This park is near my grandparents home. My sibling and I would always visit here when we came to see my grandparents. The slide used to be humpty dumpty so we would always call it the humpty-dumpty-park. This is one of my favorite places.

It is s nice little park. It has small ballfeild, a paved walk around the perimiter plus swings and climbing equipment for kids. Great veiw from the bench at top of hill.

Great little park. Nice walkway along the perimeter. Lots of raspberry bushes and benches. Dog-friendly (on a leash). There are a few play structures and a baseball field as well.

Sometimes when I'm at this park I ask myself where the hell are my children. But it turns out they're just hiding or lost in the trees. There's a lot of exciting rocks to climb on but a bit too much broken glass at the bottom of the rocks.

This is one of the best parks in Halifax. Not very crowded and very clean. That being said, I wouldn't go to it very often if I didn't live close.

This is a very nice small park in the middle of the city. There is a court to play sports, and there are lots of trees and green spaces. There is also a nice playground area for kids with slides and other rides. You can walk around the park in 15 minutes, but you don't need to go far to go for a walk or take your dog out.

Playground equipment is fairly spaced out leaving lots of room for groups to play. It's on quite a hill though so be mindful of little kids running around!

I've been to Flinn Park a lot with my son, and it's typically a calm, quite neighbourhood park that is quite a bit bigger than you'd expect. Lots of green space, great hills for sledding in the winter, and two playgrounds and a swing set. There is also a baseball diamond that gets used fairly regularly, and several benches. Street parking only, but there is lots of it. Overall, an excellent neighbourhood park. Occasionally some broken glass near the margins of the park, but not often.
