Great little park to enjoy. Private never busy.

summers can be busy with soccer games. the skatepark is a little lame. however it does have a beautiful little creek and bridge. there is also an additional smaller park next to notch hiill rd that is usually quiet.

This park is designed for suburban families to bring their scooter kids. If an actual skateboarder was included in the design, they're a sell out. If you're just starting out you'll find there's nothing available at this park for you, if you're an intermediate level skater you'll get bored and leave. Concrete ramps aren't good for learning vert and street doesn't use them. Don't waste your day trying skate here, much better stuff just down the street at the university campus.
