It's in good shape. No garbage laying around on the ground, no feces or urine on the concrete either. Graffiti although not cleaned up is at a minimum. ????

It's just a Gazebo but it a very nice place to bring friends and family, for a picnic. There is a huge playground across the street, at the school, for kids to play. It's a very nice playground and they are guaranteed to have hours of fun. Walking trails in the area (paved and unpaved) that go for miles. Very beautiful area with lots of great views. Lots of GEOCACHING in this area, which is great, adventurous fun for people of all ages. If you don't know what Geocaching is, google it, and download the app "Geocaching". Basically, it's treasure hunting. However when you find the treasure, you sign/date the logbook, take an item from the box and also LEAVE an item (1 for 1) for the next people...it's a trade/swap system. Kids and adults love it. Great family event.
