I’m going to give this a “2” based on the possibility that I might have missed something here. This appears to only be bush along the side of the creek. There were no trails and the bush was pretty dense, so there was no way that I could see to access or enjoy this spot. I only checked out the area west of Carlingview; perhaps there are trails east of Carlingview but I couldn’t see any access point from the road, and my AllTrails app doesn’t show any paths in the area. Calling it a “park” is a huge overstatement in my opinion.

It's not a park at all...just an undeveloped spot in the middle of an industrial park but I enjoyed walking around up there
