We have been here many times and it's always been a pleasurable experience except this time, bathrooms were disgusting there was garbage everywhere, the place was dirty like it had never been cleaned from the day before, and the person at the counter charge full price for both my babies which were 2 years old each, not sure if that pricing is exact but that seems crazy high for two little ones. But at least in these times you live in today the place should be spotless!

Not for anyone who is expecting to tumble or actual trampoline. My kid likes acrobatics, tumbling and aerial tricks. Used to be able to do this at the park in Abbotsford. This park is completely inappropriate for that. No long sections for tumbling, saggy soft trampolines that are unsafe for aerial tricks. Additionally service was terrible, it took 20 minutes to get checked in. No fault of the one csr trying to work the front alone on a Saturday night. If you want to play dodge ball on a trampoline by all means go for it. That looked fun. For us we wasted a drive and left after 8 minutes.

Our daughter loves this place but it's a super-spreader waiting to happen. Took her and a friend there today and they were slammed with at least six simultaneous b-day parties, making it impossible to socially distance, as we were nevertheless encouraged to do by the oblivious staff. They made no effort to enforce any kind of mask-wearing even among the adults. Profits over people I guess!

this place was really fun! although most young children aren’t wearing masks but teens and up were. no real food there but there are some vending machines with water, candy, chocolate, and pop. there’s even some arcade games:) the half pipe and foam pit are closed because of covid but all the rock climbing walls are open. i would recommend getting an all day pass so you can go in and out to get a snack or lunch from the fast food places around. happy jumping :D

Do not book a birthday party here! The staff do not keep track of who they give the party passes to (after the host paid for them) and when one of the party guests showed up late, there were no passes left (the facility screwed up and gave one of passes to a non-party guest by accident). The manager blamed the host, refused to allow the child in until the host paid for an additional ticket, and told her it was her fault if guests show up late. The manager said this was not the first time he has had this conversation with parents. They clearly need a better system for birthday parties. Also, I recall this exact thing happening years ago at a birthday party my oldest son attended.

Over all we (my kids) have a good time here. Some suggestions to improve the experience would be, -post a time when the climbing area is open and stick to it. It was tough planning our time when the staff didn't know when it was going to open and when they told us a time they open it 30 minutes later. - have more staff available to keep up with the covid cleaning and keep up with customer service at the same time. The staff was helpful for what they could do with their limited numbers. They kept things clean and sanitized but at the same time it slowed their ability to tend to customers.

Poor customer service. Staff needs training in customer service and improve check-in process. Also, they make you pay full amount even when park is not fully opened, which I find not fair.

Nice place for kids to jump around. Our kids are having so much fun. Nicely organized, COVID protocol has been followed. A little bit expensive though. Forcing to use their own socks is not appropriate at all. If you have socks, they still want you to buy their socks. The price on the web and at the counter is not same and it doesn't explain well on the web.

If I could give a lower rating I totally would but sadly you cannot. First off, I'd like to say they do not follow COVID protocols at all. I went for my nieces birthday and felt completely rushed throughout my experience, however I tried to overlook the staff's unprofessional comments and remarks. It was quite busy and the place was very dirty. The trampoline area in itself was not dirty but the party rooms, WASHROOMS.. Disgusting. I thought it had to be cleaned or checked by their staff every hour. NOPE. It was filthy. I never once saw any staff go around to wipe down or santize anything. They were definitely over capacity and overbooked. We got our party room late and was rushed out while we were literally singing happy birthday to my niece. When I had made a comment about how we're just singing hbd and we received our room late. The staff made a comment "we gave you the room only 3-4minutes late" OK whether it's a minute late, it's still late and to rush us out.. I understand they may be feeling under pressure due to the amount of parties they had but the comment was uncalled for. When we received our room, the staff had to clean it and the room was still fairly dirty. They only sprayed down the table where we had the food but not the tables where the guest were sitting. Also to mention there was a lot of chocolate cake crumbs over the chairs. The worst part of the entire experience was the fact that someone had taken my shoes.. Soiled shoes... When I had asked the staff, they didn't seem to care except one gentleman at the front who actually tried to look around to see if someone had returned it to the front. Definitely would not go back to this location or establishment.

Fun place, but right now with covid there are so many areas roped off, so it's not worth the price. The admission cost doesn't reflect that half the fun things are closed. Kids love it, and they have a parent and tot time slot

1st time experiencing this place for a friends chids birthday party and was absolutely appalled at everything from having to wait 30 minutes after entering to the small rooms where only children can sit in to eat.

