Only real issue was no dogs allowed on beach/in water. There is a lot of places that have dog water bowls/fountains, just my pup is fastidious about drinking from communal water bowls. DESPITE the fact she has all the vaccines! It very well might be law, not sure.

Visited on May 4th, 2021: Only a few steps from the Lonsdale Quay SeaBus Station and Market. Grab a coffee, a bite and the mindful purpose to enjoy a view of spectacular Vancouver. Waterfront Park boasts beautiful wide-angle views of Vancouver and the Burrard Inlet and you’ll find it just a 12-minute Seabus ride away from Downtown Vancouver. There are plenty of trails for you to get immersed in nature and stroll by the water to catch some spectacular views just minutes away from the Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood. It’s located just minutes from Lonsdale Quay meaning you can catch the Seabus here from Downtown Vancouver in minutes. You could stop by Lonsdale Quay Market on the way to pick up something to eat on your walk. There are plenty of benches and places to sit throughout the park, as well as a children’s play park, making it perfect for a family picnic on a nice day. Also found within Waterfront Park are some great public art, a maritime memorial, and restrooms. Throughout the summer the park is activated with markets and events.

A nice quiet walk around Lonsdale quay and the park that you can take a picnic on the plentiful green grass or take the grandparents for a walk or take the kids to the playground. Thank you Vancouver for not killing the grass this year. Thank you Vancouver. It's a good park and a great source of fresh seafood, to local and international beer and wines. It also has a good selection of fruits and veggies. There is some really good food there to eat in and take out.

It's beautiful here during the day. Especially during summer. There is a drinking fountain, restrooms, a little park, and a fun little overlook by the water that provides shade and cover from the rain. This place is a popular tourist hotspot. If you were expecting peace by the water, you may not get that. During the summer this place is quite busy. Even in the cold months. The large fields provide plenty of ground space for snow, so cold weather still sees activity. Occasionally festivals will utilize this space. Keep an eye out for any fun events that may be happening!

A must visit when in Kelowna. Beach front is great place for a stroll anytime of the day. The impark parking is expensive but the street parking is a better alternative. The vibe is great, lots of eating joints and cafes.

A must visit spot on okanagan lake if you want to do a lot of activities. You can rent bicycles, scooters, jet skis, boats etc. There are other things as well such as parasailing and banana boat rides. Great spot for leisurely walks anytime with great view of the lakes and the mountains.

This place is small but good enough for a handful of doggos at a time. Two size parks. Small doggos big doggo fencing seperate. Woodchips not great for little doggos or doggos that like woodchips. The general vibe here is responsible dog owners that watch their dogs, no phones, no prongs, no chokes, just good old dog watching and handling. Though there are big jugs of water, I suggest bringing your own.

The water front park is beautiful. The grounds are well maintained. There are beautiful water features. There are often people doing interesting things on the lake. We've seen people using those hover packs over the lake a few times. The water is very still. It is a more grown up park (no play structures) but my kids still like walking there. Just watch out for those stupid scooters. People zip around you on those things way too fast, it can be a bit scary with little ones.

Canada day celebration in Kelowna is focused at the waterfront. About 50,000 people flood in to celebrate with an amazing plethora of activities from dog agility competition to live bands on multiple stages and political candidates and social activities. Fireworks cap the day at dark with a barge launched show. A great place to be.

Beautiful place to walk, ride bikes and swim etc. Excellent concession bathrooms and place to rent paddle boats kayaks etc.Float through canals by a small man made waterfall weaving past a Casino and gorgeous Dolphin Condos. The other end has bird sanctuary walkway with Osprey turtles ducks and wildflowers etc. Enjoy!

A beautiful park with restaurants all around. There are public washrooms near the beach as well as seasonal water activity rentals. There is a boardwalk and pathways all over the park that off views of the lake at all different angles.

