Nice park. 1 out of 2 soccer fields has lighting and the sidelines drop off bad, not flat at all. There is no seating so bring chairs. There is no canteen just vending machines inside as well as bathrooms.

Played in the morning! It was nice to be out in the sun. The park has 4 different soccer fields (outdoor ), you will have to Book it before hand. We played outdoors. Ample parking space next to the field. I guess these is also an indoor turf, not sure thou ????..

I love walking around this park... they groom it so well... and try to keep water from pooling on the trail. I’ve stopped in to watch the indie soccer. Great place! I walk it every day each Movember.

I went to biking, it was beautiful place. Usually this place is playing at the baseball game or soccer game place. But, around park can running and bicycle too.

Great park with some good walking trails. Baseball diamonds are open a lot during the off season. Great place to take a dog to run. Just remember to pick up after your dogs.

Awesome place for tennis. Gets busy in the summer. There is a track you can run around as well. People have been flying little drones here. There is a soccer field and some baseball diamonds.

The summer camps are nice. Kids have fun. We love to use the tennis courts and it’s nice that are free. There are only 3 tennis courts, so it’s going on the first come, first served.

The I door facilities are good but the outdoor fields leave much to be desired. Of the dozen soccer fields, 2 are green and playable. The other fields are dead grass, holed patched of dirt.

Great park for kids of all ages. There is a fenced in dog park area as well. Great for picnics! Great for walking around & up the hill for a great view of the city. Skateboarding park, great biking area for BMX. Volleyball, basketball area. Great for flying kites. I washroom are kept pretty clean. A great all around park.

I love Bud Park! It has very well kept fields and fairly decent tennis court. I love taking runs there and playing on the courts there every summer! Overall If your in the area and need some running space or are looking for free and we'll maintained courts, Bud Park is the place to go!

Great indoor facility, with cafeteria, and awesome seating to watch the game. Kids sized indoor field. Lots of outdoor soccer fields and a group of tennis courts. The fields conditions are not the best in town but they are good. The club, Kitchener Minor Soccer has been established locally for s long time and is considered the best. 4/5 for good fields.

Porta potty finally showed up a couple weeks ago - ONE - for six soccer fields!! Yippee Kitchener. We are free to pee once again - no coffee purchase required OCT 27 UPDATE: Porta potty was removed yesterday. Most of the garbage cans are gone today. They were fairly well serviced and maintained I must say, although I must add our Canadian potty technology is really lagging, especially given the covid crisis, whether "pandemic" fact or fiction. I was at the amazing International Sheepdog Trials at Fearn Farm, Tain, Scotland in 2014 and marvelled at hand-washing water supplied (AND flushable too as I recall) Johnny-on the-Spots. This is in a country though, where a traveler usually has NO problem finding a loo publicly provided and not dependent on a commercial transaction, in almost any little town very well sign posted and maintained. That was my experience anyway, the five times I've been there. A beautiful chunk of land is Budd Park. I think I'm still a bit bitter about them chasing my dogs and I out of there at 5 o'clock in the morning back in the day when I needed to be on the road for 6. That was our "church" for years - a time and place essential for our health and well being, setting our day on a solid foundation with an attitude of gratitude. It's a shame to think of it sitting virtually empty for the next six months. I'm so over the moon grateful when we can just find a place to go pee for free these days. All suggestions welcome.

Bleachers are small. Diamonds are in a bowl setting so can get very hot in the summer. Indoor bathrooms are available. Parking lot is a bit of a hike from the back field.