My children love the extreme air park. It’s a great place to take them when the weather doesn’t allow for outside play. My young kids ages 2 and 4 love it as much as my 9 year old and it’s hard to find a venue where different ages can have fun. We had my son’s birthday party here and everyone had a great time!

Not alot of good reviews here, but we appreciated the All Day Pass and lounge for parents. Tuesday also has an unlimited jump rate. We found the facility clean and the other patrons respectful and fun. We had little need to interact with the staff, but the two we did were polite. Yes, they do make you buy a new pair of socks every visit which makes the ticket pricing seem incorrect, but the All Day Pass with socks was still a good value for us.

It's an big place and lots of areas for the kids to jump around in. I gave a low score for the staff they really don't seem to care, low energy and give half truths. They close the climbing wall with no announcement so if you show up and they close it minutes in to you being there too bad your not getting your money's worth. Nor do they care. Too bad. Will hesitate to make this a return destination for the family.

This place is great for the kids if they enforced the mask rules. I called prior to coming and asked what they do here in regards to covid they explained that staff are circulating and making sure people are wearing masks. I made a choice to drive 45 mins here and let my kids jump to find that several people are NOT wearing masks I was extremely disappointed that they were older kids behavior I expected from the toddler I saw wearing his mask the whole time. I get it gets hot but that means it's time to get off and relax for a few not run thr risk for other jumpers who are abiding by the wear your mask at all times.

One person working. Small line. Took forever so we left. The worker had to check forms, take temperatures, give out socks, read rules etc. Inside nobody was working so the climbing area all closed, foam pits closed. Basically half the place was roped off and no staff. Still very expensive with huge waits. Not worth it by any stretch

A great place on rainy or snowy days. Decent to moderate price (<$70 for 3 kids). Snack/junk machines but no real food available. Would be nice to get fries or hot dog or pizza or salads. But I know that would make for messy little fingers and then messy equipment. Personal drinks and maybe some food seems to be allowed in. No tables to sit at. That sucks. Benches available but not too comfy. The parents room is good. Seats 8 people. No kids allowed and free wifi. We will be back.

So, there is one glaring problem with this place. In my opinion, it’s the most impactful to my rating: There’s no active monitoring to make sure people are following the rules of the park. So, my three year old got a way from me for 10 seconds and ran into the back lane where a girl, who is in her teens and old enough to know better, was doing double back flips. My kid stepped into her lane and fell. She landed less than two inches from his head! I looked in horror and tried to dive, but if she was any closer, he would have been seriously injured or worse. The park has a NO FLIPPING policy, but the staff don’t care. They just walk around and don’t watch. They’re just there to get their paycheque. Considering someone lost their life at their Richmond location, I was expecting better. Avoid this place so your kids don’t get hurt or worse.

I was shocked at how extremely poor a $600 party for 8 years olds was handled. Extremely rude staff, totally dysfunctional, unorganized, and did I mention how rude they were? Zero staff supervision. Zero aid in organizing the kids. No one welcomed us, nor gave us any direction. No where for us put our balloons, presents, valuables. Room was not ready until an hour and a half after we arrived. You can only buy bottled water at $2.50 a pop, but the machines (one was out of order and the water one was out of order) did not take credit cards. No water fountain. No cups provided. Not safe, horrific experience, no way in hell I will be taking my kids back there. RUDE RUDE RUDE and didn’t care. This place has a great potential, it just needs to be bought out by someone who is able to hire good people, always have a manager on staff (apparently they only work weekdays) and understands customer service. Absolutely NOTHING was “extra” - we were charged and over charged by a staff member who literally rolled her eyes at me. I will be telling everyone with kids not to go here, and will not bring my children back even if invited for a birthday party. As for the owners comments to the older reviews about how “99.999%” people love it there - utter BS. All I could hear around me for the duration was how ticked off they were, how awful the staff was, how disorganized. Our party literally spent 45 minutes trying to DO THEIR JOBS and get the kids ready. Do not go here. I hope everyone does what I did not - read the reviews. HORRIBLE, UNSAFE, DISORGANIZED and RUDE. For $600 plus.

I spent over $400 on a party for my son and really didn't feel like it was worth it. The ice cream cake we ended up getting was in a plastic bowl like container and we weren't even able to get it out to cut it. Thank goodness we brought our own cake to the party. The kids had fun jumping though so that was good. The bathrooms could use more attention as well.

