it has grafitti on its walls and it was still winter when i seen it, i cant tell how lively it is during summer months. however, it has a fence and will have some level of traffic security as it is beside a public road. i did not notice any seats with shades around it for parents or guardians to sit while kids are playing, so maybe it is more of a picnic by the grass kind of play park.
