Miscalculation from scotiabank is understandable but denying that miscalculation is a fault on their and treating customers as an unimportant entity to not even apologize to shows how arrogant the employees of this branch are. Do not bank with scotiabank, they will treat you as dispensable if you come with genuine complaints.