Had my sons 6 birthday party there. Signed the waivers, paid almost $400. Completely disorganized chaos. Covid protocols equaled 1 small table with hand sanitizer and at one point someone was taking temperature of 3 out of a 20 person group only, so I didn’t understand that one. There was absolutely no one supervising on the floor for close to the entire time except for 1 quick walk through by one staff member for 5 mins. Kids with expired times from 3 hours earlier still jumping. Way too many people in the space never mind during Covid. A group of big kids whipping balls at 5 yos. Bathrooms were not clean. There were basically a bunch of kids in charge of the safety and supervision of hundreds of people in one building. I left feeling like we paid for something we didn’t get. Wrote an email to complain on the website. Followed up 2 weeks later with a call to the office. Followed up again 1 week after and staff told me that I probably wouldn’t hear back from management. Not sure why they have 4-5 stars as most of the recent ratings are 1-3 stars at best. Don’t waste your money. It’s an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. Just a matter of time, and the management don’t really seem to care about the customers. So maybe take your kids to another venue.

BEWARE - BROKEN SPRINGS! Could have been worse… And if my daughter and I didn’t leave an hour prior to our expiration time, it definitely could have been. (No refunds) 1. No manager or supervisor on duty to describe my complaints, or emergencies. 2. 1/3rd of the trampoline springs were missing or broken which could have potentially lead to a major accident. 3. I tried to express these issues (among others) to the staff on duty, but the children working couldn’t care any less. We’ve been to multiple trampoline parks from Richmond to Edmonton including this one pre-Covid, usually a great time. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about today.

I am very upset with the services provided. We were a group of five that came by today. I used the photobooth available and put in $15 but somehow it printed the previous person’s picture. When I brought the issue to the staff, he first told that he can arrange the refund and later said that his boss denied. It is very upsetting that customers are not valued here. Def would not recommd this location And this is also how they respond back

Extreme Air Parks is a great entertainment center where you can be active and have tons of fun! No matter skill level you can find fun at multiple stations, like dodge ball or various trampolines. The black light really makes it fun as well as exciting. I love to hang out with friends here and have a good time. Sock grip has improved and helps gripping to the trampoline more. The only element I wish I could change would be like pricing as you didn't have to pay for socks before.; Overall its a great experience, and I would recommend coming here as I come here very often.

Half the place is still closed for “Covid” but they still charge full price. Even when you’re bringing a teenager with her younger sister, they still charge Dad full price just to chaperone. Dispute being 60 pounds over the weight limit and unable to use the equipment anyways. But with the amount of kids on the floor no full sized adult could jump if they wanted to. My youngest enjoyed herself, she jumped all over by herself. But this place has Really dumb policies. And expensive $$$

How do I give this place a lower rating? They had the cops escort us out. I like this place but the staff and manager are stupid. We were given tags with permanent ink that would not dry on the plastic tags. I asked for new tags and was told to wear the ones I was given or leave. This is completely unacceptable for them to provide something that will stain my clothing and skin, and try and force me and my family to wear it. We will not be back, this place is a joke. So... The manager called the cops on us and had my family and I escorted out because we would not wear the tags with wet ink. They would not issue us tags either. They use a pallet marker, a felt with permanent ink that is carcinogenic. Not sure if they understand what customer service is, but the staff and management should take a few courses. Don't come here.

Worst experience ever. Wastage of money and worst experience. They have most or the activities closed. The only thing open, was jumping ground. When we asked them, they should mention that only that thing is open, they said we have mentioned what's closed, that's scam, you should tell what's the only thing open. This place is awful! I tried to take my kids today. While paying to enter, this remarkably loud warning message sounds over the speakers which terrified my 3 yr old and she started crying wanting to leave. The employee apparently couldn't do anything about the volume of the announcement (which apparently happens about every ten minutes), but also refused to refund my money despite me not even being checked in to enter yet, I had literally just entered my card and was still standing there holding it while clutching my scared child! They literally stood there and refused to do anything about either the sound problem or a refund! They are uncaring, callous and generally unpleasant. I will never return and would suggest you don't waste your money with this pit.

