Needs a skate park. What is currently there is dangerous. It's strange the community is well off but the amenities for the kids are cheap amd broken.

This is simply one of the best playground's in Edmonton as far as the equipment and size of the playground itself. But it also has a covered seating area with several picnic benches, a modest skatepark with a few rails scattered throughout and two 1/4 pipes facing each other in attempt to create a 1/2 pipe.

Faisal Gillani

Small good cleaned park good for jogging and biking for kids too

Nicholas Cameron

Great park for my 1.5 year old. Lots of benches for parents to sit at, and it is not next to a school so it isn't overrun with kids during school days.

Riverbend Community League hold their annual "Art in Our Park" festival here. It is a great time for the family to enjoy outdoors and see the work of local Edmonton artists . There were games for the kids and food vendors.

Quite flooded out right now. But we managed to find a piece of dry land. Good park overall and has a little something for everyone including a sledding hill. I find that "skate park" a little lacking it's rickety and seems unsafe. A side note about the winter. The city or the community association does not maintain the walking paths in the winter so it's not friendly to walk on unless you have cross count skis or big boots.

Playground for multiple ages - for the littler ones they have a separate area including a little “house”, and car table that has roads so I bring hot wheels sometimes for my kids to play with. They have picnic benches with a roof over your head to escape the sun, a porta potty nearby, a very nice metal play structure for the older kids, multiple slides, and other play things. Nearby is a skateboard park that looks good for when my kids are even older. It is next to a huge field which is great for running around, there are trees to find shade under if you’re like me and like sitting on the ground with multiple kids and a baby, and of course their Green Shack program.

Very fun park! Sand is cool to see at a park but mildly annoying lol. My shoes were filled with sand but I was happy to still see sand in parks still exist!

Jeffrey Newton

Play structures are pretty standard for Edmonton and there's lots of space. However, I came for the skatepark and it's just deteriorating so bad that there is actual construction fencing put up to keep people of the quarter pipes. It's in serious need of maintenance or a significant upgrade.

Great park with a variety of structures and activities — even a skate park for bigger kids. Kids love to explore all the different places to climb, “drive” a Jeep, swing, spin and slide. There’s also a nice covered area with picnic tables that makes a good spot for drinks and snacks as well as to cool down on hot days. It gets busy on weekends, but with good reason!

It’s always nice here and so much open space for kids and people to play. The park they have is amazing and could have everything you want! The hill is great in the winter for sledding and tobogganing. The park is also always very clean, you don’t normally see much garbage on the ground which is amazing. Seven eleven is really close by too so you can walk over to get a slurpee and then relax in the park.

The only thing missing is a water fountain, so bring your bottle. My kids loved this park. Instead of soft floor there is sand all over, so bring your buckets because it's a huge sand box. There is an area for smaller kids.

Zuzana Kubecova

Truly enjoyable place. There are some little path to walk with a stroller (or even use inline skates). There is a playground that suits to kids of different age groups and plus a skate park.
