Directional Mindset

This was definitely a highlight of my trip to park. The walk up is easy, and it’s nice to see locals running down the slope. The view is amazing! The leaves at the top were warm and cozy which was perfect for the chilly weather. The trees are very high. Definitely should not miss this if you ever visit any park.

What a magnificent little park and boat launch. I was able to find a nice picnic spot to enjoy my breakfast and enjoy the OPEN waterfront to view wildlife and hear the NATURAL sounds of the waterway. Thank goodness no condos being build here!

These walking trails are a gem. They're well marked for trails, parking and washroom (when open). Many people enjoy bringing dogs.. some off leash but very friendly.

The Trails at Guindon Park offer a wonderful hiking experience for people of all ages. There are a number of trail options, with the main trail being wide, dry and level. Explore the side trails for mountain biking. A great spot in the winter for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Free parking on site.

Nice place if you're a biker, but it claims to be a dog park with places to walk your dog. I never found any such places. I came all the way from Montreal because I wanted to bring him somewhere different and new. Big disappointment.

Trails are awful for skiing people need to stop walking and using snowshoes on groomed trails for cross country skiing
