Parc well maintained with a variety of sports facilities: 2 tennis courts, 2 soccer fields, skate park, permanent hockey rink boards (hockey in winter, ball hockey in summer &/or basketball summer. Kids park with several fixtures to climb, swings, lots of sand, rope pyramid, seating for parents too, mini gazebo covered with pic mix tables next to kids park and 3-4 water sprays for kids. - great for hot humid days. No pools no surveillance.
