Awesome little walking trail, suitable for any ages. There are a number of benches and and a look off that overlooks the pond. Terrain would be suitable for joggers as well. This park is not lit at night.

Halifax is great for trails and creating walkways for people other than roadways where all the traffic is. This loop provides a chance to see some wildlife up close. Keep on the trail because it is an environmentally sensitive area and keep your dogs on a leash.

(Translated) I love this place very much. Silence, rustle of foliage, aromas of flowers - grace. A huge pond, funny ducks, handsome drakes rush over the water with pigeons. Flocks of seagulls circling above. And what a magnificent cormorant I once met on the bridge over the pond. He quite calmly allowed me to stand next to me and click the camera. Then he soared up, rushed to the middle of the pond and dashed down for his prey. It was a very impressive meeting. (Original) Очень люблю это место. Beautiful, beautiful trail. The only 2 downfalls are if you use doggy poop bags, you have to carry them until the end of the trail for a garbage can, and there are some off-leash dogs sometimes. Not everybody is responsible with their dogs and it wouldn't take very much for a situation to go very badly. However, dogs seem to really love the trail. Amongst the handful of benches you can stop and take a little break from your walk at (good for elderly or little ones) or just stop to take in nature, there is also a picnic bench underneath the wooden lookout, which is very often visited by beautiful ducks! I have noticed the lack of trash there. I'm not sure if somebody goes to clean it or it just doesn't have much trash, but I have noticed and appreciated it. I visit the trail often and would definitely recommend you go visit for yourself!

Situated at parkland drive , small trail that can take away ur stress. Good to walk with kids and pets. Small lake and few birds , ducks habitats and been surrounded by residentially makes it resistant form road noise. Apt place to for morning or evening walk and even quiet sit chat session with friends or family. Loved it

Cute little park with a marshy lake, pretty bridge and some gorgeous views in fall. It is next to the highway, once the leaves fall it can be quite noisy. Otherwise, an excellent little park.

This is a great little park area. There are trails around the park, and they link up with the other small trails that are in the area. It's a beautiful walk in any season, but use caution in the winter.

Plenty of ducks in the pond and walking trails all the way round the water. However there are no bathrooms anywhere nearby.

If you live in Clayton Park West, a great place to view a scenic place close by. Have gone often and am still in love with this marsh!

A leisure walk around the marsh can always be earned no matter how the weather conditions arise. I preferred coming here for a walk in the evening so that the sunset can be ready to amaze visitors. The trail also comes in with some history. Check it out on the bulletin boards at the entrance, where a look out platform couldn’t be missed.

A very easy relaxing trail, I took the 93 years old grandpa to walk on this 2.5 km trail which is around a small pond and a large marsh. The gravel path is pretty level. Nice view, and we saw Mallard duck, blue herons and some other birds. Very clear map and road signs. The only negative comment about this trail is not enough shady area. You may not enough this trail if the sun is very strong.

Great place for a walk! It's surrounded by town houses and private residences but still dense enough in the forest to give you a feeling of being out of the city. The only parking is along the roadside. There are ducks but a sign that says not to feed them. I admit nothing. It could be unobtrusively cleaned up a bit. Just a litter clean up every week would make a difference. The people living around it and the joggers that use it should take a hand in that.

Beautiful park and walking trail with many routes to enter/exit. Wide open space with beautiful views at all times during the year. There is a viewing deck which looks onto the marsh. Close to residential neighbourhoods. Only a few benches available throughout for seating.
