Ca permet aussi de ne pas avoir trop chaud en ete et etre proteger des temperies. Sa permet aussi d'etre en foret pres de la nature. J'adore le fait qu'il y ait de vrai rocher a grimper etc.

Aire pour Picnic sans BBQ car arbres matures partout et grand danger d'incendie dans de secteur résidentiel très vert. Les ados doivent se déplacer ailleurs pour le skateboard etc.
