Bingemans has being my place to go for my kid (4y/o). It has a great play structure, nice arcades and other activities. Unlike other places, the admission to the play structure is daily and only charges for the kids, not accompanying parents. I recommend having a look at their site as some special events take place like the new years eve.

It's ok, the day camps here are good but the food that they provide is TERRIBLE... I recommend the Minecraft camp. Also, CIT here for kids that need their volunteer hours is a good place to start, very accommodating. The slides in the big splash area are pretty good over all. There is not much shade though. The locker system there is good but the lockers are tiny and overpriced at 10$ for a 1ftx1ftx1ft locker... My opinion. No one will take your stuff if you leave it at a chair, normally.

I understand that you want to make even more money by renting out the tubes... But these HUGE tubes in the small space you call WAVE pool with lots of people... Seriously?! Me and my kids were constantly hit by these tubes and got separated many times... It's a safety hazard!

Great place to take the kids. Remember to ask for thr $20 video game card to play for 2 hours, such a great deal. Kids can play as many games as they want for 2 hours and only $20.

Lazy staff...I went to buy ice cream for my company... found out they closed the ice cream store early before regular closing time. Asked for the manager .. Marissa came to talk to me and said we did t have enough customers so we closed it .. I told her you have the merchandise and the staff to give me what I need but she said no it is closed .. Useless and lazy..

Very outdated water park. Not a lot of water activities for children under 48 inches which is not actually 48 inches it's closer to 50 inches.

Had a great time! Great for all ages. Loved the heated wave pool and the water slides. Water slides were of differing complexities. There were 4 different types of waterslides open when I went (Sept 2021). 1. Boomerango: 2-person waterslide ride requiring a tube raft. Can also be a 1-person ride if you're above a certain weight limit (me!). Definitely have your friends/family film you when you fall down the steep drop! 2. Full Throttle: Go down the slide on your belly on a mat. Did not try this one. This one opened in the late afternoon. Looked a tad scary, not going to lie! 3. Torpedo Bay: 3 slides of different difficulty levels (depending on colour). 1-person waterslide (no tube/mat) with various twists and turns. 4. The Cyclone: The slide drops you into 10-foot deep pool of icy cold water. Strong swimmers only allowed. Did not try this one. Too scary for me. Saw little kids do it though?! A lot of outdoor seating. Not too crowded. Reasonably priced. Will be back (with renewed courage)!

The pool was clean enough, the lifeguards were actively patrolling, and there is a small-to-medium selection of watersides available to enjoy. There are also several areas for younger kids to play, including a small water-filled play structure. However, the bathrooms and change rooms were atrocious. Very dirty, with used band-aids and toilet paper on the floors as well as toilets that looked as if they had not been cleaned for weeks. The change rooms are a small part of the entire water park experience, but they are the first and last impression you get of a water park, and were bad enough that I am taking two stars off.

This place is local to us, but we usually only go if we have won passes or gotten a discount. At $35 each (over 48"), it is pretty steep especially if you're going with younger kids who don't use the big slides. For our last visit, we just moved from the crowded Tuesday wave pool to the splash pad. I find the staffing to often be at a bare minimum at most attractions here but happy with the lifeguarding attentiveness when we were at the pool. Fyi kids need to wear life jackets in the pool unless they are over 10 and have a special wristband (my 9y didn't appreciate this!). One big plus is the ability to make a full day of the visit and get more value- bring socks and shoes for the kids and they can use the play structure and ropes course for the big splash price. And you can bring your food from home as well (there are some fast food options there too if you choose!).

This water park is definitely not worth its admission. There are not very many slides, and it was very overcrowded when we went. The staff were generally very unfriendly. This might appeal to younger children, but it is boring for young adults.

It's a fun local place to go for the day. The capacity levels were good..its a fun place for the kids. Make sure you have sun screen because if it is busy and you cant get shade ypu will be out in sun all day. There are umbrella shades areas you can sit under. The kids area is great for all ages but most of the sprayers were broken and the big splash bucket wasn't functional. Food is good from the pizza to burgers to ice cream available. But bring water with to stay hydrated..outside food is not allowed but baby/children snacks can come through.

Great place for the summer, but could use some fixes. There are broken tiles in the wave pool, the water slides are rough, the surface on the play structure is coming off, and the bathrooms could use some cleaning.

Amazing staff, very short lines due to weather being cooler and it was during the week. Staff are clearly well trained on ride safety protocols and they have great morale, are very friendly and make the experience even better. Don't forget that outside food is not permitted and you can choose to bring a life jacket for your children under 10, otherwise staff can provide life jackets based on availability.

