Awesome park, there's a playground with a water park. There's a basketball court, soccer fields, a place for bocce and an indoor tennis court. There's also a covered area with quite a few picnic tables underneath it.

Like it. Just that we went after lunch. The playground was so hot my kid didn't want to play in it. This park needs more shades for parents waiting. Water park was nice but again no shades... they have little bench seats for parents. It's nice that kids and switch to water park to slide and climbing playground.

Really like this multi-purpose park/area. Sports fields, Langley Events, playground/waterpark, new basketball courts, bocce, beach volleyball, and the mountain bike park are all in the same area.

Nice park with a great playground for the little ones. Ground is soft rubber in the playground. There's a nice climbing structure and good slide. Smaller kids may need help climbing the ladders up and down. Whoever installed the equipment put in one of the slides upside down (haha!) but it can still be used to climb up to the structure. Washrooms are close by (on the outside of the Langley Event Centre). And there is a waterpark open during the hotter months

Good variety of activities for varying ages and areas of interest. The main playground is gated, and have a 3 level structure - which is uncommon and interesting. There are also smaller play structures outside for toddlers, but not an ample space for free running. The free running area will be by the gardens and hills. There's also a water park, basketball, baseball and other courts available in the vicinity. Would explore more again and update as we go.

My kids enjoy playing on the playground and the splash park, as well as riding their bikes around all the sidewalks trails in the park. It is not as shady as other parks, because all the trees are quite young still, and there is limited dryb space for setting up a "base" within the splash park because they have put a fence and landscaping around the perimeter. But overall, it is a great spot for the kids to play and expend energy.

This park is made for 2-7 year olds. There is plenty of climbing and sliding for everyone. What is especially nice is the padded flooring that covers the entire playground area. You don't have to worry if your child falls while running or climbing on lower height areas. There is an adjacent splash park that is wide open. There are no obstacles that could be hazardous like seen at other spray parks which is nice. The downside to the play area is that it is popular and can be extremely busy. Older kids aren't always mindful of the younger ones and can bump or push as they race around having a great time. There is plenty of additional area for activities in the athletic centre and the athletic parks surrounding the play area.

Right next door to the LEC it's the best place to watch a soccer match in Langley. Playground for the kids, try to pick a sunny day because there's not a lot of shelter.

Bring your kids to this place raining or Sunshine. Lot of outside activities for all ages. Even during the snowing or raining days, you can go inside Langley event center for a walk around the rink

During the week its packed with daycare and others. The park is great but there is a myriad of quieter or less crowded parks around. Water park is solid though.

Nice playground and Waterpark, BUT the benches along the sides. There is no shade anywhere, it's so hot in the playground area, it's overwhelming. They definitely need to add some covers over the seating they have available.

I took a walk from 200 st and 70 ave Langley towards Willoughby community center with my kids and one stroller and literally there was no correct sidewalk to get there. Specially when you get close to the field you have to pass through traffic and No path for pedestrians. It's Not a good path for walking and you need to go there with vehicle. Hopefully the township of Langley will build a pedestrian friendly path towards this park which is the main park of the area.

We love this place ...best place to hang out in Langley whether for a picnic or at the spray park.. The kids have so much fun.. Lots of parking.. An amazing family room too at the reception and clean washrooms.. Also have been invited to a birthday there and was so much fun.. planning for booking my kid's bday .. Definately a age appropriate park had my 2 to there. Kids should be 5 and over...watch out for extreme wear on equipment. Large rope net is worn down to metal cable all protective rope is worn away.

A great facility for my granddaughter’s visiting soccer team. Volunteers at the food kiosk were friendly and helpful. A superb breakfast sandwich!

Nice big water park and playground area and there are spread out picnic benches if you want to BBQ as well. Get there early as they fill up quick. Only challenging part is that if you have young kids who are wanting to do both, they aren't close enough that you could be in the middle to supervise.

Great Park to watch my granddaughter's Soccer practice. Friendly people. Pets on leashes. I even enjoyed an Almond Milk Latte from the Concession Cafe. Great environment.

My kid 8 and 10 love this place. They go back and forth between the water park and playground. It’s definitely a playground for older kids as there’s more climbing and it goes quit high up. My only complaint is there is zero shade so you have to bring a tent or umbrella. There are outside washrooms which is great with kids and lots of parking

Pretty busy on a weekend, but was a nice unique park to let my toddler run around in. Has a good spray park too. Because of the crowd it's easy to have smaller kids get hurt.

Quite the facility! Awesome setup for locals to play pretty much any sport they want from volleyball to tennis and more. They have an awesome splash pad along with a super kid friendly, all ages type of playground! They also had live music in their amphitheatre area! Super awesome to find a spot so full of locals and activities!!