Not following the Covid protocols. “Justin” is a unprofessional, incompetent rude and overall useless manager. Not sure how he is even a manager because he is clearly not qualified for the job. My kid who is 6 got punched in the nose by a 10 yr old bc they weren't following the way he wanted to play, then a dad and son who laughed at my kid and called him a looser and rolled the ball over top of him after taking him out of it left. Then the emergency exit gate was left unlocked and my 2 yr old kept going thru and the girl there I could hardly hear was rude in how she talked or lack of talk and I had to assume everything she wanted

I took my 7 year old here the other day for the first time and was shocked at the uncleanliness of the place. We arrived minutes after they opened and found bandaids on the main walkways and candy wrappers/clumps of hair and dust throughout the park. Online it said that everything but the foam pit was open however the half pipe was closed as well. I figured that first thing in the morning the place would be at least somewhat clean. Also, I had to ask multiple times about the climbing wall to be opened. Which it was after over 1 hr of being there and only having 20 min to climb. The other thing I had to ask for was for the lights to be turned off as , from what I read online, was supposed to be done every 20 minutes. I did see only 1 staff member working during the time I was there, which I do understand they can be busy, but I hoped for a lot more as I've been to many other trampoline parks and have never had this experience from any of them. Will not be returning ever again to this one unfortunately. Hope this goes to the owner and they can remedy some of these issues.

I booked a birthday party reservation. I left everything in their hands because I had 12 grade 7 boys coming for a birthday party for my autistic son. It is not cheap when you buy a package from Extreme Air. This costed me almost $600. They were to provide ice cream cake, drinks, and 3 large pizzas. I confirmed 3 or 4 times including when we got there for the party that they had us down for a large pepperoni (this is my sons favourite and due to the autism, he is a very picky eater) and 2 large vegetarians for his friends. They screwed this up. They ordered a cheese from panago and my son had nothing to eat for quite a while. Most of the party had eaten while a few others plus the birthday boy had nothing. Another parent went to pick up a pepperoni pizza that Emily ordered for us. My guests were restless so I requested that they get more jump time and rock climbing while they waited. My poor kid watched all his friends eat and had nothing for like another half hour so I was quite upset and wanted to talk to the manager. Emily was talking to the manager on the phone so I thought I might be able to. He told her that I would have to send an email to head office. This is very unprofessional. If your company screws up, own up and deal with it. Don't hide behind email! In addition to this there are many foam blocks in the foam pit that had bad words scratched into them. Plan your own birthdays, this place can't be trusted to handle it properly. Emily put in her best effort but to fix things but mistakes like this shouldn't happen and managers should not hide behind their employees! In addition to this the emergency exits were all locked and chained up. We got there at 12 and didn't leave until around 4, it was like that the whole time!

Friend had a birthday party here for her son - the place is extremely disorganized and not clean they fought with us regarding the amount of guests and shorted us on the drink order. clearly customer service doesn't matter - I would NOT recommend this for a birthday party

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday. We didn't buy food from them but we were told that drinks are included with our package when we called the morning of our booking. It kinda seemed odd that they would include drinks when we are not buying food from them so we called back to confirm. Again we were told that drinks are included so we figured we don't need to order drinks with the outside food that we ordered. Upon checking in for our party we wanted to place the order for drinks so that they are served when our food comes. We were then told, oh we didn't buy any drinks. So at this point me and my wife are a little confused and ticked off because we got different information on the phone, twice. The excuse we got was that the girl that we spoke to on the phone and confirmed TWICE was new and didn't know what she was saying. We asked to talk to the manager and after 15 mins on the phone with him he said oh we can give you a discount and give $2/drink. We had 24 people jumping and doing the math with the amount of money we spent the manager didn't have the basic sense to make right on the mistake that they admitted they made. Absolutely the last time we ever come here.

This place is so expensive! It cost me $40 with a “toddler discount” to take a 4 and 2 year old for an hour. You have to sign waivers every time and need new socks every time. It is so wasteful. They don’t even recycle any of the plastic packaging or the socks. When we got there an alarm blared for a good 10 minutes. Staff were not friendly, did not clearly go over the rules (she spoke so fast). The staff were no where to be found when you were there. When we left no one was even watching the door. The foam pit did not have near enough foam blocks to make it safe. It was not clean, the trampolines has holes in them. All around it was not great and a waste of $40

Worst experience ever i paid clise to 400 dollars, never got a room, they forgot to order the pizza, and the manager is so uncredibley disorganised, and they we so over booked it wasnt even funny. They let three party rooms stay empty and never gave up one for the party i had alkready paid for, ontop of that all they refusesd a refund on the food they never supplied which i paid for. Such a horrible place horrible unhelpful staff.

