Area is landscaped well, but they need to control scentless chamomile and Canadian thistle. Condos are finished beautifully, however the living room is very tiny and the two upstairs bedrooms with each it's own ensuite means not good for families with more than one young child. Plus they have no yard space. The only huge plus is that the kitchen is large and gorgeous and open concept. If these condos had one more bedroom though and a chunk of yard space and a bigger living area, I would be sold in an instant.
