There is a smelly water treatment facility there, but the small park, (as long as you're not downwind of it) is really nice. Pokémon go gym and pokéstop there as well.

Good neighborhood mini park to take the little ones.

Nice little green space with a playground for kids. Lots of dandelions right now. There is also a small forested patch with purple flowers, some squirrels, and a wooden swing near the entrance closer to River Road.
