Big park, clean, and it has a community garden, and a big and small dog off leash area. Just needs more benches or areas to be under the shade. The people in this neighborhood are very family oriented and pet friendly. I feel safe here with my kid and my dog.

Many years back, the basketball court area was wide open. Now it's fenced in. Playground itself was actually usable by children and adults who wanted to maybe do some pull-ups to keep fit and other exercises. Now all the money was spent for a lazy playground instead.

Great place for the kids to play either soccer or on the playground. And has a nice size off leash area for the dog to run around. Not so great after it rains or snows because the field floods pretty bad.

My son loves this playground. Wish there was toddler swings. Otherwise the zip line is great. Clean and open. Love the idea of the community equipment box.

A very small park but gives a great deal for elementary children. This park has a rubberized area so if a child falls off the swings or the zip line they are safer than they would be without. This park bosts a commu ity garden with what I saw was a pile of diffetent vegetables etc. But. as I said, there is a ton of things to do with very little space. Well done

This is a park that has been recently updated which was great to see. There is a nice variety of playground activities that cover 1 to 8 year olds. Older kids would have fun on the zip line and swings and in the field playing games. There is a section specific to young children with a ramp. The monkey bars are good for 5-8 year olds. Older might be too tall but they can make a go of it if they really wanted to. There are trees to provide shade and areas to sit and watch your kids if preferred. Parking was limited along the road but there was also a lot which seemed to have ample parking if there were no large activities.

Well maintained park with multiple fields, a fenced in dog park with seating area and a flower garden, a play park with two really awesome zip lines and even a trunk with different types of balls to borrow and play with. There's also basketball area. Fun for the whole family

Plenty of activities for the kids and a nice, expansive field. Its main drawback is that the road thats adjacent to it is only a 2 way stop, not a 4 way, making it easy for drivers to not pay attention.

A very good newer park for all ages. 2 types of zip lines and 2 very tall slides. Full washrooms with running water, huge fields with trees boardering the park. Few large picnic tables. Dog off leash area there too.

This was the best local park/playground that we have gone to in Langley. There was a variety of playground equipment for all ages. We took our 2 grandsons, aged 3 and 13, and they both thoroughly enjoyed it. The parking lot was a nice addition. Although we didn't use the washrooms, it was nice to see that they were available. We will definitely use this park many times over the spring, summer and fall.

It's a pretty quiet corner surrounded by apartments, but close enough to some shops and such that if you get hungry or need wifi you arent walking for half am hour just to do that. Theres a good bit of stuff like the park, the gardens area, the basketball court, etc. Plus a big field. Had a picnic here with friends today, the sun is able to reach the grass really well so it was very nice. Definitely one of the safer feeling parks in the area

Super fun park. Lots of different things to climb and swing on. I like this park because there is an open field behind the park for picnics, flying kites or playing ball. I recommend bringing the kids here for a picnic and a play.

The offleash dog section is often filled with dog feces and there are some very odd people letting their dog try to have sex with other people's dogs . Also the actual Park has no seating besides the uninstalled telephone poles that people sit on in a trashy way.

Great place for kids. The playground is clean and we'll thought out. They have a mini basketball place, only one hoop and just a little deeper than the 3pt line, and half as wide There is a toddler playground for younger kids and a larger more challenging one for older/more capable kids. There is also 2 kids "Ziplines" one for older kids and a second one for toddlers to young kids that has a 3 point harness swing. The large fields nearby are well kept grass and large enough for any sport or multiple groups to enjoy all at once.

Nice dog park and it is a great area for dogs to run free. However there is a specific dog owner let his dog humping on other male dogs. He told other owners that is OK for his dog to dominate the others and it is normal for his dog's behavior. This guy hang out in the park for hours so I have to look for other healthy environment for mine.

yesterday on 20 may 2018 we visit this park first time with kids under 6 years..after spending 45 minutes in rides area kids ask to go for washroom..my 4 year old son said.." dad..its messy here.".......and the most dangerous thing is we got open ELECTRIC-WIRES at the height of hand dryer..BE AWARE...

I'm writing this review for my dog. Very good park. Very good dogs. Nice green grass to run on. Lack of water is troubling some days. Not too many hoomans that you can't still have fun. Would give 5 stars if there were better acess to water. Bork Bork!
