Great little park with a small playground for kids. Only down side is proximity to an area where crime is common. Much of this crime is violent.

Great small park in the middle of the city. Playground for bigs and littles and the field is well maintained which is nice. I wish it was slightly more fenced in near the side streets rather than just the main road but am thankful there is somewhat of a barrier. I walk my dog through the park in the mornings and other dog owners for the most part are friendly and respectful of the park as well.

Beautiful little park, GREAT for kids and anyone wanting to frolic safely outdoors on well-maintained grass. Has a NICE playground for the younger set, which is quite well used. Good blend of trees and grass, with picnic spots... and it has the BEST example of "Glacial pavement" in all of Halifax!!! Beautiful large rock, polished by the most recent ice age long ago, showing interesting metamorphic geological features. Lots of fun for the children in both summer and winter: the smaller folk use it as a sliding area. Halifax has SUCH an abundance and variety of "green spaces": one of the major reasons i love this city so much!!

Nice green space for a quick meeting with neighbours during COVID lockdown and restrictions. There are two picnic tables, a bench, a rocky area to sit, children's playground equipment and tiny paved walking trail.

Its ok. It's safe for very little kids But not so safe for over active toddlers and above who can take a fast run...roads at everyside so I am always afraid for my son...also no washroom nearby

Great little park with sun, shade, picnic tables, a large grassy field and play equipment for multiple ages. New little stage just built, wired for lights and sound.
