Attended my daughters soccer game. The sports field have everything from track and field, including steeplechase, hammer throw / discus cages and shot put. The football field and the soccer field are covered with artificial turf. Spectator seating was ideal. And the evening lighting was perfect. The facility is enormous so parking in the less optimal lot could involve a significant hike. Bring along your lawyer to interpret the parking restrictions. And binoculars to read the fine print.

To get there, just take your bike and follow the bike path along the river to Lasalle and turn just west of the wave to Guy towards Raymond Street! The track is 400 m long and it is well marked for the 200 m which allows for interval training ... It's fantastic to have access to this beautiful rubber-floored athletics track ... In addition, football teams can train in the center! (Original) La piste de course dans le parc Riverside est très agréable à utiliser... Pour s'y rendre, il suffit de prendre son vélo et suivre la piste cyclable le long du fleuve à Lasalle et tourner juste à l'ouest de la vague à Guy vers la rue Raymond! La piste est de 400 m et elle est bien marquée pour le 200m ce qui permet de faire des entraînements par intervalles... C'est fantastique avoir accès à cette belle piste d'athlétisme au sol de caoutchouc... De plus, les équipes de football peuvent s'entraîner au centre!

I've lived near this park my whole life. The football field still has issues, and has been replaced by a new field at the center of the racetrack. The playground itself has seen better days, and probably (definitely) needs a refresh. The facilities are adequate, but again, need refreshing. The running track itself is in fairly good condition thus far. Give it a few years, I'm certain it will fall into the state of disrepair it was in previously. This is LaSalle afterall.

I went to the riverside park to exercise at 6 o'clock this afternoon. I don’t know what organization was taking up the entire playground. They kept escorting us away, completely occupying the entire playground to engage in their movements. They asked us to leave in a very rude language, and the attitude was very tough. However, when we came in, we did not see any announcement telling us that the playground was closed today. I really want to complain about them. But I don't know what organization they are and who is responsible. I only know that they were already there at 6 o'clock in the afternoon of 2019-06-12. I feel very angry. Other friends also feel unhappy.
