Nice for family events. 10 or more nice to walk picnic, birthday parties washrooms are available ice and clean. Every should visit with there families.lots place to barbecue and stuff. Great place to enjoy Edmonton's river Valley park system. Walk to Rundle and swim at ACT, or explore the trails by the river. Strathcona Science Park is a short stroll in summer, and a place to cross country ski in winter

This is actually a great size park, there's places to cook, dock your boat, bathroom with water from 9 am to 9pm, the folk are really friendly, please don't leave a mess, watch for children playing in the area when driving and remember to have a safe and good time

I like it here because it's not as busy as some other parks and a good staging area for walks/runs/rides. If you head west towards city center, you get some elevation and can run the Capilano stairs.
