Great management, well kept and very friendly and great neighbors. Only issues we had was the 30 amp service. For full timers the monthly cost (1390) is quite steep. You may as well get an apartment like we did. Although we stayed there for a year, ultimately it was a financial decision to move into an apartment. But it was a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy full timing. 4 stars cause you will have to deal with Draconian law enforcement from the city. They even banned tarped car ports! The municipality of wood buffalo is not friendly to tiny homes or RV full timers. Expect to be treated like a second class citizen, and underhanded tactics to impede on your off grid lifestyle from a city that sees you as a hinderance to their tax deficits from lower property taxes.

This TV park is wonderful close to town park is clean and organized. Staff is amazing. Spots are spacious bathroom and laundry facilities are new clean and showers are free for residents. ????????. The park is quiet and respectful at night and during the day. This is the only park in town that I would stay at or would ever consider having my family at. I would highly recommend this rv resort above the rest.

Lots were big and it appears the new management is making improvements to the park. Hooks up were great and had not issues. They have a unique speed detourant in the park so make sure you follow posted speed signs or your rig will jump with the pot holes. Again the place is under new management and I would guess this is on their list to deal with. We would go back.

I have been staying here since May 2021. The park is clean and relatively quiet even with the highway right beside it. Price is a little high but chalk that up to Ft McMurray. Lana and her crew do a great job. Thank you.

This is a great place to park your RV, owners very helpful. Clean level lots, gravel to park on, not mud. Highway close by so you hear the traffic all the time, you get used to it. Showers and laundry facilities are very clean. I will definitely stay here again.
