Not really a park for the kids, but a nice quiet little spot to pay your respects to those who paid the ultimate price. If you're not familiar, it's worth reading about the contributions and sacrifices of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment.

Great little park in the back for kids. Usually a farmers or crafters market during the summer months. We'll lit, benches, basketball hoop, fountain and cenotaph. Four stops and two gyms if you play Pokemon Go these days.

It's a beautiful park with a nice playground for the kids and picnic tables.

Perfect place for concerts. Having a washroom and fountain there makes it much more comfortable. Children love the playground.

Great place with lots of shade and park for kids to play. It is often a stop we make to stretch our legs and grab a bite to eat while on a road trip. Lots of wood carvings, but as of August 2020 the statue of Rambo from First Blood has been added, right at the entrance across from the Blue Moose Cafe. We made a special stop this road trip just to see it!

Toddlers and big kids can have fun and play safely in this partially fenced central playground surrounded by trees and beautiful flowers.

If you remember the Rambo movie sequels, know they were filmed in Hope! Nice park too. Too bad covid-19 has affected most small businesses and ad such the local movie theater is closing down.

This is our local park and it is well equipped with updated gear last year. Expect it to be busy most sunny days but is a great meeting place for friends in the neighborhood. They have replaced the grass adjacent to the play area which make a nice place for a picnic. They also have two old cannons which the kids love and an old tug boat to boot.

It looked like snow everywhere around the municipal hall and it turned out there was filming crews behind the park. We sure liked the lovely covered stage. It's beautifully made and looks like a perfect community music spot.

One of the cooler new parks they've built. So neat. My daughter isn't old enough (one) to go on the jungle gym yet. She loves the swings and watching the other children play. But this is just so cool I can't wait till she's older and gets to try it out. Playgrounds like this are great to help bring out the monkey potential in my daughter.

Nice sized park, and well kept. Come on a Thursday afternoon for the food trucks. Nice sized Playground for the children. Washrooms available as well. Plenty of Memorials at Memorial Park, and trees provide ample shade. For Pokemon Go players, there's an Ex Raid here and quite a few stops Nearby is La Belle Patates, probably best poutine on the island. Burgers aren't too bad either.

Town Centre Park with Children’s Play Area with play apparatus, amphitheater, grassy area and picnic tables. Also has a Japanese garden called the Friendship Garden. Lovely pond and waterfall, with surrounding benches. Lovely view of the mountains.

Neat to check out if your near by, a small platform to see the inside of the cockpit would be cool. Otherwise I was nice to see an intact Canso plane, as the only other one I have ever seen crash landed in Tofino, British Columbia in 1945.

I love that this park as it has two things I think every park should have: 1) an all genders washroom and 2) a hydration station with options to refill your water bottle, drink from fountain, or water your pet.

Finally has a public restroom. Awesome farmers market with music on Thursdays. Huge playground for the kids. A good amount of shade to get out of the heat. Close to bus route and other great amenities.

This is a wonderful little park that has absolutely astounding views all around it. The mountains are beautiful to look at all day long. Park is also well maintained for the most part when it comes to its facilities and garbage cans. Only downside is the homeless that are harmless for the most part.

I have been taking my child to memorial park for years now. The beautifully handled park is well maintained. The playground is both safe for small kids and cleaned regularly. Restrooms near by make this an essential stop for any family.

Good park for the kids. Swings. Slides. Great for "grounders" there was some dude drinking a beer with his buddy but they weren't at the kids area. He wasn't being annoying or anything. He was drinking cheap beer tho. If your gunna drink in the park at least drink craft beer. Have some class.

This park is a nice quiet place to relax and bring the kids. It has a large playground and tons of shaded areas which can help to disperse the heat especially during the summer periods. The heritage centre is close by too. The neighbourhood is also quaint and has a relaxing atmosphere to it. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for an afternoon or evening away from the hustle and bustle of life and some quiet time away from home.
