Great park nestled between Knox Mountain and Tolko Industries. Lots of picnic areas for families, and a sandy beach! Boat launch, frisbee golf, tennis courts, and dog beach park all in the area. Nice to be away from it all but close to downtown. Much better water now that the mill has closed.

It's a beautiful spot to sit and watch the ducks and geese but they need a couple more picnic tables.

Took my dog on a hike and he bit one of the employees, I had to yell at my dog in front of the employee and I felt so bad. The employee said it was okay and that it happens all the tiem.

Sutherland Bay Park is more than just a playground park...it has easy Okanagan Lake waterfront access for canoes or kayaks. Highly recommend for beginners...less stressful than other access points.

What a great family park! Out of the way, with plenty of grass, shade trees, picnic tables and washroom facility as well as access to the water.

Beautiful quiet park. It would be nicer if they didn't put the garbage cans right beside the benches. Flies are all around when you sit down.

Quiet, peaceful, lots of grass, dogs on leash, playground, sandy beach. Near Knox Mtn Park. Near mill but its not noisey.

Love this little park. We kayak from here, launch our boat here. It's quiet and well maintained. Water is too low to launch a boat right now.

Clean park not the best if you want to swim but an amazing place to take your dog and if you want to read a book

A dog friendly park but they want your dog on a leash so they don't bother other park goers. There is a boat launch and lots of soft green grass for your pets to play on. You can take your dog for a swim and have it fetch a stick. It is one of my dogs favourite inner city places to play.

Water is super gross. Full of weeds and smells like gas. Mill ruins the view. I guess the beach is okay if you lay back and close your eyes.. and wear ear plugs.

It is a great park. Open space for whatever you need. On the lake for great views. Tree cover for the hot summer days. Bathrooms in the summer. Nice playground for the little tykes. Not far from the dog park and Knox mountain.
