This is a small window on the lake parkette located on the south side of Lakeshore Road just east of Guelph Line. There is ample parking for about a dozen cars. There are benches, a water drinking fountain and a well developed sea wall. It is a great place to go look at the full moon over the lake on a summer night.

It is like a window, as they say and what a gorgeous window it is. Peaceful, calm and a great view. You can enjoy the view while seated in your car. Keep in mind though, there is a limited parking. Gorgeous area to look at Lake Ontario. I saw a comment saying how there is nothing to see but water? There are no obstructions and you may enjoy the simplicity of this freshwater. One of Canada’s Great Lakes! You will most likely see geese around this area. Another Canadian animal that may be enjoyed in full view. Comfortable spots to dip you feet in as well. Highly suggest for a relaxation spot.

Place is rather small. Parking is free. Good for a short break. The shoreline can not be accessed, so do not hope for a nice swim. At the end of the park there is a sharp ~3 meter drop. Good place for reading, sightseeing and unwinding. The neighborhood is full of rich mansions, so take a walk and have a taste of a wealthy life ;-)

I like this place as you can just drive there and usually getting a parking place is easy. Sitting on the bench and just looking at the lake and clouds is quite a calming experience. Visit this small park regularly. The parking lot is often full. People, like me, are sitting in their cars usually drinking a coffee. I like to have coffee with a friend a couple of times a week but with the Covid lockdown we cannot sit inside the cafe. Sioux Lookout Park has been a great place to park, enjoy some conversation along with our coffees. And the view of the lake is beautiful.

A tiny parkette with a lookout window to Lake Ontario. It can accommodate approximately 6 vehicles, has picnic tables, beautiful flower garden and a manicured lawn. Mother Nature can produce some amazing visuals. Get there early and watch a breath taking sunrise or if you prefer the evening, a dramatic sunset. The sky filled with jet streams, colour and birds and on the water you will see mallards, swans and geese. Remember not to feed the wildlife. Take a walk, bike or a car. It is a lovely little piece of heaven on the Lakeshore in Burlington, Ontario.

Nice and peaceful park, view to the lake is amazing, few sitting benches, small parking lot that can accommodate up to 6 cars, nice walking trail directly at the lake, nice place for couples, and meeting a very small group of friends
