Most cities would like, pave paradise and put up a parking spot on little vacant lots like this one, but Halifax believes as a community, in creating a HUGE web of little parks: oases of peace and quiet and trees and flowers and grass and places to play and sit peacefully, all over the city even in the seemingly most unlikely places. One of the reasons i LOVE this city!!!
