Awesome place to snowshoe! Beautiful sights and a nice challenge to some of the trails.the maps on the trail can be confusing and hard to follow but the trails all connect to the main trail so it works out.

All new log inspired play area for young and old. Great trails for walking- need to watch out for bikers as some go far too fast along the walking trails. Great new spot to go with the family. It also connects under the bridge to go into the old trails of the nearby park.

An Island gem, this spot has miles and miles of well-maintained hiking trails. Dozens of possible routes take you through viewpoints, past fishing spots, and into deep woods. There is also an incredibly well-built playground and some of the nicest picnic tables imaginable. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area and worth exploring further if you live in Charlottetown.

Beautiful park with awesome natural play structures. Park has an abundance of walking trails, play equipment and open spaces. Park also has a covered picnic area with charcoal BBQ's. There's also an outhouse here and if you're into geocaching, there's tons of caches on the walking trails.

Beautiful spot to go for a hike. Had a great experience my only complaint isnt anything to do with the park itself but just my experience in general. I feel like there should be some rule in place preventing massive groups of ppl going on the trail together. I was there yesterday and multiple vehicles containing families that were all together arrived when my girlfriend and I showed up. They clogged the trail they had so many kids and this wasn't a daycare as it was sunday and they were so loud constantly scaring away any critters we may have had the chance to see. This is more of a PSA to any families wanting to come here . Please if you bring your kids bring an amount you can supervise . When your massive group finally decided to break apart and you had teens supervising small children i seen one those small children run off ahead and climb the little flimsy stick box covering the like 20 ft deep well hole where the sign talks about bats. Its good to give your kids freedom but there is a time and a place . there are many potentially dangerous things on this hiking trail including big cliffs, Massive trees snagged on other trees hanging right over trails, deep holes, Extremely steep steps . Like come on . Overall amazing trails just don't recommend taking a large group of kids

UPDATE: NEW trail maps/signs in place! Large variety of walking and biking trails. Park near the highway and do the front portion.... or go over the bridge and park down the side road to do the back trails. We'll maintained, clean, and very good signage. This time of year, it's a little damp, the leaves have fallen, but the trails are quieter. Don't forget your camera.

Enjoyed a morning ride through these trails this week! Appropriately named "Hills". For every up hill there was an equally fun downhill. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Can't wait to go again! Parkside, Canopy, Al"s Orchard, Meadowview, Witch's Way and Main Trail. So many more trails to explore!!

Our first time there. Great for hiking. Watch out on the Elliot River Run trail for wasps. Just past the little place to go down to the river my wife was stung 4 times. There was a wasp nest in the base of the tree. We will come back for sure and hike more.
