Giovanni Caboto Park has lots of space, places to sit etc. Also hosts the annual and awesome Heart of the City festival!

Community involvement w spray park and kids playground. There's. A soccer field. And resting seats and places to just picnic in park. Dog friendly yoga and places to self meditate and possibilities for group classes. Nice to see the trainers of nearby cougar boxing really cheer on their students as they jog around park. Beautifull water statue of woman. And if lonely you can always sit with the statue of Mr. Frank Spinelli and challenge him at a card game of Scopa.

Great space with large mature trees, plenty of benches and a playground for kids. Neighborhood shares in some struggles so there might be a used needle or two lying around. Probably best not to run barefoot here.

It's a beautiful park in the warmer seasons lots of things for kids playground water park lots of open space for sports and nice paths with benches tables beautiful trees for sitting in the shade on the really hot days could use some public washrooms

One of my favorite parks. Can have events here. Great lil playground for the kids. And sitting areas for those who just want to take in the beauty.

Lots of grassy area to have a sit down picnic there are picnic tables and other stone tables there is a park area for the kids and a water park for you to cool yourself off and quite areas to just be alone and read or whatever you want to do

A beautiful gem of park, hidden in the inner city of Edmonton, right off Little Italy. It's quite magical in display, with a little fountain located beside the playground.

Giovanni Caboto is at the heart of the McCauley neighbourhood and well used for events or laying on the grass. It's a great place to picnic with some food from the adjacent Italian Centre or Zocalo.

There are so many reasons to enjoy that Park, especially when there are functions for families kids adults and everyone, just a wonderful community :-) always having great functions for all PS I just finished watching a movie a couple of nights and laying on the Fresh lawn enjoying the company excellent night! Thanks a bunch to everyone who pulled it off

Nice little park to bring your family to. There is a spray pool for the kids & a play ground. The Italian food & restaurant is across the street. No fires, few tables lots of trees.

A large park with well lit pathways, with many benches, an excellent playground with lots of equipment for climbing, sliding, etc. The gates of the park are decorated with mosaic inlays with an Italian theme. Most of the trees are decorated with many small white lights that dazzle. In the park is a Statue of Giovanni Caboto sitting at a table holding playing cards. An appropriate tribute to a great man who did so much for Edmonton and it's citizens. Terrific in daylight, but best visited after dark.

A few people playing VLTs,I ordered the spaghetti & meatballs w/ garlic bread..Tasty&tangy!! My order was prompt&served hot to eat!! The food was delicious,but was a little pricey otherwise I had a pleasant evening, Thanks Giovanni's!!

Great park for the family. Ample open green spaces. New playground and spray park for young ones. Lots of seating throughout the park. It’s nice to sit beside the fountain and enjoy the ambiance of the falling water with the birds chirping. Then there are several festivals throughout the year. We came for the Heart of the City festival featuring live entertainment and artists. Really enjoyed it. We have been here many times over the years and have always enjoyed the park and will definitely come back.

It's alright to walk through. Got alright playground equipment for children, very small sandbox, recycled sponge like ground, large field, lots of trees. Bad neighborhood is it's only down side. Has a spray area for summer.

Has some cool art work such as: Statues of people, a big wall mural, and a fountain. For entertainment, there is a play park for children, chess boards, open fields, and the Italian Center is across the street. This is a nice park to visit with friends qnd family alike.

My favorite park in Edmonton, it feels like i could be in New York City or Europe. Having cafes and restaurants next door makes it even better, and the old trees sparkling with lights at night add the the beauty.

Nice place to hang out in. They have some wonderful statues you can take pics with and a nice playground for kids. Lots of great shops in area to go to and some very nice coffee shops. By the Italian market. Great grocery store the street. Good picnic area. Family friendly.

Beautiful Park to spend time at in the summer large canopies of trees to provide great shade nice Center Fountain for that refreshing sound and a nice park for the kids to play at across the street is the Italian Center shop where you can get a sandwich and have lunch at the park

Went to the Italian Festival and had a great time. They had performers dancing, wrestling matches, face painting, bouncy castles, Ferraris, and many food trucks. The park itself is very nice with a large grassy area, good sized playground and small water park. A great place to take the kids.
