Beautiful park with a long grand river trail. Pool for kids and adults. Very calm and peaceful for a morning or evening stroll. It has football ground, valley-ball area. Lot of parking space.

Water isn't very deep maybe 3 feet at the deepest part definitely a place for smaller children and families, place is so much better with the new pool than in past years

Arguably the best dog park in the region. An area for small dogs and really large area for big pooches! Both have a proper forest area for the your pups exploring. Keep in mind, there's a little walk from the parking area (next to the public pool)

I loved the pool area. We has a picnic table. So we'll organized and run during this time. My grandchildren love it there! So kid friendly too, from little ones up.

Loved it but we went and our booking ticket clearly told us you can only bring water! We got into the park and everybody else had food, barbecues etc! I complained and left my email but nobody ever got back to me. The kids were really hungry and regulations did not allow me to leave and pick up some food.

Nice park to take your dogs off. There is a leash-off park with two sections: Small dogs (below 11 kgs or 20 pounds) and big dogs. Also, some park of the dog park includes a pine forest with no low branches, so people and dogs can walk easily.

It's a nice place to escape the heat. Very safety oriented which is great to see, ensuring parents/guardians are watching their children. However, one male lifeguard was very loudly shaming a couple parents which was not necessary. Their concession stand was open with lots of goodies and cool treats.

A great place to spend time at a pool. Great service upon arrival. Enjoy the snack stand. Prices are good. Bathroom were good. Worth the price for the pool

We love this park. The play area is very unique with a swing that will hold two people at once, a digger in the ground, and a very cool climbing set. About a 5 to 10 minute walk from the park you can get to the dog parks which are very well maintained. There is a section for small dogs and one for big dogs. The one for small dogs has a small wooded area to walk through that is very nice.

Very relaxing place to go with family and friends. You have a lot of option to do in this place. Well-maintained and pleasant.

Great place to take young children for a swim. Water doesn't go over 4ft. with a slow gradual entry to that depth. Lots of picnic tables and shade to be had. There are lifeguards on site and you do have to pay to go here. I do recommend a summertime visit.

Limited capacity right now means you have to book 1 of the 3 daily swims ahead of time. It's kept very clean and offers lots of lifeguards on duty. Lots of picnic tables for families to share lunches and have gatherings. Only thing to beware of is that right now, change rooms are locked at the end of the swim. No extra time to get changed which can be difficult to manage with small children.

If you are a 'water baby' and you need to cool off, you'll want to visit Kiwanis Park!! When visiting you have the choice of sitting under the shade or get that suntan in! Escape the city but yet you've never left! A very lovely place to be and you can see the newest, innovative pool renovations too! 5 Stars!!

Went for a swim with the family today and I was surprised that no entry to enter the park itself. The pool of course requires fees. When I was younger I remember my parents had to pay at the gate for the park. I’ll be coming back more often for the pool and trails.

Nice and clean pool at this park. Facilities were open but restricted understandably (no locker use, limited change room stalls open) due to COVID-19. Two life guards sitting each side of big pool. Lots of benches around pool to put your things while you use pool.

The staff and lifeguards were all friendly. Very clean outdoor space, and there were ample amount of picnic benches spaced out. I liked how you have to book tickets in advance. It was my families first time going, and we will definitely return.

Attended the Puppy Pool Party with my daughter and son-in-law. Humane Society fund raiser. Great idea for the park to accomodate such a worthwhile event. Pepper loved playing with all the other dogs, and checking out the vendors.

Went from 2-4 on a Monday and there were 20 ppl total inside-it was amazing to pretty much have the pool all to ourselves. Very nice place to go with the family.

We went for the dog park, and were not disappointed. Huge dog park, lots of space to run and a nice shady bit of forest along the one side. One really awesome feature of this dog park is that it has 2 areas; a 25lb and under area, and a no weight restriction area. There's a shared fence between the two areas so large and small dogs can still greet each other without any risk. The park supplies bags, although when I was there, there was a notice that there was no bags because people were abusing this service. It's a beautiful 10 minute walk into where the dog park is from the entrance of Kiwanis park. Nice trail, and well maintained.

Best dog park I’ve ever been to. Owners are extremely kind and careful, especially in the small dog park. The large dog park has an enormous amount of space and the walk into the park is lovely. In the summer months there’s parking almost next to the trail. I highly recommend this dog park.

The sign up process was very straightforward and easy to use, the pool was very clean and social distancing was maintained by everyone during our visit. Staff were extremely friendly and, when one in our party fell and hurt herself, were extremely helpful. Our daughter loved the water and splash pad, we will definitely be heading back several times this year!

Lovely pool, especially for little ones. Splash pad could use some updates/more equipment but overall it is a nice place to take the kids for a swim and the price is reasonable. For anyone with little ones or disabilities, please be aware that there is a short walk involved from the parking area to the pool.
