Nice local trails around the marsh, small duck lagoon with lots of ducks, some Canadian geese, and some turtles. Appears to be a good spot for bird watchers. No public bathroom.

Busy. Lots of walks and bike riders using the same paths. Most people are respectful and keep their dogs on-leash. Need signs up that tell people not to feed the ducks bread or other people food.

Nice easy trail for the kids to bike ride. Lots of questionable garbage in some spots as I believe people live in these places. Had to stop the kids from picking up clothes and broken bottles.

My new favorite spot in Langley. Stumbled on this place after a long trail wall with family. Just so happens at the best time of year. I.e. baby ducks and baby geese in various stages of new life in abundance. Went back the next day qith wild bird seed which was very good fun for my young child and rest of family. Loved it so much we went back four days in a row and intend to go this weekend as well. There are a lot of people there and that's not the best in Covid times I suppose.

Great place to watch the ducks, geese and a really strange swan (?) being fed. You can walk around the lagoon on a well maintained path with a large fountain and even a couple of good sized turtles sunning themselves on a log. Well worth the walk. Just one of many that Langley has built. Recommended for sure.

Nice relaxing area where you can find some birds that chirp like your cellphone ring tones :) you can bike all the way to surrey if you want and just explore the area. It's good for kids to ride a bike along the off-road tracks as it's pretty empty so quite safe area.
