Went to this park for lunch as work is nearby. No area to hide from the sun so bring a hat with you as they have lots of space to sit (if you're planning on eating lunch and viewing the take offs).

Although there isn’t much traffic at the airport currently, this parc is still great for spotting all year round. It has a great view of the runway (06R/24L). The park is actually owned by the airport and is great for anyone who is waiting for someone at the airport. Also it’s really good place during the summer.

Such a great idea for a park. We loved watching the airplanes taking off. Lots of seating. Very close to runway.

Great place to come to to watch plans fly off and arrive. The park is new and clean and very spacious. There is an artificial Hill you can go on to take pictures from so you are not obstructed by the fence. There are also bleacher seats and benches if you'd like as well. Great place to have a picnic and watch the planes fly. Parking is free on the side of the road and the park is easily accessible.

I like to spend some time in that park while waiting to pick up visitors at the airport. There's always a few enthusiasts who will take pictures from that vantage point. It's quite magestic to see the larger carriers take off right in front of that section of runway. With a web tool like Flight Radar you can learn to recognize a lot of airplanes.

This place is great. Awesome plane watching park with microbrewery Louks right next door. Fully cordoned for easy child supervision, lots of camera spots and benches. A semi hidden treasure that gets surprisingly active on the weekends.