Disappointing. Had called ahead to ask if it was an appropriate place to bring a 4 year old and they said yes. Unfortunately when we arrived we found out the foam puts we're all closed. My son was too young to use the climbing walls and the basketball hoops (he couldn't even get close to getting a ball anywhere near the hoop as it was too high for him). All that was left for him to do was jump in the trampolines. We were there for 90 minutes and it got a bit boring. He was very excited to try the foam pits and it was extremely disappointing to find out they were closed. Would have been nice if they had told us when I called as this place is not cheap and it was an extremely expensive price to pay to watch a 4 year old bounce on a trampoline for 90 mins. Might be worth it for older kids but definitely would not recommend this place for young children until they re open the foam pits (which I believe we're closed due to covid restrictions) unless going for a short time or at a minimum on a day where they have a special on entry fees. Also, very expensive drinks and the only food is from vending machines.

Horrible. Save your money and go anywhere else. Students working that have no sense of customer service. Limited staff. We paid full price but nit everything was open. This was no disclosed on their website or in person. When we went to the rick climbing area, tge girl was closing it because ' she had been there for a while and needed a break'. when asked when she would reopen ,she apathetically said ' maybe in an hour'. Our time would have been done by then, and no other staff member seemed interested to open it. Water on floor near lockers that no one cleaned. One hand sanitizer location ,but not everyone used it. Really poor management and horrendous customer service.

Stay away over weekends!!!! Way too crowded-covid social distancing concerns. No control, my kids got turned away twice as there is no time limits and people do activities as long as they want resulting in other people not getting an opportunity ..... Kids wasted almost 20 minutes in line on climbing zone. Staff unhelpful!!!!!!!! #DISSAPOINTING!!!!!!!

Lack of staff and many activity area are closed, prices are higher then what it shows online. Very bad experience we waited for two hours for the employee to open climbing zone what he has told us he will be back in a while. But he never came back and they never opened the climbing zone until we leave the place. Very disappointing !

Absolutely brutal. Staff is inexperienced in general and way understaffed or trained. Birthday parties here are a bad idea. Was not clean. Covid protocols are not really important here. Not a place for small kids up to 7 in general. Good thing you sign a waiver so there is no recourse if you do get hurt. Spend your money somewhere else.

Overpriced. Multiple stations were shut down. Asked for refund after we learned this before we stepped through the gate and was told that they can't return money, and was told to send a email to head office if I had an issue. Reply: This is the only 1 ???? review I have ever left. Your reply and belittling is to be expected if this is the same staff posting this as I dealt with in person. No need to apologize for me. Do better.

Disappointing. The staff is very rude, especially the lady on reception. 60% of the equipments are out of service and management don't inform about this. Really bad experience. Never recommended.

the place is clean, but honestly too expensive. Some areas of the park are closed with for no reason. Foam pit closed because of covid, that makes sense, but 1 of 2 dodge ball courts doesn't. Staff is not as friendly as they should be. They don't have all size socks, so my 5year old had socks that where too big. Overall you can have fun, but a family of 4 will pay 100$ for an hour admission.. too much if you ask me.

We had my sons Birthday party there recently with 10-12 kids. They messed up the pizza order and their response wasn't as pro-active as one would like to see. Being a manager myself I was severely disappointed with the complete lack of a personal touch by management there. They hid behind a desk and their staff. Part of being a manager is having to deal with issues, complaints and failures whether they are valid complaints and issues or not. You are viewed as a higher authority than can help solve problems that the other staff cannot or doesn't have the authority to. I have never been to a place of business and asked to speak to the manager and not have it happen. If you cannot deal with people then you do not belong in a position of management. Almost any poor experience can be solved and result in a customer leaving the facility satisfied that their concerns were at least heard and listened to. I do not feel that the owners/management care enough to ensure that they get repeat business which is ultimately what is going to keep these trampoline parks around. The responses to the google reviews are almost all cut and paste carbon copies. If you can't take the time to personalize your response to the situation/comments of the reviewer then you shouldn't even bother putting a response in. A "Thank you for the positive review. We glad you enjoyed x about our facility. If you liked that come back and give our x a try." or "We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our facility. We take x item seriously and I ensure you that we are constantly working to improve our facility and service levels." Diffusing a situation can be really simple and is not always require refunding money. There are other things that can be done. The chain of command here is broken. Until it gets fixed I wouldn't expect the people working the floor to be able to help solve anything or get any better.

