It's a park. Great access to dirt bike trails if you can dodge the bylaw enforcement. Someone please pave this parking lot...

Great initiative to recognize the John Corbett's contributions to local kids and baseball. Sadly not the quality nor useability that could have been. The location, by backing directly onto neighbourhood backyards, means lights are not feasible (significant cutting its availability - even limiting the ability to complete 1 evening game in late summer); the infield design, while pretty, has a ridiculous backstop depth for the 12-13 year olds who use it; the drainage is poor despite an awkwardly exaggerated infield crown; no washrooms; and finally, zero shade - for a park that is only used in the heat of summer.

A very good place to walk the dog nice neighborhood good to see birds and take photos they cleaned up the garbage here last year like collecting rocks here also
