grass areas are kept clean and traditional picnics are a good option.

Seen d.o.t workers carry a passed out homeless guy into the van to take him back to the shelter. Other than that it was o.k lol

Nice to have green space downtown for events and festivals. Parking is okay. However it rarely feels like a safe spot to take the family for a picnic or enjoy the spray park. Lots of folk call the park home and aren't shy about asking for change or using substances.

Was a good place for my little spawn devils to get some sun and water. No one bothered us here. The only thing I was worried about was needles and pipes as I did see one walking through the grass ???? but just stayed close to the spray park didn’t roll in the hay so to speak.

People have warned that the homeless come here to poop but there are public bathrooms and the fountain is turned off overnight so I don't think that is very likely. I have jumped through the fountain a few times and never experienced swimmers itch, or any other ailments commonly link towards defecation in water.

For one positive to say it's a very nice looking park however it's overrun with junkies and drunks. There are constantly paramedics on site because of people OD'ing and they shoot up right in front of anybody they want and fist fights between drunk people and constant harassment by people who don't know better who go here. There are discarded needles in the grass and people constantly get harassed and mugged here because of the egregious amount of junkies and drunks. I don't know why police just don't hang out there 24/7 and fill up their jail cells. It's such a disgrace on the city but that's exactly what downtown LA is this is the epitome of our own skid row. If I could give this park a negative rating I would.

There is very poor access to a wash room when you have more than on kid. You have to leave the park and go all the ways in doors to get to a washroom.

What a waste of money not because of the park but the waste of trying to keep this clean. If Lethbridge was smart they should what other cities do they should put a major fence around the whole park the reduction in maintenance alone would pay for the fence in a couple of years

You know the Galt Gardens in Lethbridge for the size of a city and how many children around there that's spray park they got there is a joke there is nothing there for kids to do you know for the size that Lethbridge is you think the city could do more for the people there it's not worth going

Beautiful park with a spray park for the kids. Lots of big trees and beautiful flowers. Washrooms and picnic tables on site. Well maintained. It was packed this weekend with muscle cars show n' shine for Street Wheeler Weekend. Such a great time. Lethbridge weather is usually quite warm making for great picnic weather and this park is a great place to take the kids. Lots of open area with green grass. Great for kids outdoor activities.

One of the worst parks I have ever been in, I have never felt so uncomfortable somewhere with my kids before, I didn't want them touching anything so we left swiftly. There were numerous people injecting themselves with needles under trees, people clearly off their faces on drugs - which was scary to look at, trash EVERYWHERE - even blood stained tissues left on tables - I do not recommended it and I will NEVER go back.
