Great walking loop including the neighboring highschool track. Wonderful fields including lighted soccer turf and baseball diamonds. Spraypark and playgrounds for younger children, tennis courts for all. Park is settled in a very walkable community near shops and community recreation center and library.

There's really not much here as far as the park itself, but the sports facilities are good. The tennis courts are never full. The running track is well maintained. Soccer and baseball fields likewise.

Very nice park. We rented some space there for my sons first birthday party, and everything went great. There are washroom facilities to use and lots of areas for the kids to play, thank you Walnut Grove community park.

Great water park for the kids. Spray area and the runoff forms a creek for the little ones to play in. Water park now fenced off to keep the kids inside. Lots of trees and a few picnic tables.

Newly resurfaced (2017) six lane track on high school property. No bathrooms. No lights in the evening but there is enough light from the Walnut Grove community centre nearby which lights up 100m. Bathroom available inside the community centre.

Love the water park! It's fenced in, has shady areas, picnic tables, has two entry points that can be seen from almost anywhere while in the water park. There is s spray portion of the park & a lazy river area too. There are washrooms, you do need to walk across the parking lot to access them. There is a playground. There is no shade on the playground so the equipment does tend to get very warm if you do not go in the morning, or on a cooler day. There are picnic shelters for larger gatherings set back farther into the park. This is all behind the secondary school.

This place is always busy in the summer time. The water park is very popular and it's large enough to accommodate a lot of people. The surrounding fields, trails, picnic areas, shelters, tennis courts and baseball/softball diamonds provide a great range of activities for those visiting.

I think our community is consisted of nature and housing. A great balance here to be a one of the most livable place in lower mainland. This park is not just a regular park but this actually embodied into our community's life. Centrally located and many amenities and homes around it.

Great place for kids. My son loves the 2 parks and the water park. Would like to see others clean up their garbage. If you bring water balloons it would be nice if you'd clean up the mess. There are garbage cans around. My son's 3 and he goes around and picks up others garbage and puts it where they should have. Just saying.

Since moving to Walnut Grove, I have walked my pupps around this park. Though it had become more of a sports park, as and they have done away with the open fields, it's still a good walk. There is a waterpark, tennis courts, community garden, baseball diamond, soccer field, 2 kids play parks, and a 2 covered waiting areas. My only comment us it needs more light so you can walk later at night.

My daughter slipped on the grass there, on a small slop, and fell, by the playground park.. She broke her ankle in 2 places and needed.surgery... She needed a plate and screws to hold it together... Be careful... Pretty slippery!

And barbecue environment is also good. However, I sometimes worry about smoking cigarettes in one corner chair. In the summer of baseball leagues, there are plenty of stalls and there's a small water park on the playground, so it's great to have a weekend with kids. Koreans come a lot. (Original) 월넛그루브 커뮤니티 공원은 야구장 3개 축구장 1 놀이터 2 산책로가 있는 공원입니다. 월넛그로브세컨더리와 인접하고 있습니다. 산책과 아이가 놀기 좋은 곳입니다. 그리고 바베큐 환경도 좋습니다. 다만 가끔 한쪽 구석 의자에서 담배 등을 필때가 있어 신경쓰이기도 합니다. 야구리그를 하는 여름에는 매점이 열릴만큼 사람들이 분비고 놀이터 중 자그마한 워터파크가 있어 주말을 아이들과 즐기기도 좋습니다. 한국분들이 많이 오시기도 합니다.
