Little one enjoyed it...lots of toys left behind by locals for kids to play

Great trails and playground for the kids. Best part is the local cat named Charlie who plays with kids by actually swinging on the swings and sliding down the slides.. I shot a video of Charlie going down the slide but can't attach. My 5 year old daughter had so much fun here with the play structures and going for a very short walk to the river to listen to the water over the short dam. Fun or peaceful, you choose what you want.

Along the Speed River. Running Trail, Children's Playground. Arthur Street North. Beware the Park leads to Homewood which is Private Property & No Recording devices are allowed on the Homewood Property. Wonderful area for a morning walk with coffee in hand & the dog. Come the Spring & Summer it is a Bird Sanctuary. GUELPH hidden Gems. Quiet please we are enjoying the Green Space.

I love this park. Very natural and lots of space. It's also not as crowded as the west side of the river at Goldie Mill. Love the easy access via the little walking bridge.