A cool place for children and their parents. You can just jump to the cheerful music. You can practice ball jumping near the basketball hoop. There is a place with many soft cubes where you can jump safely. There is a climbing room where children and adults can practice rock climbing. Game machines for children. vending machines with water. There are lockers for clothes. Parking. All safety rules are followed. The staff are friendly and always happy to help.

The place is really nice and Big . But, the staff was super rude and didint want to work at all. At first, they didn't open the foam Pitt whereas, it was showing open everywhere. The girl at the wall climbing section didn't want anyone to use it as she kept mopping slowly and said that it will take more than 30 minutes for the mop to dry. And we were there for 1.5 hour but, couldn't use it that day (31st Dec around 3.30 to 5pm) We paid for 3 people only for jumping on the trampoline. I can not belive that a place like this can have such unfriendly and disappointment in staff. I would not even give one star it's highly disappointing. Highly dissatisfied!

We had an issue while there for our jumptime today and brought it to the staffs attention. Later spoke to the owner Thomas who was HORRIBLY RUDE and had the audacity to call me names!!! I have reported him to the BBB, health and safety, human rights etc. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE...the center is not maintained properly and there are many safety/cleanliness concerns!! Also not following government COVID safety protocols. The owner is rude and only cares about money and not his customers or the safety or wellbeing of the children using the facility!

So incredibly dirty, crumbs and garbage on most of the trampolines. Awful dirty smell when you want in. Rude staff. Not clean at all. Not enough supervision for the groups of kids on trampolines.

They can't deserve even one star. Staff is very rude especially the girl lia when we buy the ticket first they told us only foam pit and half pipe is closed but afterwards when we asked for some climbing activites they said us very rudely it was closed now . They do not refund our money and treat us very rudely.

Very bad place with worst Customer service. Firstly, everything was closed, secondly the price is higher than what the extreme website says. Thirdly, I was inside and my phn was in the locker and my friends came to in to see me and they didn’t let my friends enter and call me which was the most inhumane thing ever. They asked them you have to pay before you enter the area not even to call your friend. Also it was only 20 mins left and the reception girl asked my friends to pay the whole amount which was meant to be for 1 hour. Not recommended at all!

We had our son's birthday party here and this might be the most disorganised, chaotic party experience we've ever had. They told us to come at 10 as our party started at 11. We got there right on time and there were two other parties registered for the same slot. It took half an hour to even get to the front of the line and at that time, it was only the party hosts that were registering. The staff seem very poorly trained and understaffed. It isn't their fault it took so long to get everything done; it's the business owner's fault 100%. They are overbooking clients and under-scheduling staff. The party rooms were supposed to be assigned the night before but weren't so we didn't even get our party room until 30 minutes past the start of the jump time. There was no choice of what kind of ice cream cake to get. I would not recommend this place as a birthday party event.

Basically this place is not safe for your kids. It is not monitored properly by the staff to ensure all kids are acting in a safe manner. Two of my kids were there on the weekend one suffered a dislocated jaw the other a concussion. This happen because of a teenager that was being overly aggressive against smaller kids. I was watching the staff do their rounds and they were not really watching what was clearly a kid that needed to be talked to. The staff said they were understaffed and could not do proper monitoring of the park. They were pretty casual about my kids injuries and told me they were fine. We spent 7 hours in emergency under the care of an emergency room doctor that said he gets a lot of kids injured there come into the emergency!! Do not trust this place. We signed a liability waiver and they seem to think that means they don't need to make the place safe. They need about 5 times the staff to safely monitor the park. BEWARE!!

Had my sons birthday party and it was the worst experience! It was expensive, chaotic and completely unorganized. First of all they mis-counted the children and didn't give the birthday boy his socks or sticker to jump and then argued and argued with me about it until I finally caved and paid extra for him to attend his own party. Then when paying, I was charged the full amount of the party, despite having paid a deposit. When the lady went to refund my deposit, she couldn't because that credit card had expired since I had made the reservation. The "manager" told me it would be money laundering to refund my deposit to another card. The only option was to email the head office to try and get back the $100 I had to overpay. Still waiting for my deposit back. Oh and we were shorted 3 drinks and when we asked for 3 more bottles of water they argued and argued with us. Over water. NEVER will I ever go there or recommend to anyone!!
