Building has gone through a lot of changes over the years. Seems to have found a good set of tenants now. Location makes it tough. Paving the parking lot on the Queen St. side was a benefit.

The place looks slightly run down. There are also a few vacant places, and the parking isn't always great except for at Value Village. One perk to it though, is they have three stores that sell a lot of stuff. They are Value Village, the Great Canadian dollar store, and Murphy's grocery store / Pharmacy.

It's got a movie theater in the basement, and a Dollarstore too. I've seen security be obnoxious about lingering outside it, on Spring Garden Rd, the busiest pedestrian street in Halifax, but not sure if that policy's changed in five years.

Old strip mall. Used to be a real mall. Hasn't been fun since the indoor go karts left. Anchor store is the predatory value village pseudo charity scammers. I would give more stars to the pharmacy that has a bit of a fruits and vegetables display and Tantons NAPA car parts store. But the double V stinks up the place.
