Josh Robinson

Many good memories of Tecumseh Park. Lots of history here and lots of new events happen here as there is a band shell and big food centered events often happen here in the summer. It's a good place to relax and have the kids play on the equipment there. Not bad for a stroll in the afternoon.

Used to be better with the pond and gardens but this way they can sell more tickets to rib fest and the concerts. The playground and hill for tobogganing are a favourite of my kids and it is a nice place for fireworks on Canada day.

Great centralized park for events in Chatham. Parking can be a bit of a challenge during an event. The nearby mall offers a lot of parking opportunities, but involves a small walk.

Located in a quiet area by the armories. A great piece of history to be told about this park. Play areas for children and a variety of spots to choose from for picnics with the family.

There isn’t much to speak of regarding Chatham Ontario especially the downtown King Street area but there are a few bright spots. The Tecumseh Park is a nice little oasis. I grew up in the 70’s in Chatham and I was there often as a child. Lots of good memories there. ????☺️

Is a shame the fountain was taken out years ago, it's basically just open grass area with a few monuments. Half covered in shade but also a large area where the sun hits

Tecumseh park use to be so beautiful with a pond and alot of nature scenery but they have sadly taken it out years ago. It's now a huge field with a playground, stage, bathrooms & some sort of land ball. They have most there events here, although most the events arent too exciting. I feel the best thing about this is the fact theres plenty of pokemon go spots and a few gyms around to spin & do raids in.

Little low on air with the humidity today but the park offers Chatham events in today's Canada Day celebration was no different great music great time low crowd today as we were with the humidity probably about a hundred 6 or 7 so can't blame the small turnout I hope everybody enjoyed their day they sure did a good job.

Nice park with a stage and my favorite cannon. Used to have a great play area, now it is a cookie cutter standard one. Nice view of the murky Thames River. Nice park for a stroll

Located in the heart of Chatham this large park is something Chathamites can be proud of with its rich history and simple but beautiful landscape. It has plenty to offer and is enjoyed daily by Chathams occupants as well as its visitors. Personally I love this park and have always appreciated the very peaceful feeling I experience with every visit. ♡

They're going to start a concert tonight but before that they had to get rid of all the homeless people that are sleeping on the stage. They just went back to the places they have on the river. They're dirty, hungry, poor with mental handicaps mostly and pretty soon they will be freezing.

This places brings joy to my heart love in this park growing as a kid so much meaning full to me as a kid us young free had hours of first kisses this amazing place the heroes of the native lands fought the British for rich lands I am glad covid hit now we see the pain the king and queen Pope done and fought strong to keep the native lands fighting for their lives still to this day Like I said what comes around goes around

I was so disappointed with this park. It needs alot of maintenance done . Steps down to the river are all broken. Dangerous. Hardly any trees. Hardly any flowers. Definately not beautiful to look at anymore. I can remember when the pond was there and beautiful flowers. I brought a friend there from out of town. I was embarrassed. Chatham needs to smarten up and take care of their park.

This is a great, large park, during the summer this year (2019) every wednesday they had a live band perform for free! It was amazing the children loved it and so did the communities members that showed up (a couple thousand people)

Lots going on here - lots of nice trails by water - leads right into downtown chatham. Also trails by pier. Very nice park - have park equipment for kids too

Went to Art in the Park there today and it was great! So many talented vendors and it was super well organized. I walked away with almost all of my Christmas shopping done. Yes it's early but I get them when I have the money and why not support local artists trying to get by? Seems perfect to me plus the stuff is cool! Kinda want to keep it all for me :p I won't though... Cuz as cute as my new baby slippers are.... They won't fit me, but my nephew will love them! Thanks!!

Spent some time in Chatham and visited a few of the outdoor parks. Decent parks but really NO WASHROOMS available or if there was a washroom it was locked. This was midday not late at night. Will avoid the city next time I go through!! ????
