I have never seen this part before Brookswood the park itself has a playground in the water park 0 once you walk into the tree line you are match by the ultimate Beauty, Nature...It has trails water it's breathtaking healing you have to see it to believe it... it's on 200th & 40th

Great park with water features for the little ones. I did see a few parents enjoying it as well. Small parking lot so there tend to be fewer people. Accessable washrooms are a convenient bonus.

Wonderful park. If you want to get into some beautiful nature in the local brookswood area, throw on some shorts and water shoes and go for a walk down the creek!

This park has a decently sized grass field, playground/water park for kids (rubber padded floors), grassy area parents can sit while watching their kids as well as several nearby corner stores for snacks or drinks.

It's an awesome spot to walk your dog- trails run just behind the park clearing, taking you along a lovely little stream. Favourite in the area! Please remember to pick up any trash you pass by- schoolkids leave behind plenty to pick up...

This is a decent park, but very, very busy for the available play space. There is no shade on the playground at all, and very little in the green space besides.

For a smaller park it is quite nice and has a good play area with an adjacent spray park. Although smaller in size, it is nice on the hot days. The playground area is well equipped and offers a nice variety of activities for younger children, 1-6. Older kids mightn't be entertained for very long. There is a field where you can play games etc and have a picnic if you want to get out in the fresh air. It is quiet for the most part and some people come to tan and read. Parking is limited, so on the warmer days, it is hard to find parking. If you live in the area, it is definitely a fun place to visit.

Its a clean park with good features for the kids. There is also a "forest" in the back that connect to trails and fun spots for the kiddos if they enjoy wild playgrounds.

Great park. My 4 year old, 2 year old and eventually our baby love it. The splash pad is great on hot days and the park is fun for all ages. Perfect mix of sun or shade depending on what you want/need. There are bathrooms on the property which is nice. The only downfall for me, is the area is gradually getting rougher over the last 5 years. Sometimes there are people smoking on the nearby benches, and last week there was a man passed out next to the bathroom. Definitely go with your kids to the bathrooms and keep a close eye while they're playing. Hopefully this area gets cleaned up soon!!! If it wasn't for this element, I'd give 5 stars.

Great park, with playground and public washrooms, and a water park for the kids. There is even a wooded area where the kids can collect branches to buy their own "fort". Shade is plentiful thanks to the trees but not necessarily on the playground or water park as they are in the center of the park. Mini mall within easy walking distance distance for food and snacks.

The waterpark has some massively high sprays which we found to be the feature of this park. Nice grassy area, I'd say there is more shade than sun here. Also within walking distance to food places etc. All around a pretty good little park.

Water park and playground are modern and well kept. Plenty of grass to enjoy a picnic or a slurpee (7-11 across the street). The real beauty of this park is the unmarked and untended trails that lie behind. Just walk to the tree line and you'll find some trailheads.

This is a very well kept park with playground equipment suitable for kids ages 3 and up. There are swings for little ones but the rest of the structures wouldn't work for little tikes. The Spray Park is small but once summer hits, it's going to be very popular with young families.

If you don't mind fairly cold water...very nice on a hot day. Especially nice during the heat wave. They have baby swings and that makes a big difference to my family currently. They have a nice playground, regular swings as well. The water park and I'm not sure what the surrounding forest is like these days, but in my own childhood, me and the other members of "The daily dare club" had endless hours of fun in there. Maybe it was safer then? There are a lot more people in Brookswood now. Statistically, that automatically makes any place more dangerous doesn't it? Anyways, just glad they haven't bulldozed and put more townhouses on the spot.

Went here one day before the temperature goes below freezing with snow. A beautiful park with a woodland trail at the back. The bathroom there could use a good cleaning, though.

Nice park, sadly is not a safe place for kids. They must put security in that place. One of my scary experiences was that one boy start to follow my kiddo, than he start to swore at other boy and write a really bad words that I dont want to say it in here on the playground. Some parents left and we left too.

It was Brookswood day and they had a lot of things happening. We took 4 kids there and they had a very good time. There was mini golf and several big bouncy slides and free ice cream and bottled water. It is always in June and a very well run event. The water park was on too.

Well set up except for HANDICAP PARKING it was at the back of the ribfest set up with no entrance into the set up hsd to walk half way around the set up to get in. There was no entrance fee so there could have been an entrance right next to the handicap parking. Prices were high with a full rack of rins at $28.00 and a half chicken at $14.00. Food was good especialy the collosel oinons at $12.00 a item that is great to share.

Nice Waterpark for kids, there's limited parking to get in why I'm not rating higher, you have to park across the way at either the Shoppers lot or the other side. Looks fun for the kids.