The park itself was pretty great, my kids loved it but they don't allow you to bring your own food (likely because people can be slobs and leave garbage everywhere) there are really no healthy or even good food options available so get ready to spend money on Pizza Pizza cardboard that isn't cooked properly.

It's a nice place to take your family, however there is no flow to the water slided. Between riders there honestly is a 5 min wait if not longer. The line ups are backed up only for this reason. There needs to be better management of keeping the lines moving. I am here during Covid with restriction on number of guest and taking forever to get on a rid. I can only imagine how bad it would be if there was to restrictions on numbers.

Visited a few times in 2019 and had a blast!!! The slide selection is pretty good. They have a selection of easy slides to higher, more adult oriented slides. The wave pool was pretty good with decent size waves. The water was definitely colder than we’re used to at other parks. And that would be the only downside. As for space, the park is not really that busy so the wait times for rides and attractions aren’t long at all! Getting a chair is simple and there is lots of space to relax! Tons of games and indoor attractions to hang out when the kids get tired of the water. Lots of parking and easily accessible from the road! Definitely recommend.

This is a nice cozy place, don't expect the same level of options from other larger waterparks... If u have very active kids they may get bored after 2hours of playing on same slides.. due to Covid, their picnic spots are closed which is such a shame... I would say this place is good for a 3hour play time for kids max, don't plan a day around this place...

Go early or stay past 5 for shorter lines. Half price tickets mid week if you buy online. Nice to be able to order Boston pizza without leaving splashworks. If you leave, the line to re-enter can be several minutes. Fun slides!

This place is seriously underrated. It's so close and a great way to spend a few hours outside with your family or friends. There's tons of seating, the heated wave pool is a massive plus, and a good selection of water slides.

Staff - young, but courtesy staff throughout. Everyone is very friendly. Facility - the wave pool was a bit underwhelming as the waves were pretty tamed and no more than a foot higher than the water level. The play area wasn't fully functional (I.e. big bucket wasn't working and a bunch of other things). All of the slides were open, so those were pretty good with minimal line up. Bang for buck - the afternoon pass is good value as there isn't enough at just the water park to make it a full day. You would be bored after a few hours there.

I know that covid is really hurting their business I'm sure. But it's nice not having 50 people waiting in line for the same slides! And the wave pool is virtually empty. It was really nice.

Good waterpark with some really fun slides. There can be quite a wait for some, unfortunately. I'm happy the staff are so safety-conscious but it seems crazy to wait until one rider has completely finished the slide and has exited the pool before starting the next slider. Also, they require all kids to wear life vests in the wave pool. Water wings and puddle jumpers aren't allowed: they have to be certified life vests. Anyone who has tried swimming in one knows how uncomfortable they can be. I'm happy the facility is so safety oriented but this seems really extreme to me, and it's something I haven't seen in any other water park.

A relative of ours lost a piece of very important jewellery in the Pool area. Our relative was distraught about this loss. The staff at the site took extra steps to help us find this piece of jewllery for us. What really impressed us was the Followup Phone call Friday morning from the Manager ensuring that we got the resuts that we wanted. Rarely do we find this kind of followup. The ONLY negative thing was trying to get throught to a "live" person on the phone, after pushing numerous "push this" and "push that" button. But, the extra phone call from the Bingeman's Manager certainly made up for any inconvenience intially trying too get through. Bravo Bingemans!

back in march i had booked my daughter birthday was last min about two days before but everything went smooth.i was able to order the food,cake and book the room no problems. the check in was simple and easy.But now i am booking my son birthday i had booked in on Wednesday for them coming Sunday, i received a call saying i had missed the dead line for the cake that i would now i have to bring my own. NO where in the booking did it say there was dead line considering i was asked what flavour of cake i would like with my package. i was then told i would not get a refund of anytype and could not cancel. its really annoying and rude to mention any of this in the booking before taking the payment. so after spending over 300 on the birthday i now have to run out and find a cake.

Found this park by mistake while googling for water parks, best mistake ever made. Kids loved the park and enjoyed till last minute. Loved cyclone(blue), torpedo(green) and boomerango(purple). Kids loved pool with waves which was heated and rainbow slides as well as kids water park. Staff was really friendly with lots of smile and best kind behaviour. Will be coming back soon b4 summer ends. Thanks.

Its best for the the tri cities. Small, tidy and without rush. Not too many people after lockdowns. Not big lines. Best pool is the wave pool with warm water. Slides are amazing. They have a kids area separately
