It is a quiet out of the way park that has a sense of serenity to it. A good place to sit in the rain or play with your dog. Its also a great place for a view of the whole city, especially in the morning!

Beautiful park, tastiest saskatoon berries I know of in Kamloops. Great for walking the dogs, Tobogganing/snowboarding is also common.
