This place is REALLY fun I recommend it for anyone .this place has awesome food and drinks . My only concern is that there should be a halal food option. Other that that it's great.

Really fun! We love the VR, but the trampolines are also a ton of fun! Grear for all ages. Definitely need to try it for yourself! Prices are reasonable, too and they have a concession with snacks :) I think I saw a sign for mini donuts!!, although we didn't try them.

Place is great to bring kids and waste a few hours of energy on something fun that gets them active. Prices are pretty fair, it could get expensive if youre bringing multiple older kids on a weekend but overall not bad. Clean and well staffed/managed from what I can tell. The biggest issue for me was the seriously poor quality and selection of the canteen, and the temperature of the place, to be honest. Some areas are really really cold and then some are really really hot (higher up in the play park), to the point where you're beyond uncomfortable in those areas. So far, no reason to not be returning. My son LOVES coming here!

Aim High Day Care!!!! Highly recommend this child care institution had many kids in different child care around town this place is clean, professional and report every detail about the child's day extremely efficiently with HiMama app. This is a new day care and the management is different from the park which I attribute to its success.

Great place. Kids loved it. My only concern, and the only reason for such a low rating, is the lack of security measures. Any place like this we have visited with the kids in the past have security measures in place to prevent anyone else from leaving the premises with YOUR kid. Whether it be matching brackets or invidible stamps only visible under a special light there was peace of mind. Unfortunately Aim High Park has no such measures in place. I dont understand why but this is where Aim High Park fails big time. I hope the owners see this and implement such a system before tragedy strikes and someones kid is taken by some weirdo. Sincerely, A very concerned parent!

One star to many, offers a vr service but the guy who runs the vr system is only in for two hours a day, the security at this place is non existent

Prices have come down considerably. It's a great place to waste a few hrs with the kids, lots for them to do. Food options are quite limited.

Place was very dirty! Party decorations were still up from a party on the weekend and it was a Wednesday when we were there! The high chairs had food dried on to them! There was metal pieces sticking out on the ladder structure in the baby area! Staff were not doing their jobs by any means! The canteen is never staffed!

Definitely a go to place for anyone and everyone if you are looking for a quick family getaway in the city of Fort McMurray. It's similar to all star indoor playground in Edmonton but the layout could have been better. They have bubble tea, pizza, hot dogs, tea, coffee, pop and chips. Service was good but bubble tea and coffee wasn't available when we went. Some claim the prices to be too high for the place but if you are looking to pop in at the last hour it is $5 which is not a bad deal.

We went in winter and the staff was pretty good at keeping the place clean. Prices were fair and our child had a great time. There's food available upstairs which we didn't check out, but I'd imagine it would make this a solid place for birthday parties or team events. My son had a good time in the children's area for kids 4 and under on the slides and ball pits and in the actual trampoline park itself. Overall it was a fair price for what it was and something different to do in town with the kids.

I have been there many times. The place is awesome for kids. We always fun and my kids love to go there. It is up to us as a community to support business in this town instead of bashing them. If your kids make a mess clean it, as you would at your house or at a friends house. The workers there are not babysitters you should be supervising your own children.

I called on a busy long weekend to reserve 2 rooms for 8 people for 4 VR headsets. They were very accommodating and gave me a reservation time same day. We showed up 15 mins before our reservation to find out that they had been experiencing power outages and equipment failure that afternoon. To our dismay, our rooms wouldn’t be available for another 40 mins. To accommodate, they went out of their way to give the children other VR time while we waited. We had so much fun, and the time flew by. Even with some of the delays and glitches that we experienced during the afternoon (through no fault of their own), the staff was fantastic and their Customer Service was supreme. We were so happy with our experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
