I came here with my girlfriend, and we had a wonderful day together here. There's not a lot of space to explore, but there are a ton of secluded spots to picnic on a date with your cutie of choice. Definitely going to come back here some more.

Visit this park in the afternoon of Fall. Beautiful view and nature. The park is quite big for me to discover them all before the sun goes down.

Great trails for a stroll beautiful in the fall and winter. You can see salmons spawning in the fall. Snowshoeing and Tobagoning you can do. There is a creek along the trail that leads to Lake Ontario. Parking on the residential streets. There is an entrance to the park at the intersection of Horner and burlingame rd.

The park is absolutely gorgeous and you can walk for miles. The only thing I would care to mention is when you Google the address it takes you to the top of the trail instead of the parking lot. The parking lot is not easy to find if you have no idea where you are going.

I grew up in this park which was more commonly referred to as The Valley. The Etobicoke Creek has lots of places to dip your feet and some small waterfall/rapid type areas. The main path is accessible as it is paved, there are also many paths into the trees. Use cation though as many homeless have used this area to call home. Not a good option after dark.

I find everything about this park simply divine: the fresh, crisp air, the smell, the scenery, the cute furry squirrels, the chripy birds, the gurgling brook along the walking trail and the best part, less humans.

Mel Harhar

Starting from Marie Curtis Park, enjoy a long paved path to walk and many trails through the woods to explore by the Etobicoke Creek. Poison Ivy and ticks (lime disease) can be a risk. Wear pants if you opt to explore the woodsy trails as the foliage is quite lush and the grass tall. The long walk to the Middle Road Bridge was worth it so I highly recommend it!

Very nice park, away from roads, nice playground, and nice path along the water.

Virginia

Beautiful walking down here and then along the creek to the lake, the nature in such a large concrete jungle of a city just takes your breath away. If you are really lucky you might get to spot a deer, as well as the other wildlife. We used to walk along here regularly with the dogs. Don't let them chew on the thistles though - our dog did that once and then started having problems swallowing/breathing, but some dry bread fixed it up for him. Great for a walk anytime although in winter obviously the path can become quite icy and a bit hazardous to walk on.

Dhiraj Sharma

Great trail. But why don’t we have the trail connected all the way up north. It ends before queensway.

Beautiful, not busy weekdays. Very busy weekends, often line ups to park. Bathrooms open. Low water level in this and all Toronto streams, rivers this year

Beautifull park and trail scenic and good for exercise as the nice hill at the entrance is quite steep perfect for people looking to do uphill sprints or the trail for joggers cyclists and dog walkers to explore overall top notch goes all the way from marie curtis beach to past the dundas and if youre a nature lover you could spot birds or try to find a turtle or snake or try to see fish or beaver or racoons or squirells a great nature park

Michael Czopka

Beautiful park isolated from traffic that's excellent for joggers and families alike. The park starts just south of the Queensway and connects directly with Marie Curtis park on the lake. There is a baseball diamond, lots of open space for kite flying and even lights for nighttime events. Several playgrounds are available and there is even a small parking lot that connects to the baseball field. The entire path is well paved and maintained.

Woods that transport you to back country while you are still in the city. A short walk away from the Long Branch Go station, the creek has lots of birds, squirrels, thick vegetation and this winter (2019) a deer family. You could spot the occasional cayote, but still safe to walk/run/bike. With fresh air and the sound of the water gushing down, this area makes for a relaxing walk/run. The water is clear and a favorite among people who like to do angling. You will find families riding their bikes, athletes practicing for their runs and hobbyists looking for birds. As you walk up north of the creek you get to a clearing close to 401 with a baseball pitch. On your walk south you will get to Marie Curtis Park and Lake Ontario. Either direction is pretty and you can enjoy this path cum trail all through the year. During winter be cautious of ice/snow while you venture out.

Cool spot to visit then keep walking north! Not many realize but this path will take you up to the airport and a bit past, while follow my a beautiful creek with shale rock cliffs on other side. Love this park and trail. Weekday mornings and rainy days are relaxing as you walk the none too busy trail as the sounds of the city fade into the background and give way to the sounds of the birds and the Etobicoke Creek as the water flows towards Lake Ontario. Weekends tend to be busier with more foot and bicycle traffic. The path does narrow in spots making the present "social distancing" task a little more difficult but can be done if people remember to be courteous. Walking from the baseball diamonds at the north section of the park, down the trail to Marie Curtis Parks east beach and back is approximately 6 km give or take a few steps. Great for walking the dog. That said...best keep the k9 on a leash because bicycle riders may not be able to avoid a free running pooch. I've seen a rider go down because of that. Plenty of riverside wooded trails and a playground with swings and climbing sets for the tots too. Nice place to spend a little time to unwind with nature in the heart of a city.

I've lived around the corner from this park most of my life and never visited before as its somewhat hidden! You can see the baseball diamond from the gardener going into the city. This is one of nicest parks in West Toronto. The pathway is fairly level however, the city could do better with some upgrades in specific parts of the trail. The off the beaten path trails are ideal for those who want a bit of solitude. This park has a similar feel to Credit River via Culham Trail in Mississauga. It does get a bit busy at times, especially on the weekends and afternoons.

If you like moving your joyfully legs in natural surroundings, here you go, park in the beautiful valley, waiting for you to be discovered. Used mostly by locals and they canines, regular joggers and parents with children. The paved pathway is following the creekside and is a part of Etobicoke Creek Trail that cud take you spontaneously south as far far away as Marie Curtis Park and north to Caledon hills. Fantastic off leash park where dogs can swim in the creek and hike. About an hour hike end to end on main trail, plus lots of access points for swimming.

Hard to believe you're still in the city when walking through here. Paved path is also in excellent condition.