It's a pretty typical city park. It can be a nice walk along the lake. The boardwalk area and the bird sanctuary are beautiful areas. The older area of downtown city park feels old. It's slowly improving over the years though. There's a waterpark for kids, new public washrooms, merchants, a sandy beach, soccer field, and tennis courts. The summer concerts are great although I'm not a fan when parts of it are blocked off to the public. Final note: it can be beautiful depending on the time of year and the area. It also depends what you like. I do like it enough that I proposed to my now wife there and got great pictures. So to me it's worth a visit.

Theres a small dock to the right side that we checked out and seen starfish and other fish down on the old pier stands. But up top on the main pier it was overtaken by loud druggies playing super loud music and so no one would go on it. Wack.

Very nice, but very busy section of the Seawall in North Vancouver. With Longsdale Quay just right around the corner, the Seabus Transit terminal also nearby, as well as a connecting off leash dog park, this place has a lot of foot traffic. Washrooms are kinda cruisey, so that's a plus I suppose.

Waterfront Park - good stuff, nice scenery. It's a well kept park on the waterfront. Proximity to water is great, park is nicely maintained. Beach nearby for beach activities. Park is great for park activities. Pathways unobstructed and good for walking as well as skating/biking in some areas. Easy access. Geese can be a bit mean sometimes, ducks are friendlier. There's a wicked Blue Heron that hangs out here and some other cool birds for the ornithology fans.

One of the few parks in Navan that you are allowed to legally drink in. Everyone is pretty chill about it and having visited a few times with a friend of mine that lives overlooking the park.....I've never seen anyone outta control overly drunk. One of kelownas best features. The park is very pretty, the stage is fantastic, the beach is clean and a really nice place to swim. The bird sanctuary beside it is gorgeous. A great spot for walking, biking or just hanging out. Good for families as well. The canteen mostly just has over priced junk, very little selection, nothing healthy and not open enough hours I give it no stars, but everything else is great.

Wonderful place to go for a walk. Start at the dolphin go over the little bridge. To your right of the beach there is a bird sanctuary. Then head back toward town.lots of photo ops and places to sit or stop by for a coffee or food. Flat surface suitable for stroller or wheelchair. Pet on leash.

The City of Kelowna should be ashamed of the unsafe conditions in this park today!!!. This is one of the most popular walking areas in the City. Today it was almost impossible to navigate the extremely icy conditions. It would not take much to monitor these walkways and lay down some sand, salt or calcium to prevent freezing and provide safe foot traction. Are they waiting for a serious injury before acting responsibly. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER.

Beautiful park & walkways all year long. One of the many great attractions of Kelowna. Access for strollers, bicycles, joggers, & walkers. Wheelchair & motorized scooter accessible in areas but may be limited to the seasons. There are lots of pets on leashes walking their humans. You may be lucky enough to see the leashed sheep having a stroll with its family.

We often visit Waterfront Park when we are in Kelowna, it has everything from a bird santuary to unique sculptures and of course people and families of every nation on Earth! On the last occasion of our visit, we had our grand daughter with us and had just enjoyed a fabulous meal at the Cactus Club Restaurant near the Kelowna Yacht Club, so it was convenient to just head out on foot with her to talk and work off some of our lunch. If you have never experienced this beautiful setting and lakeside boardwalk, check it out, quarenteed you will not be disappointed. Wayne and Ginette.

This is a peaceful area to read a book in, hang out, have a picnic, go to the park, for a walk, or just pass by. It is relaxing, quiet, and has a beautiful view of downtown Vancouver's skyline. you can catch the sea bus from here to downtown. It has a playground area, and a lot of grass mini hills around it (great for flying a kite). Bathrooms are under one of the hills. Palm trees are randomly planted throughout two sides of the park. Carribean festivals are usually held here in the beginning of summer.

Being connected to city park and the bird sanctuary makes for a great walk. The dog loved it too. Also close to many restaurants if you need to re fuel along the way.

A small but nice park that is a short walk from the quay. Enjoyed by both families and young people. Scenic views of downtown Vancouver and the port. View of the sunset is a bit obscured, but the seals and loons that can be spotted make up for it.
